Ayat Al-An'am RootWords

سورة الأنعام - 6 -

بِسْمِ ٱللّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
1

الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالنُّورَ ؕ ࣢ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِم يَعْدِلُونَ

كَفَرَ,
خَلَقَ,
جَعَلَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
ظَلَمَ,
حَمِدَ,
نَار,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
عَدَلَ,
Praise for Allah, Who created the universe and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Yet those who disbelieve in their Rabb equate others to Him (treat others equal to Him).
2

هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن طِينٍ ثُمَّ قَضَى أَجَلاً ؕ وَأَجَلٌ مُّسمًّى عِندَهُ ثُمَّ أَنتُمْ تَمْتَرُونَ

خَلَقَ,
أَ جَل,
قَضَى,
طِيِن,
مَرْي,
عَنَدَ,
سَمِي,
ثَمَّ,
He is the one Who created you from mud (clay), then preordained an appointed time (set time of life span) and set a definite time (set time of resurrection) by Him. Yet you are in doubt.
3

وَهُوَ اللّٰهُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَفِي الأَرْضِ ؕ يَعْلَمُ سِرَّكُمْ وَجَهرَكُمْ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُونَ

عَلِمَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
سَرَّ,
كَسَبَ,
جَهَرَ,
And He is Allah in the universe and the earth. He knows your secrets and what you openly declare, and He knows what you earn.
4

وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ مِّنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُواْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ

آ ىي -آية,
عَرُضَ,
أَتَى,
كَانَ,
آ ىي -آية,
رَبَّ,
And what signs/verses come for them are signs/verses of their Rabb, but they have been objecting (disputing, denying) to that.
5

فَقَدْ كَذَّبُواْ بِالْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءهُمْ ؕ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِيهِمْ أَنبَاء مَا كَانُواْ بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِؤُونَ

هَزِىءَ,
كَذَبَ,
نَبَأَ,
حَقَّ,
جَاءَ,
أَتَى,
كَانَ,
Then indeed, they denied the truth when it came to them, but soon We will bring them news about what they have been making a mockery of.
6

أَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن قَرْنٍ مَّكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مَا لَمْ نُمَكِّن لَّكُمْ وَأَرْسَلْنَا السَّمَاء عَلَيْهِم مِّدْرَارًا وَجَعَلْنَا الأَنْهَارَ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهِمْ فَأَهْلَكْنَاهُم بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَأَنْشَأْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِمْ قَرْنًا آخَرِينَ

جَرَى,
جَعَلَ,
رَسِلَ,
تَحْتَ,
نَهَرَ,
سَمَا,
قَبِلَ,
أَ رَضْ,
رَأَى,
ذَنْب,
أخر,
هَلَكَ,
قَرَنَ,
بَعُدَ,
مَكُنَ,
دَارَ,
كَم,
نَشَأَ,
Do they not see how many associations We have destroyed before them? We gave them power in the earth what We have not given you power, and We sent rounds of rains from the sky on them, and We provided them rivers running below them. Then (but) We destroyed them because of their sins, and then We raised other companions (associations) after them.
7

وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ كِتَابًا فِي قِرْطَاسٍ فَلَمَسُوهُ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ لَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِنْ هَـذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ

كَفَرَ,
يَدَيَ,
كَتَبَ,
بَا نَ,
قَالَ,
نَزَلَ,
سَحَرَ,
قِرْطَاس,
مَسَّ,
If we sent down on you a book with (consisting of) the sheets of pages, and they could touch it with their hands, then those nonbelievers will say, “This is only a clear magic.”(Note. Prophet Mohammed ﷴ ﷺ was conveying the messages verbally as Quran was revealed to him).
8

وَقَالُواْ لَوْلا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ مَلَكٌ ؕ وَلَوْ أَنزَلْنَا مَلَكًا لَّقُضِيَ الأمْرُ ثُمَّ لَا يُنظَرُونَ

نَزَلَ,
قَالَ,
مَلَكَ,
نَظَرَ,
أَ مَرَ,
قَضَى,
ثَمَّ,
And they say, “Why an angel was not sent down on him.” And if We had sent down an angel, then the matter would have been decided (to destroy and annihilate them), and they would not have been granted any delay.
9

وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَاهُ مَلَكًا لَّجَعَلْنَاهُ رَجُلاً وَلَلَبَسْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّا يَلْبِسُونَ

رَجِلَ,
جَعَلَ,
مَلَكَ,
لَبِسَ,
And if We had made him an angel, We would have made him (like) a man, as confusion to them when they have already been confused.
10

وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِىءَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِينَ سَخِرُواْ مِنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ ࣖ

هَزِىءَ,
رَسِلَ,
قَبِلَ,
حَاقَ,
سَخَرَ,
كَانَ,
قَدْ,
Messengers were mocked before you, then (but) (We) surrounded those who mocked them with what they had been laughing.
11

قُلْ سِيرُواْ فِي الأَرْضِ ثُمَّ انظُرُواْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

أَ رَضْ,
نَظَرَ,
سَارَ,
عَقَبَ,
كَذَبَ,
قَالَ,
كَيْفَ,
كَانَ,
ثَمَّ,
Say, “Travel in the earth and see how the punitive measures were taken against the deniers.”
12

قُل لِّمَن مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ ؕ قُل لِلّٰهِ ؕ كَتَبَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ ؕ لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ؕ اَلَّذِينَ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

رَابَ,
أَ مُنَ,
نَفُسَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
خَرَجَ,
يَوْم,
كَتَبَ,
قَالَ,
جَمَعَ,
خَسِرَ,
قَامَ,
رَحِمَ,
إِلَى,
عَلَا,
Say, “For whom belongs to whatever is in the universe and the earth?” (Who is the Owner of the Universe and earth?). Say, “For Allah.” He has written on Himself the Mercy. You will be surely gathered on the day of the standing, in which there is no doubt in it. Those who will incur a loss in themselves will not believe in this.
13

وَلَهُ مَا سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ ؕ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

سَمَعَ,
نَهَرَ,
عَلِمَ,
لَيْل,
سَكَنَ,
Whatever inhabits (lives, dwells) in the nights and the days belongs to Him (He gave them time and opportunity to have a life). He is All-Listening, All-Knowing.
14

قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّٰهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيًّا فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ ؕ قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكَينَ

أَخَذَ,
سَمَا,
أَ مَرَ,
أَ رَضْ,
طَعِمَ,
شَرِكَ,
ا و ل,
قَالَ,
غير,
وَلِيَ,
كَانَ,
فَطَرَ,
Say, “should I take a Guardian, (Supporter, In Charge, Manager, Ruler) other than Allah, He Creates (Cracks, Gives the Innate Character, Natural Disposition, Nature, Characteristic Properties) to the universe and the earth, and He feeds, and He is not fed?” Say, “I am ordered that I should be the first who submits.” And not be among those who make partners.
15

قُلْ إِنِّي أَخَافُ إِنْ عَصَيْتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ

عَذُبَ,
عَصَى,
خَافَ,
عَظُمَ,
يَوْم,
قَالَ,
رَبَّ,
Say, “I fear if I disobey my Rabb, the punishment of a great day.”
16

مَّن يُصْرَفْ عَنْهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمَهُ ؕ وَذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْمُبِينُ

يَوْم,
صَرَفَ,
فَازَ,
بَا نَ,
رَحِمَ,
ذَا,
Whoever is turned away (to be punished) on this day will be spared by Mercy, which is a clear success.
17

وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللّٰهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا هُوَ ؕ وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدُيرٌ

خَيرَ,
شِاءَ,
مَسَّ,
ضَرَّ,
كَشَفَ,
كُلَّ,
عَلَا,
قَدَرَ,
And if Allah holds (seizes) you with harm, then no one can remove (harm) for you, except Him. And if He holds (supports) you with good, He has Control over everything.
18

وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ ؕ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ

قَهَرَ,
فَاقَ,
عَبَدَ,
حَكَمَ,
خَبَرَ,
And He is the Subjugator (Irresistible, Subduer, The All-Mighty) over His slaves; He is All-Wise All-Informed.
19

قُلْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَكْبَرُ شَهَادةً ؕ قُلِ اللّٰهُ ࣞ ۙ شَهِيدٌ بِيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ ࣞ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ لأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ ؕ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ اللّٰهِ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى ؕ قُل لاَّ أَشْهَدُ ۚ قُلْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ ۘ

نَذَرَ,
إِله,
شَهِدَ,
وَحَى,
شِاءَ,
بَا نَ,
كَبَرَ,
بَلَغَ,
شَرِكَ,
قَرَأَ,
قَالَ,
أ حد,
أخر,
بَرِ ىءَ,
مَعَ,
أَيُّ,
بَلَغَ,
Say, “What thing is bigger as a witness?” Say, “Allah is A Witness between you and me. This Koran is inspired to me, so I warn you about this and whoever is communicated (with this message). Do you give witness (testify) that with Allah there are other gods?” Say, “I do not give witness.” Say, “He is only One God, and I am free of blame from what you make partners.”
20

الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْرِفُونَهُ كَمَا يَعْرِفُونَ أَبْنَاءهُمُ ۘ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ࣖ

أَ مُنَ,
أَتَى,
عَرَفَ,
نَفُسَ,
كَتَبَ,
خَرَجَ,
خَسِرَ,
اِبْن,
Those whom, We brought the Book, recognize this as they recognize their sons, but those who lost themselves will not be believers. (They know that this Book is the truth but will not admit this).
21

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ ؕ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ

فَرَىَ,
كَذَبَ,
آ ىي -آية,
ظَلَمَ,
فًلَحَ,
عَلَا,
Who is more unjust than who fabricates lies on Allah or denies his versus-signs? Indeed, the unjust will not be beneficial.
22

وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ نَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ أَيْنَ شُرَكَآؤُكُمُ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ

قَالَ,
شَرِكَ,
يَوْم,
حَشَرَ,
جَمَعَ,
شَرِكَ,
زَعَمَ,
كَانَ,
أَيْنَ,
ثَمَّ,
On the Day We will gather them, altogether then We will say to those who made partners, “Where are your partners that you have been claiming?”
23

ثُمَّ لَمْ تَكُن فِتْنَتُهُمْ إِلَّا أَن قَالُواْ وَاللّهِ رَبِّنَا مَا كُنَّا مُشْرِكِينَ

قَالَ,
فَتَنَ,
شَرِكَ,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
كَانَ,
Then No charm for them will be there (there will be no charm to make partners with Allah). They will only say, “By Allah, our Rabb, we were not associating (any partners for you).”
24

اُنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَذَبُواْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ

نَفُسَ,
ضَلَّ,
نَظَرَ,
فَرَىَ,
كَيْفَ,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
See how they lied to themselves. And what they were fabricating will be lost from them.
25

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْكَ ۚ وَجَعَلْنَا عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ أَكِنَّةً أَن يَفْقَهُوهُ وَفِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرًا ؕ وَإِن يَرَوْاْ كُلَّ آيَةٍ لاَّ يُؤْمِنُواْ بِهَا ؕ حَتَّى إِذَا جَآؤُوكَ يُجَادِلُونَكَ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِنْ هَذَآ إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الأَوَّلِينَ

كَفَرَ,
جَعَلَ,
قَالَ,
قَلَبَ,
جَدَلَ,
رَأَى,
فَقِهَ,
ا و ل,
أَذن,
سَطَرَ,
جَاءَ,
أَ مُنَ,
سَمَعَ,
وَقَرَ,
إِلَى,
كُلَّ,
حَتَّى,
آ ىي -آية,
عَلَا,
كَنَّ,
وَقَرَ,
Among them who listen to you, We have made coverings on their hearts to stop them from comprehending this and hard of hearing in their ears. Even when they see every sign, they do not believe in it. When they come to you disputing, those who disbelieve say, “This is only writings (stories, fable myths) of the earlier ancestors.”
26

وَهُمْ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ وَيَنْأَوْنَ عَنْهُ ۚ وَإِن يُهْلِكُونَ إِلَّا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ

شَعَرَ,
نَفُسَ,
هَلَكَ,
نَهَا,
نَأَى,
They prohibit this, and they are far away from this, but they are only destroying themselves, and they are not realizing.
27

وَلَوْ تَرَىَ إِذْ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى النَّارِ فَقَالُواْ يَا لَيْتَنَا نُرَدُّ وَلَا نُكَذِّبَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّنَا وَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

قَالَ,
نَار,
لَيْتَ,
كَذَبَ,
أَ مُنَ,
آ ىي -آية,
رَأَى,
رَدَّ,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
وَقَفَ,
رَبَّ,
لَهِمَ,
لَيْتَ,
If only you could see, when they are made to stop before the Fire; they will say, “O only we wish to return, and (we will) not deny the signs-verses of our Rabb, and we will be among the believers.”
28

بَلْ بَدَا لَهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يُخْفُونَ مِن قَبْلُ ؕ وَلَوْ رُدُّواْ لَعَادُواْ لِمَا نُهُواْ عَنْهُ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ

خَفَيَ,
قَبِلَ,
بَدَا,
رَدَّ,
عَدَا,
كَذَبَ,
عَدَا,
كَانَ,
لَوْ,
لَاذَ,
But It became evident for them what they were hiding before. And if they are returned, they will surely repeat what they were forbidden; they are surely liars. (Human beings are given a choice to be believers, every moment, every time, every day, many, many times).
29

وَقَالُواْ إِنْ هِيَ إِلَّا حَيَاتُنَا الدُّنْيَا وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَبْعُوثِينَ

قَالَ,
حي,
دَنَا,
بَعَثَ,
And they said, “This is our only life of this world, and we will not be raised (we will not be awakened after death).”
30

وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذْ وُقِفُواْ عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ ؕ قَالَ أَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِالْحَقِّ ؕ قَالُواْ بَلَى وَرَبِّنَا ؕ قَالَ فَذُوقُواْ العَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ ࣖ

قَالَ,
بلو,
عَذُبَ,
ذَاقَ,
حَقَّ,
لَوْ,
كَفَرَ,
لَيْسَ,
رَأَى,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
وَقَفَ,
If you could see when they will be halted by their Rabb. He will say, “Is this not with the truth?” They will say, “Yes, but by our Rabb.” He will say, “Taste the punishment because of what you had been disbelieving.”
31

قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَاء اللّٰهِ ؕ حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءتْهُمُ السَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً قَالُواْ يَا حَسْرَتَنَا عَلَى مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِيهَا ۙ وَهُمْ يَحْمِلُونَ أَوْزَارَهُمْ عَلَى ظُهُورِهِمْ ؕ أَلَا سَاء مَا يَزِرُونَ

قَالَ,
كَذَبَ,
سَاعته,
سَا ءَ,
بَغَتَ,
حَسَرَ,
لَقِيَ,
ظَهَرَ,
حَمَلَ,
جَاءَ,
حَتَّى,
فَرَطَ,
عَلَا,
وَزَرَ,
خَسِرَ,
Certainly, those who incur a loss; lied about meeting with Allah. Then, when the time came to them suddenly, they said, “What a regret, what (a chance) has escaped from us, in this (that was a time to make a right decision but I missed it deliberately by my choice to be on the right path).” And they will be carrying their weight on their backs, evil what they carry.
32

وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ ؕ وَلَلدَّارُ الآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ ؕ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

تَقَى,
دَارَ,
خَيرَ,
حي,
عَقَلَ,
أخر,
دَنَا,
لَعِبَ,
لَهَا,
And what is the life of this world except for play and amusement, but the Home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear. Do you not understand? (Deciding and selecting to spend time on the play and amusement or deciding and selecting the same time to remember Allah سبحانه و تعالى The Highest, The Most Exalted, The Absolute and Perfect ),
33

قَدْ نَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُ لَيَحْزُنُكَ الَّذِي يَقُولُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُكَذِّبُونَكَ وَلَكِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ بِآيَاتِ اللّٰهِ يَجْحَدُونَ

عَلِمَ,
قَالَ,
حَزَنَ,
جَحَدَ,
كَذَبَ,
آ ىي -آية,
ظَلَمَ,
We know that what they say surely grieves you. So, they do not deny to you (they are not saying that you lie), but the unjust are renouncing (rejecting) the signs and verses of Allah.
34

وَلَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَصَبَرُواْ عَلَى مَا كُذِّبُواْ وَأُوذُواْ حَتَّى أَتَاهُمْ نَصْرُنَا ۚ وَلَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِ اللّٰهِ ۚ وَلَقدْ جَاءكَ مِن نَّبَإِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

رَسِلَ,
قَبِلَ,
نَصَرَ,
كَلِمُ,
أَتَى,
جَاءَ,
صَبَرَ,
كَذَبَ,
بَدَلَ,
حَتَّى,
عَلَا,
نَبَأَ,
قَدْ,
أَ ذِ يَ,
Messengers have been denied before you, but they were patient with what they were denied, and they were getting hurt until Our help came to them. There can be no change in the words of Allah. News of the Messengers has already come to you.
35

وَإِن كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيْكَ إِعْرَاضُهُمْ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَن تَبْتَغِيَ نَفَقًا فِي الأَرْضِ أَوْ سُلَّمًا فِي السَّمَاءِ فَتَأْتِيَهُم بِآيَةٍ ؕ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّٰهُ لَجَمَعَهُمْ عَلَى الْهُدَى فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
شِاءَ,
هَدَى,
أَتَى,
جَهِلَ,
نَفَقَ,
كَبَرَ,
جَمَعَ,
كَانَ,
آ ىي -آية,
عَلَا,
بَغَى,
سَلِمَ,
عَرُضَ,
طَاعَ,
لَوْ,
If their resistance (oppositions) is too hard on you, if you have the capability, you reach a tunnel in the earth or a ladder into the sky and get a sign for them (can you bring any other sign for them to believe). If Allah wanted, He would have gathered them on the guidance. So, do not be among those who do not know.
36

إِنَّمَا يَسْتَجِيبُ الَّذِينَ يَسْمَعُونَ ؕ ۤ وَالْمَوْتَى يَبْعَثُهُمُ اللّٰهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ

سَمَعَ,
رَجَعَ,
جَابَ,
مَاتَ,
بَعَثَ,
إِلَى,
ثَمَّ,
But only those who listen will respond. As for the dead, Allah will resurrect them; then, towards Him, they will return.
37

وَقَالُواْ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيْهِ آيَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ ؕ قُلْ إِنَّ اللّٰهَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَن يُنَزِّلَ آيَةً وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

قَالَ,
عَلِمَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَدَرَ,
كَثَرَ,
نَزَلَ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
لَوْ,
And they say, “If only a sign would come down on him from his Rabb.” Say, “Allah has the Power to send down a sign, but many of them do not know.”
38

وَمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلَا طَائِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلَّا أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُم ؕ مَّا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الكِتَابِ مِن شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ

أَ رَضْ,
كَتَبَ,
دَبَّ,
شِاءَ,
حي,
طَارَ,
جَنَحَ,
حَشَرَ,
مَثَلَ,
أَ مَّ,
فَرَطَ,
إِلَى,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
And nothing from the animals, neither in the earth, nor birds flying on their wings, but they are sourced like you, (All living organisms on Earth share a common genetic heritage). We have not made it to happen anything inadvertently in the Book (We did not let anything escape from the register; everything is planned). Then towards your Rabb you will be returned. NOTE: The last universal common ancestor or last universal cellular ancestor (LUCA), also called the last universal ancestor (LUA), is the most recent population of organisms from which all organisms now living on Earth have a common descent—the most recent common ancestor of all current life on Earth. A related concept is that of progenote. The LUCA is not thought to be the first life on Earth, but rather the latest that is ancestral to all current existing life.[REF:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Last_universal_common_ancestor].
39

وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا صُمٌّ وَبُكْمٌ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ ؕ مَن يَشَإِ اللّٰهُ يُضْلِلْهُ ؕ وَمَن يَشَأْ يَجْعَلْهُ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

كَذَبَ,
جَعَلَ,
قَامَ,
ظَلَمَ,
آ ىي -آية,
صَمَّ,
بَكِمَ,
صِرَاط,
شِاءَ,
عَلَا,
Those who deny our signs are deaf, dumb (silent), and in the darkness. Whoever Allah wants, He leaves him misguided, and whoever He wants, He sets him on a straight path.
40

قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُكُم إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللّٰهِ أَوْ أَتَتْكُمُ السَّاعَةُ أَغَيْرَ اللّٰهِ تَدْعُونَ ۚ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

دَعَا,
صَدَقَ,
عَذُبَ,
سَاعته,
رَأَى,
قَالَ,
أَتَى,
غير,
كَانَ,
Say, “Do you see? If the punishment of Allah comes to you or the time of final hour of judgment comes to you, will you be calling other than Allah if you have been truthful?”
41

بَلْ إِيَّاهُ تَدْعُونَ فَيَكْشِفُ مَا تَدْعُونَ إِلَيْهِ إِنْ شَاء وَتَنسَوْنَ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ ࣖ

دَعَا,
شَرِكَ,
شِاءَ,
كَشَفَ,
إِلَى,
نَسِيَ,
إِيَّا,
But only to Him, you will call; and then, He removes (distress, harm) what you call to Him (to help you) if He desires, and you will forget those (others), you associate.
42

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلنَآ إِلَى أُمَمٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِالْبَأْسَاء وَالضَّرَّاء لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ

أَخَذَ,
رَسِلَ,
قَبِلَ,
بَأْ س- بَؤُ سَ,
ضَرَّ,
أَ مَّ,
إِلَى,
ضَرَعَ,
لَعَلَّ,
قَدْ,
We sent Messengers to the nations before you, and We held (took) them (wrongdoers) in sufferings and hardships so that maybe they will become humble.
43

فَلَوْلا إِذْ جَاءهُمْ بَأْسُنَا تَضَرَّعُواْ وَلَـكِن قَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

عَمِلَ,
قَلَبَ,
زَانَ,
بَأْ س- بَؤُ سَ,
شَيَطن,
جَاءَ,
ضَرَعَ,
كَانَ,
Why not, when sufferings came to them from us, (if) they humbled themselves. But it hardened their hearts, and shaitan presented (their misdeeds) in a favorable light for them on what they had been doing.
44

فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَبْوَابَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ؕ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرِحُواْ بِمَا أُوتُواْ أَخَذْنَاهُم بَغْتَةً فَإِذَا هُم مُّبْلِسُونَ

أَخَذَ,
شِاءَ,
بَغَتَ,
ذَكّرَ,
بَا ب,
بَأْ س- بَؤُ سَ,
فَتَحَ,
نَسِيَ,
فَرِحَ,
كُلَّ,
أَتَى,
حَتَّى,
Then, when they forgot what they were reminded of, We opened the gates of everything. Until they rejoiced with what they were given, (then) We suddenly took hold of them, and they became despaired.
45

فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ؕ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَٰالَمِينَ

ظَلَمَ,
عَلِمَ,
قَامَ,
حَمِدَ,
دَبَرَ,
قَطَعَ,
رَبَّ,
Then roots of the unjust nations were cut off. And all the praise for Allah, Rabb of the Universe.
46

قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَخَذَ اللّٰهُ سَمْعَكُمْ وَأَبْصَارَكُمْ وَخَتَمَ عَلَى قُلُوبِكُم مَّنْ إِلَـهٌ غَيْرُ اللّٰهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِهِ ؕ انظُرْ كَيْفَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَاتِ ثُمَّ هُمْ يَصْدِفُونَ

خَتَمَ,
آ ىي -آية,
رَأَى,
بَصُرَ,
إِله,
نَظَرَ,
قَلَبَ,
قَالَ,
أَتَى,
غير,
صَدَفَ,
صَرَفَ,
سَمَعَ,
خَتَمَ,
كَيْفَ,
عَلَا,
ثَمَّ,
Say, “Do you see? If Allah took away your hearing and eyesight and sealed your hearts, who is God other than Allah who will bring them back to you?” See how We explain the signs, but then they turn away.
47

قُلْ أَرَأَيْتَكُمْ إِنْ أَتَاكُمْ عَذَابُ اللّٰهِ بَغْتَةً أَوْ جَهْرَةً هَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

عَذُبَ,
رَأَى,
بَغَتَ,
قَالَ,
ظَلَمَ,
أَتَى,
قَامَ,
هَلَكَ,
جَهَرَ,
Say, “Do you see? If the punishment of Allah comes to you suddenly or openly, then who will be destroyed except the nation of the unjust?”
48

وَمَا نُرْسِلُ الْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ ۚ فَمَنْ آمَنَ وَأَصْلَحَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ

نَذَرَ,
رَسِلَ,
بَشِرَ,
خَافَ,
حَزَنَ,
صَلَحَ,
أَ مُنَ,
We did not send the Messengers except as good news providers and Warners. Those who believe and reform have nothing to fear, and they will not be grieved.
49

وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا يَمَسُّهُمُ الْعَذَابُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ

كَذَبَ,
عَذُبَ,
مَسَّ,
آ ىي -آية,
فًسًقَ,
كَانَ,
And those who deny Our signs, punishment will occur because they have been moral offenders.
50

قُل لاَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ عِندِي خَزَآئِنُ اللّٰهِ وَلا أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ وَلا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ إِنِّي مَلَكٌ ۚ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ ؕ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الأَعْمَى وَالْبَصِيرُ ؕ أَفَلَا تَتَفَكَّرُونَ ࣖ

عَلِمَ,
قَالَ,
تَبِعَ,
غَابَ,
مَلَكَ,
عَمِيَ,
خَزَنَ,
بَصُرَ,
فَكُرَ,
وَحَى,
سَوِيَ,
عَنَدَ,
Say, “I do not say to you that I have treasures of Allah with me, nor do I (say to you that I) know the unseen, nor do I say to you that I am an angel. I only follow what is inspired to me.” Say, “Is the blind and the seeing equal? Do you not think?”
51

وَأَنذِرْ بِهِ الَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَن يُحْشَرُواْ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ لَيْسَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِ وَلِيٌّ وَلَا شَفِيعٌ لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ

تَقَى,
نَذَرَ,
خَافَ,
حَشَرَ,
لَيْسَ,
وَلِيَ,
دُون,
إِلَى,
رَبَّ,
لَعَلَّ,
And warn with this (Message of Quran) that they shall be fearful that their Rabb will gather them. No one except Him is a supporter, and no one is an intercessor, so maybe they will become afraid
52

وَلَا تَطْرُدِ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُم بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُ ؕ مَا عَلَيْكَ مِنْ حِسَابِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ وَمَا مِنْ حِسَابِكَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَتَطْرُدَهُمْ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

دَعَا,
شِاءَ,
وَجَهَ,
ظَلَمَ,
رَادَ,
حَسَبَ,
عَشَا,
غَدَا,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
طَرَدَ,
And do not drive away those who call their Rabb. In the mornings and evenings, they want (they are looking to) His direction. Nothing is on you in their account and nothing in your account on them. If you drive them away, then you will be among the unjust.
53

وَكَذَلِكَ فَتَنَّا بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لِّيَقُولواْ أَهَـؤُلاء مَنَّ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّن بَيْنِنَا ؕ أَلَيْسَ اللّٰهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِالشَّاكِرِينَ

بَعَضَ,
قَالَ,
عَلِمَ,
فَجَّ,
بَا نَ,
لَيْسَ,
شَكَرَ,
seduce ,
ذَا,
That is how We try some of them through others; they may say, “Are these the ones Allah has favored among us?” Does Allah not Know who are the thankful?
54

وَإِذَا جَاءكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِنَا فَقُلْ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ ۙ أَنَّهُ مَن عَمِلَ مِنكُمْ سُوءًا بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَنَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

أَ مُنَ,
عَمِلَ,
رَحِمَ,
غَفَرَ,
سَلِمَ,
كَتَبَ,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
نَفُسَ,
جَاءَ,
سَا ءَ,
صَلَحَ,
تَا بَ,
جَهِلَ,
سَا ءَ,
بَعُدَ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
And when those who believe in Our verses come to you, say, “Salamun Alaikum, Allah has written the Mercy on Himself. Whoever among you does misdeed due to ignorance, and then repents after that and reforms, then indeed He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
55

وَكَذَلِكَ نفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ ࣖ

جَرَمَ,
سَجَدَ,
آ ىي -آية,
فَصَلَ,
ذَا,
بَا نَ,
And that is how We elaborate the Ayats-Signs to make it clear the path of the culprits (how they deviate from Ayats-Signs).
56

قُلْ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّٰهِ ؕ قُل لاَّ أَتَّبِعُ أَهْوَاءكُمْ ۙ قَدْ ضَلَلْتُ إِذًا وَمَا أَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ

دَعَا,
ضَلَّ,
تَبِعَ,
قَالَ,
عَبَدَ,
هَوَى,
دُون,
نَهَا,
Say, “I am forbidden that I worship those you call to other than Allah.” Say, “I do not follow your desires; else, I will be misguided, and I will not be among the guided.”
57

قُلْ إِنِّي عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّي وَكَذَّبْتُم بِهِ ؕ مَا عِندِي مَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِهِ ؕ إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلَّا لِلّٰهِ ؕ يَقُصُّ الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْفَاصِلِينَ

بَا نَ,
خَيرَ,
حَكَمَ,
قَصَّ,
حَقَّ,
قَالَ,
عَجِلَ,
كَذَبَ,
فَصَلَ,
عَنَدَ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
Say, “I am on clear proof from my Rabb, and you deny it. What you are asking to expedite is not on me (in my power); this is only a decision for Allah. He accurately Tells you the truth, and He is the best Decision-Maker.”
58

قُل لَّوْ أَنَّ عِندِي مَا تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِهِ لَقُضِيَ الأَمْرُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ أَعْلَمُ بِالظَّالِمِينَ

عَلِمَ,
أَ مَرَ,
بَا نَ,
قَالَ,
ظَلَمَ,
عَجِلَ,
قَضَى,
عَنَدَ,
Say, “If it were upon me to expedite what you are asking, then the matter would have been decided between you and me. And Allah knows the best about the unjust.”
59

وَعِندَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ؕ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ؕ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِن وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ

عَلِمَ,
أَ رَضْ,
غَابَ,
كَتَبَ,
ظَلَمَ,
فَتَحَ,
بَرَ,
بَحَرَ,
بَا نَ,
سَقَطَ,
وَرَقَ,
حَبَ,
عَنَدَ,
رَطُبَ,
يَبِسَ,
And with Him are the keys of the unseen; nobody knows except Him. And He knows what is on the land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls off, but He knows it, and there is no piece of seed (grain) (hidden) in the darkness of the earth, nor is there anything moist or dry except in a clear record.
60

وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَتَوَفَّاكُم بِاللَّيْلِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا جَرَحْتُم بِالنَّهَارِ ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُكُمْ فِيهِ لِيُقْضَى أَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى ۚ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ࣖ

رَجَعَ,
عَمِلَ,
عَلِمَ,
أَ جَل,
سَمِي,
نَهَرَ,
نَبَأَ,
لَيْل,
بَعَثَ,
وَفَى,
قَضَى,
إِلَى,
كَانَ,
ثَمَّ,
جَرَحَ,
He is the one who causes you to die (or let you have a full share) in the night, and He knows what you declare unreliably (or cause to hurt, plan to invalidate a testimony) in the morning. Then He Will resurrect you to decide after a fixed period (after a fixed life term). Then towards Him, you will be returned, then He will inform you what you were doing.
61

وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ وَيُرْسِلُ عَلَيْكُم حَفَظَةً ؕ حَتَّىَ إِذَا جَاء أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ تَوَفَّتْهُ رُسُلُنَا وَهُمْ لَا يُفَرِّطُونَ

أَ جَل,
رَسِلَ,
حَفِظَ,
قَهَرَ,
فَاقَ,
عَبَدَ,
أ حد,
مَاتَ,
جَاءَ,
حَتَّى,
فَرَطَ,
وَفَى,
He is the Subduer, The Almighty, over his slaves (humankind), and He sends guards on you (for protection) until, when death comes to one of you, Our messengers (angels) take a full share of him (God has taken him Unto HIM) and they do not let him escape (death).
62

ثُمَّ رُدُّواْ إِلَى اللّٰهِ مَوْلَاهُمُ الْحَقِّ ؕ أَلَا لَهُ الْحُكْمُ ࣞ وَهُوَ أَسْرَعُ الْحَاسِبِينَ

حَكَمَ,
حَقَّ,
رَدَّ,
حَسَبَ,
سَرُعَ,
وَلِيَ,
إِلَى,
Then they will be returned to Allah, their True Sovereign Ruler. He is the Final Judge, and He is Fast in the accounts.
63

قُلْ مَن يُنَجِّيكُم مِّن ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ تَدْعُونَهُ تَضَرُّعاً وَخُفْيَةً ۚ لَّئِنْ أَنجَانَا مِنْ هَـذِهِ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ

دَعَا,
قَالَ,
ظَلَمَ,
بَرَ,
بَحَرَ,
نَجَا,
ضَرَعَ,
خَفَيَ,
شَكَرَ,
كَانَ,
Say, “Who rescues you from the darkness of the land and the oceans?” You call Him humbly and secretly (saying): “If He rescues us from this, we will be among the thankful.”
64

قُلِ اللّٰهُ يُنَجِّيكُم مِّنْهَا وَمِن كُلِّ كَرْبٍ ثُمَّ أَنتُمْ تُشْرِكُونَ

شَرِكَ,
قَالَ,
نَجَا,
كَرَبَ,
كُلَّ,
ثَمَّ,
Say, “Allah rescues you from this and every distress, yet you make partners with Him.”
65

قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى أَن يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ أَوْ مِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ أَوْ يَلْبِسَكُمْ شِيَعاً وَيُذِيقَ بَعْضَكُم بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ ؕ انظُرْ كَيْفَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَفْقَهُونَ

بَعَضَ,
تَحْتَ,
عَذُبَ,
نَظَرَ,
بَأْ س- بَؤُ سَ,
شَاعَ,
فَقِهَ,
بَعَثَ,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَدَرَ,
بَعَضَ,
صَرَفَ,
رَجِلَ,
كَيْفَ,
فَاقَ,
ذَاقَ,
لَبِسَ,
عَلَا,
لَعَلَّ,
Say, “He Has the power to send punishment on you, from above you or below your feet. Or He can divide you into groups and make you taste sufferings by each other. See how We turn (their) attention to the signs, so maybe they will understand.”
66

وَكَذَّبَ بِهِ قَوْمُكَ وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ ؕ قُل لَّسْتُ عَلَيْكُم بِوَكِيلٍ ؕ

حَقَّ,
كَذَبَ,
قَالَ,
وَكَلَ,
قَامَ,
لَيْسَ,
And your nation denied this, while this is the truth. Say, “I am not in charge of you.”
67

لِّكُلِّ نَبَإٍ مُّسْتَقَرٌّ ؗ وَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

قَرَّ,
عَلِمَ,
نَبَأَ,
كُلَّ,
Every announcement (news) is a settlement (decision to settle down, final answer); soon, you will know.
68

وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ الَّذِينَ يَخُوضُونَ فِي آيَاتِنَا فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّى يَخُوضُواْ فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيْرِهِ ؕ وَإِمَّا يُنسِيَنَّكَ الشَّيْطَانُ فَلَا تَقْعُدْ بَعْدَ الذِّكْرَى مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

رَأَى,
ذَكّرَ,
قَامَ,
آ ىي -آية,
عَرُضَ,
ظَلَمَ,
حَدَثَ,
شَيَطن,
خَاضَ,
غير,
بَعُدَ,
حَتَّى,
قَعَدَ,
مَعَ,
نَسِيَ,
And when you see those engage in discussion to examine (and to mislead) our verses, then (you) turn away from them until they are involved in other discussions. But if the shaitan makes you forget, do not sit with the nation of the unjust when you remember.
69

وَمَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ مِنْ حِسَابِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ وَلَـكِن ذِكْرَى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ

تَقَى,
ذَكّرَ,
شِاءَ,
حَسَبَ,
عَلَا,
لَعَلَّ,
And the righteous are not held accountable for them (unrighteous) on anything, but it is a remembrance so that maybe they will fear (Allah). (righteous are not responsible for what others do, but it is a reminder).
70

وَذَرِ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُواْ دِينَهُمْ لَعِبًا وَلَهْوًا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَذَكِّرْ بِهِ أَن تُبْسَلَ نَفْسٌ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ ۖ ࣗ لَيْسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ اللّٰهِ وَلِيٌّ وَلَا شَفِيعٌ ۚ وَإِن تَعْدِلْ كُلَّ عَدْلٍ لاَّ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهَا ؕ أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ أُبْسِلُواْ بِمَا كَسَبُواْ ۚ لَهُمْ شَرَابٌ مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ وَعَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْفُرُونَ ࣖ

أَخَذَ,
عَذُبَ,
دَانَ,
نَفُسَ,
حي,
كَسَبَ,
دَنَا,
حَمَّ,
كَفَرَ,
لَعِبَ,
لَيْسَ,
أَ لِمَ,
وَلِيَ,
شَرِبَ,
حَمَى,
ذَكّرَ,
غَرَّ,
كُلَّ,
كَانَ,
دُون,
دَانَ,
لَهَا,
بَسُلَ,
عَدَلَ,
And leave those who take their faith for play and amusement, and whom the life of this world has deceived. And (but) mention that soul (shall not) become fearless of what it will earn. (There will be) No support and no intercession for him other than Allah. Even if he wants to amend (change) any (in his deeds) deviation, nothing will be accepted for it (as a ransom to change). These are the ones who are hopeless because of what they have earned. For them, a drink from scalding water, and a painful punishment because they have been ungrateful.
71

قُلْ أَنَدْعُو مِن دُونِ اللّٰهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُنَا وَلَا يَضُرُّنَا وَنُرَدُّ عَلَى أَعْقَابِنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَانَا اللّٰهُ كَالَّذِي اسْتَهْوَتْهُ الشَّيَاطِينُ فِي الأَرْضِ حَيْرَانَ ࣕ لَهُ أَصْحَابٌ يَدْعُونَهُ إِلَى الْهُدَى ائْتِنَا ؕ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللّٰهِ هُوَ الْهُدَىَ ؕ وَأُمِرْنَا لِنُسْلِمَ لِرَبِّ الْعَٰالَمِينَ ۙ

دَعَا,
نَفَعَ,
أَ مَرَ,
أَ رَضْ,
عَقَبَ,
ضَرَّ,
حي,
عَلِمَ,
هَدَى,
قَالَ,
سَلِمَ,
صَحِبَ,
شَيَطن,
رَدَّ,
بَعُدَ,
دُون,
حَيرَ,
إِلَى,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
هَوَى,
أَتَى,
Say, “Should we call other than Allah, that has no benefit to us and no harm to us, and (should) we turn on our heels after Allah has guided us; like the one who is seduced (attracted, prepared) by shaitans in the earth and confused by his companions when they call to him: ‘Come to the guidance’?” Say, “Guidance by Allah is the (only) guidance, and we are commanded to be submitted to Rabb of the Universe.”
72

وَأَنْ أَقِيمُواْ الصَّلَاةَ وَاتَّقُوهُ ؕ وَهُوَ الَّذِيَ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

تَقَى,
قَامَ,
حَشَرَ,
إِلَى,
صلو,
“And that to establish prayer and be fearful of Him for He is the one to whom you will be gathered.”
73

وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ؕ وَيَوْمَ يَقُولُ كُن فَيَكُونُ ؕ ࣢قَوْلُهُ الْحَقُّ ؕ وَلَهُ الْمُلْكُ يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِي الصُّوَرِ ؕ عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ ؕ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ

خَلَقَ,
قَالَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
غَابَ,
حَكَمَ,
خَبَرَ,
حَقَّ,
يَوْم,
مَلَكَ,
كَانَ,
عَلِمَ,
شَهِدَ,
نَفَخَ,
صور,
He is the one who created the universe and the earth with the truth (as the reality). On the day (when) He says, “Be,” (and) it is done. His word is the truth, and for Him is the kingdom on the day when the trumpet will be blown. He knows the unseen and the seen, and He is the Most-Wise, Most-Informed.
74

وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لأَبِيهِ آزَرَ أَتَتَّخِذُ أَصْنَامًا آلِهَةً ۚ إِنِّي أَرَاكَ وَقَوْمَكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

أَخَذَ,
ضَلَّ,
قَالَ,
أَب,
بَا نَ,
صَنَم,
رَأَى,
قَامَ,
إِله,
And when Abraham said to his father Azara, “Do you hold idols-images as gods? I see you and your nation in a clear falsehood.”
75

وَكَذَلِكَ نُرِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَلَكُوتَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَلِيَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُوقِنِينَ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
مَلَكَ,
يَقِنَ,
ذَا,
كَانَ,
رَأَى,
That is how We showed Abraham the kingdom of the universe and earth for him to be convinced (absolute-certain).
76

فَلَمَّا جَنَّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلُ رَأَ كَوْكَبًا ۚ قَالَ هَـذَا رَبِّي ۚ فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ قَالَ لا أُحِبُّ الآفِلِينَ

حَبَّ,
رَأَى,
قَالَ,
لَيْل,
جَنَّ,
كَوْكَب,
أَفَلَ,
رَبَّ,
Then when the night became dark on him, he saw a star. Said, “This is my Rabb.” But when it set, he said, “I do not love the transitory (things to be as god)."
77

فَلَمَّا رَأَ الْقَمَرَ بَازِغًا قَالَ هَـذَا رَبِّي فَلَمَّا أَفَلَ قَالَ لَئِن لَّمْ يَهْدِنِي رَبِّي لأكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الضَّالِّينَ

ضَلَّ,
قَمَرَ,
قَالَ,
قَامَ,
رَأَى,
أَفَلَ,
بَزَغَ,
هَدَى,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
Then he saw the moonrise; he said, “This is my Rabb.” But when it set, he said, “If my Rabb will not guide me, then I will be surely from the nation on the falsehood.”
78

فَلَمَّا رَأَ الشَّمْسَ بَازِغَةً قَالَ هَـذَا رَبِّي هَـذَآ أَكْبَرُ ۚ فَلَمَّا أَفَلَتْ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ

شَمَسَ,
كَبَرَ,
قَالَ,
شَرِكَ,
قَامَ,
رَأَى,
بَزَغَ,
بَرِ ىءَ,
رَبَّ,
أَفَلَ,
Then, when he saw the sunrise, he said, “This is my Rabb, this is bigger.” But when it (sun) set, he said, “O my nation, I am absolved from what you make partners.
79

إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا أَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ۚ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
وَجَهَ,
فَطَرَ,
حَنَفَ,
شَرِكَ,
I am directing my attention (and) aiming to the One Who gave the nature to the universe and the earth, as a True Believer, and I am not among those who make partners.”
80

وَحَآجَّهُ قَوْمُهُ ؕ قَالَ أَتُحَاجُّونِّي فِي اللّٰهِ وَقَدْ هَدَانِ ؕ وَلَا أَخَافُ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ بِهِ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاء رَبِّي شَيْئًا ؕ وَسِعَ رَبِّي كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا ؕ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ

عَلِمَ,
شِاءَ,
خَافَ,
هَدَى,
قَالَ,
شَرِكَ,
وَسُعَ,
ذَكّرَ,
حَجَّ,
قَامَ,
كُلَّ,
رَبَّ,
And his nation argued with him. He said, “Do you argue with me in Allah when He has guided me? I do not fear what you make partners with Him unless my Rabb desires anything. My Rabb has included everything in His Knowledge. Do you not remember (can you not notice, bear in mind)?
81

وَكَيْفَ أَخَافُ مَا أَشْرَكْتُمْ وَلَا تَخَافُونَ أَنَّكُمْ أَشْرَكْتُم بِاللّٰهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَانًا ؕ فَأَيُّ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ أَحَقُّ بِالأَمْنِ ۚ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ۘ

كَتَمَ,
عَلِمَ,
فَرَقَ,
خَافَ,
حَقَّ,
شَرِكَ,
كَانَ,
نَزَلَ,
كَيْفَ,
سُلَط,
أَيُّ,
أَ مُنَ,
And why should I be afraid of those you make partners with (Allah). And (while) you do not fear that you are making partners with Allah, for which you have not been sent down any authority? Which group is more correct in faith (belief) if you know?”
82

الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُواْ إِيمَانَهُم بِظُلْمٍ أُوْلَـئِكَ لَهُمُ الأَمْنُ وَهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ ࣖ

أَ مَرَ,
ظَلَمَ,
هَدَى,
لَبِسَ,
أَ مُنَ,
Those who do not confuse their faith with wrongdoing (doing injustice) will be in (peace), security, and guidance.
83

وَتِلْكَ حُجَّتُنَا آتَيْنَاهَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَى قَوْمِهِ ؕ نَرْفَعُ دَرَجَاتٍ مَّن نَّشَاء ؕ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ

حَجَّ,
عَلِمَ,
شِاءَ,
قَامَ,
دَرَجَ,
حَكَمَ,
رَفَعَ,
أَتَى,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
And this is our argument that we gave to Ibrahim for his nation. We raise the grades to whomever We desire. Truly, your Rabb is All-Wisdom, All-Knowing.
84

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ ؕ كُلاًّ هَدَيْنَا ۚ وَنُوحًا هَدَيْنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِ دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُوسُفَ وَمُوسَى وَهَارُونَ ؕ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ ۙ

قَبِلَ,
حَسَنَ,
وَهَبَ,
ذَرَّ,
هَدَى,
حَقَّ,
جَزَى,
ذَا,
كُلَّ,
أَيُّ,
And we granted him Isaac and Jacob, all We guided them. And We guided Noah before and from his generations Dawood, Suleiman, and Ayoub, and Yousef, Musa, and Harun. That is how We reward the beneficent.
85

وَزَكَرِيَّا وَيَحْيَى وَعِيسَى وَإِلْيَاسَ ؕ كُلٌّ مِّنَ الصَّالِحِينَ ۙ

حي,
صَلَحَ,
كُلَّ,
And Zachary, and Yahya, and Isa, and Ilyas, all among the righteous.
86

وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَالْيَسَعَ وَيُونُسَ وَلُوطًا ؕ وَكُلاًّ فضَّلْنَا عَلَى الْعَٰالَمِينَ ۙ

عَلِمَ,
كُلَّ,
عَلَا,
فَضَلَ,
And Ismail, Yasa, Younus, and Lut, all We preferred over the worlds.
87

وَمِنْ آبَائِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْ وَإِخْوَانِهِمْ ۚ وَاجْتَبَيْنَاهُمْ وَهَدَيْنَاهُمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

قَامَ,
بَا نَ,
هَدَى,
صِرَاط,
ذَرَّ,
أ خو,
أَب,
إِلَى,
جَابَ,
And to their fathers, offspring, and brethren, we answered their prayers and guided them on a straight path.
88

ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللّٰهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ؕ وَلَوْ أَشْرَكُواْ لَحَبِطَ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

عَمِلَ,
هَدَى,
ذَا,
عَبَدَ,
شِاءَ,
حَبَطَ,
شَرِكَ,
كَانَ,
That is guidance from Allah. He guides with this to whoever He desires among His slaves. If they made partners, their deeds would be wasted because of what they were doing.
89

أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحُكْمَ وَالنُّبُوَّةَ ۚ فَإِن يَكْفُرْ بِهَا هَـؤُلاء فَقَدْ وَكَّلْنَا بِهَا قَوْمًا لَّيْسُواْ بِهَا بِكَافِرِينَ

أَتَى,
كَتَبَ,
حَكَمَ,
كَفَرَ,
نَبَأَ,
وَكَلَ,
قَامَ,
Those are the ones We gave the book, and the wisdom, and the prophethood. If they became ungrateful with this (responsibility), We would assign this (commitment) to the other nation who will not be ungrateful.
90

أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ هَدَى اللّٰهُ فَبِهُدَاهُمُ اقْتَدِهْ ؕ قُل لاَّ أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا ؕ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَى لِلْعَالَمِينَ ࣖ

سَأَلَ,
ذَكّرَ,
هَدَى,
أَجَرَ,
قَالَ,
عَلِمَ,
قَدَاَ,
Those are the ones Allah has guided, so, because they are guided, follow them. Say, “I do not ask you for reward on this; it is only the remembrance for the worlds.”
91

وَمَا قَدَرُواْ اللّٰهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ إِذْ قَالُواْ مَا أَنزَلَ اللّٰهُ عَلَى بَشَرٍ مِّن شَيْءٍ ؕ قُلْ مَنْ أَنزَلَ الْكِتَابَ الَّذِي جَاء بِهِ مُوسَى نُورًا وَهُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ تَجْعَلُونَهُ قَرَاطِيسَ تُبْدُونَهَا وَتُخْفُونَ كَثِيرًا ۚ وَعُلِّمْتُم مَّا لَمْ تَعْلَمُواْ أَنتُمْ وَلَا آبَاؤُكُمْ ؕ قُلِ اللّٰهُ ۙ ثُمَّ ذَرْهُمْ فِي خَوْضِهِمْ يَلْعَبُونَ

هَدَى,
قَالَ,
جَعَلَ,
بَدَأَ,
عَلِمَ,
أَنِسَ,
خَفَيَ,
كَتَبَ,
شِاءَ,
كَثَرَ,
حَقَّ,
بَشَر,
نَزَلَ,
جَاءَ,
ذّرّا,
أَب,
نَار,
قَدَرَ,
لَعِبَ,
عَلَا,
ثَمَّ,
قِرْطَاس,
خَاضَ,
They did not attach importance to Allah as much as to be true to Him when they say, “Allah has not sent down anything on any man.” Say, “Who sent down the book that came to Musa as a light and guidance for humankind?” You make the pages, you reveal from it, yet you hide most. And you were taught what you did not know, you nor your forefathers. Say, “Allah (taught us),” then leave them engaged in the game they play.
92

وَهَـذَا كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ مُّصَدِّقُ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلِتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا ؕ وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَهُمْ عَلَى صَلَاتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ

أَ مُنَ,
نَذَرَ,
حَالَ,
يَدَيَ,
أَ مَّ,
صَدَقَ,
كَتَبَ,
قَرَى,
نَزَلَ,
بَا نَ,
أخر,
بَرَكَ,
حَفِظَ,
عَلَا,
صلو,
And this Book We have sent down is a blessed proof of what is with them (The Books already with them). This is for you to warn the (people of) Mecca (source of the towns) and those surrounding it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in this and guard their prayers.
93

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ قَالَ أُوْحِيَ إِلَيَّ وَلَمْ يُوحَ إِلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَمَن قَالَ سَأُنزِلُ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَزَلَ اللّٰهُ ؕ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي غَمَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةُ بَاسِطُواْ أَيْدِيهِمْ ۚ أَخْرِجُواْ أَنفُسَكُمُ ؕ الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ وَكُنتُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهِ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ

يَدَيَ,
قَالَ,
نَفُسَ,
عَذُبَ,
فَرَىَ,
شِاءَ,
كَبَرَ,
كَذَبَ,
حَقَّ,
يَوْم,
آ ىي -آية,
ظَلَمَ,
جَزَى,
مَاتَ,
خَرَجَ,
مَثَلَ,
نَزَلَ,
بَسَطَ,
غير,
هَانَ,
إِلَى,
رَأَى,
مَلَكَ,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
غَمُرَ,
Who is more unjust than one who fabricates a lie about Allah or says, “It was inspired to me,” when he was not inspired and said, “I will reveal like this what Allah has sent down”? If you could see the unjust (when they) are in the throes of death, as angels extend their hands: “Exit from your souls. Today you will be rewarded with the degrading punishment because of what you were saying on Allah other than the truth, and you were arrogant to His signs/verses.”
94

وَلَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا فُرَادَى كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَتَرَكْتُم مَّا خَوَّلْنَاكُمْ وَرَاء ظُهُورِكُمْ ۚ وَمَا نَرَى مَعَكُمْ شُفَعَاءكُمُ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُمْ أَنَّهُمْ فِيكُمْ شُرَكَاء ؕ لَقَد تَّقَطَّعَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنكُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ ࣖ

كَتَمَ,
ضَلَّ,
وَرَى,
شَرِكَ,
بَا نَ,
مَرَّ,
تَرَكَ,
ا و ل,
ظَهَرَ,
جَاءَ,
تَرَكَ,
شَفَعَ,
زَعَمَ,
قَطَعَ,
خَلَقَ,
رَأَى,
مَعَ,
فَرُدَ,
خَال,
قَدْ,
“(Now) You have come to us individually, like We have created you the first time, leaving what was granted to you behind your backs. We do not see you with your intercessors, those you considered among your partners. And (now they are) cut off from you and (all that support you were counting besides Allah) is lost from you, (supporters) what you have been claiming.”
95

إِنَّ اللّٰهَ فَالِقُ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى ؕ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَمُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتِ مِنَ الْحَيِّ ؕ ذَلِكُمُ اللّٰهُ فَأَنَّى تُؤْفَكُونَ

خَرَجَ,
حي,
مَاتَ,
حَبَ,
فَلَقَ,
نَوَى,
حي,
فَكَ,
ذَا,
Indeed, Allah splits the seeds, and the date pits. He lets life come out from the dead and produces the dead from the living. That is your Allah. So, where (how) do you separate? Note: Germination is usually the growth of a plant contained within a seed; it results in seedling formation. It is also the process of reactivation of metabolic machinery of the seed resulting in the emergence of radicle and plumule. The seed of a vascular plant is a small package produced in a fruit or cone after the union of male and female reproductive cells. All fully developed seeds contain an embryo and, in most plant species, some store of food reserves, wrapped in a seed coat. Some plants produce varying numbers of seeds that lack embryos; these are empty seeds that never germinate. Dormant seeds are viable seeds that do not germinate because they require specific internal or environmental stimuli to resume growth. فَالِقُ الإِصْبَاحِ ۚ وَجَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ سَكَنًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ حُسْبَانًا ؕ ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ

جَعَلَ,
لَيْل,
شَمَسَ,
قَمَرَ,
فَلَقَ,
عَزَّ,
سَكَنَ,
حَسَبَ,
قَدَرَ,
عَلِمَ,
ذَا,
He breaks dawn (mornings from nights) and made the night for tranquility and the sun and the moon for calculation (of times, days, months, years, seasons, ages, periods). That is determined by the Most Powerful, the All-Knowing.
97

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ النُّجُومَ لِتَهْتَدُواْ بِهَا فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ؕ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

عَلِمَ,
جَعَلَ,
ظَلَمَ,
بَرَ,
بَحَرَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَامَ,
هَدَى,
فَصَلَ,
And He is the one who made the stars for you to get guidance (traveling and finding the course, direction, time, place) from them in the darkness of the land and sea. We have made the signs clear for the nation that knows. Note. :Fifty-eight selected navigational stars are given a special status in the field of celestial navigation. Of the approximately 6,000 stars visible to the naked eye under optimal conditions, the selected stars are among the brightest and span 38 constellations of the celestial sphere from the declination of −70° to +89°. 98

وَهُوَ الَّذِيَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمُسْتَوْدَعٌ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَفْقَهُونَ

قَرَّ,
نَشَأَ,
فَقِهَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَامَ,
أ حد,
نَفُسَ,
فَصَلَ,
وَدَعَ,
And He is the one who originated you from a single soul, then He established your dwelling, then transferred you to a temporary storage (period after death to the last day). We have made the signs clear for the nation who understands.
99

وَهُوَ الَّذِيَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً ۚ فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ نَبَاتَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهُ خَضِرًا نُّخْرِجُ مِنْهُ حَبًّا مُّتَرَاكِبًا ۚ وَمِنَ النَّخْلِ مِن طَلْعِهَا قِنْوَانٌ دَانِيَةٌ وَجَنَّاتٍ مِّنْ أَعْنَابٍ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُشْتَبِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ ؕ اُنْظُرُواْ إِلِى ثَمَرِهِ إِذَا أَثْمَرَ وَيَنْعِهِ ؕ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكُمْ لآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

أَ مُنَ,
جَنَّ,
عنب,
سَمَا,
نَظَرَ,
جَلَدَ,
ثَمَرَ,
شِاءَ,
خَرَجَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَامَ,
نَبَتَ,
نَخَلَ,
طَلَعَ,
غير,
دَنَا,
زَيْت,
حَبَ,
ذَا,
كُلَّ,
شَبه,
خَضَرَ,
رَكِبَ,
قَنَا,
يَنَعَ,
And He's the one Who sends down water from the sky. We bring out plants of everything; then We bring out greenery from it, then We bring out seeds from it assembled in layers. And from the palm trees with spadix closely bunched together, and gardens of grapes, olive trees, and pomegranates resembling one another and not resembling one another (similar and dissimilar variety of fruits). Look at fruits when fruits grow and how they ripen. In these, there are signs for the nation who believe. Note.:Flowering plants produce seeds that are then dispersed from their parent. When a seed comes to rest in an appropriate place with conditions suitable to its germination, it breaks open. The embryo inside the seed starts to grow into a seedling. Roots grow down to anchor the plant in the ground. Roots also take up water and nutrients and store food. A shoot grows skywards and develops into a stem that carries water and nutrients from the roots to the rest of the plant. The stem also supports leaves so they can collect sunlight. Leaves capture sunlight to make energy for the plant through the process of photosynthesis. Adult plants produce flowers. When the seedling matures into an adult plant and is ready to reproduce, it develops flowers. Flowers are special structures involved in sexual reproduction, which involves both pollination and fertilization. This iris flower has petals shaped to form landing stages for visiting insects and bright yellow ‘land here’ signs. وَجَعَلُواْ لِلّٰهِ شُرَكَاء الْجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُمْ وَخَرَقُواْ لَهُ بَنِينَ وَبَنَاتٍ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ؕ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ ࣖ

خَلَقَ,
جَعَلَ,
عَلِمَ,
شَرِكَ,
سَبَحَ,
جَنَّ,
اِبْن,
وَصَفَ,
غير,
عَلَا,
خَرَقَ,
عَنْ,
And they make for Allah, partners of the jinn, although He has created them. And they exceed (cross limits) by making for Him sons and daughters, without any knowledge. Praise to Him. He is high above what they Characterize.
101

بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ ؕ أَنَّى يَكُونُ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ تَكُن لَّهُ صَاحِبَةٌ ؕ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ ۚ وهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

خَلَقَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
شِاءَ,
عَلِمَ,
صَحِبَ,
كَانَ,
وَلَدَ,
بَدَ عَ,
كُلَّ,
كَانَ,
Creator of the universe and the earth, how can He have a son while He has never had a companion? He Created everything, and He Knows everything. (What more a son can add if He Created everything and Knows everything).
102

ذَلِكُمُ اللّٰهُ رَبُّكُمْ ۚ لا إِلَـهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَاعْبُدُوهُ ؕ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ

إِله,
عَبَدَ,
شِاءَ,
وَكَلَ,
خَلَقَ,
ذَا,
كُلَّ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
For you, Allah, your Rabb, no God except Him, Creator of everything, so, worship Him. He is the one who supports (Manages) everything.
103

لاَّ تُدْرِكُهُ الأَبْصَارُ ؗ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الأَبْصَارَ ۚ وَهُوَ اللَّٰطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ

بَصُرَ,
دَرَك,
خَبَرَ,
لَطَفَ,
He is beyond the reach of all eyesight (He created light and eyes, He is above and different from what is created so, you cannot see Creator, Him) and He grasps (reaches) all eyesight. He has Knowledge of the finer details.
104

قَدْ جَاءكُم بَصَآئِرُ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ ۚ فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ ۚ وَمَنْ عَمِيَ فَعَلَيْهَا ؕ وَمَا أَنَاْ عَلَيْكُم بِحَفِيظٍ

فَعَلَ,
نَفُسَ,
جَاءَ,
بَصُرَ,
عَمِيَ,
حَفِظَ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
Already, “Understanding came to you from your Rabb. Whoever understood so (it is good) for him and whoever ignored it is on him (to lose). I am not a guardian over you.”
105

وَكَذَلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَاتِ وَلِيَقُولُواْ دَرَسْتَ وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

عَلِمَ,
بَا نَ,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَامَ,
صَرَفَ,
ذَا,
دَرَسَ,
And that is how We turn one's attention to the verses and signs and for them to say, “You have studied” (You know), and for you to inform clearly to the nation who knows (That this message is by Allah alone).
106

اتَّبِعْ مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ۚ لا إِلَـهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

تَبِعَ,
إِله,
وَحَى,
عَرُضَ,
إِلَى,
شَرِكَ,
عَنْ,
رَبَّ,
Follow what is inspired to you by your Rabb. There is no God except Him. And turn away from those who make partners.
107

وَلَوْ شَاء اللّٰهُ مَا أَشْرَكُواْ ؕ وَمَا جَعَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا ۚ وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ

جَعَلَ,
شِاءَ,
وَكَلَ,
شَرِكَ,
حَفِظَ,
And if Allah wanted, they would not have made partners. We have not made you a guardian on them, and you are not a manager on them.
108

وَلَا تَسُبُّواْ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّٰهِ فَيَسُبُّواْ اللّٰهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ؕ كَذَلِكَ زَيَّنَّا لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَمَلَهُمْ ࣕ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّهِم مَّرْجِعُهُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

رَجَعَ,
دَعَا,
عَمِلَ,
أَ مَّ,
عَلِمَ,
زَانَ,
نَبَأَ,
غير,
ذَا,
كُلَّ,
كَانَ,
إِلَى,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
دُون,
سَبَّ,
عَدَا,
And do not name call those who call others besides Allah; in turn, they may name Allah in enmity without knowledge. Then they will return to their Rabb and be informed about what they have been (really) doing. That is how, for every nation, We have decorated their deeds.
109

وَأَقْسَمُواْ بِاللّٰهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِن جَاءتْهُمْ آيَةٌ لَّيُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهَا ؕ قُلْ إِنَّمَا الآيَاتُ عِندَ اللّٰهِ وَمَا يُشْعِرُكُمْ ۙ أَنَّهَا إِذَا جَاءتْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

أَ مُنَ,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَسَمَ,
جَاءَ,
شَعَرَ,
جَهَدَ,
عَنَدَ,
And they swear with Allah, stressing with their oaths, that if a verse or sign comes to them, they will believe in it. Say, “(All) The signs are from Allah.” But what will make you realize that? They do not believe even when (the signs are) brought to them, they do not believe.
110

وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُواْ بِهِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ࣖ

طَغَا,
بَصُرَ,
عَمِهَ,
مَرَّ,
ا و ل,
قَلَبَ,
أَ مُنَ,
ذّرّا,
فُؤَاد,
And We turn away their hearts and eyes like they do not (never) believe in it in the first place (time), and We leave them in their tyranny to wander.
111

وَلَوْ أَنَّنَا نَزَّلْنَا إِلَيْهِمُ الْمَلآئِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ الْمَوْتَى وَحَشَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ قُبُلاً مَّا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاء اللّٰهُ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُونَ

شِاءَ,
كَلِمُ,
نَزَلَ,
مَاتَ,
حَشَرَ,
أَ مُنَ,
كَثَرَ,
إِلَى,
كُلَّ,
مَلَكَ,
كَانَ,
جَهِلَ,
Even if We send down the angels on them, and the dead speak to them, and We gather everything (all signs) in front of them, they will still not believe unless that is what Allah wants; but many of them are ignorant.
112

وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نِبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا شَيَاطِينَ الإِنسِ وَالْجِنِّ يُوحِي بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ زُخْرُفَ الْقَوْلِ غُرُورًا ؕ وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ

بَعَضَ,
جَعَلَ,
فَعَلَ,
فَرَىَ,
عَدَا,
قَالَ,
شِاءَ,
زَخْرَفَ,
أَنِسَ,
جَنَّ,
وَحَى,
غَرَّ,
نَبَأَ,
وَذَرَ,
بَعَضَ,
ذَا,
كُلَّ,
إِلَى,
رَبَّ,
And that is how We have made an enemy for every prophet, the shaitan among the men, and the jinn; they get inspired by each other with some fancy talk of deceiving (to deceive). But if Your Rabb wanted, they would not have done that. So, you leave them with what they fabricate?
113

وَلِتَصْغَى إِلَيْهِ أَفْئِدَةُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ وَلِيَرْضَوْهُ وَلِيَقْتَرِفُواْ مَا هُم مُّقْتَرِفُونَ

أَ مُنَ,
أخر,
قَرَفَ,
صَغَا,
فُؤَاد,
رَضِيَ,
إِلَى,
صَغَا,
And to incline the hearts of unbelievers of the hereafter towards it (their fancy words), and for them to be satisfied with that (misleading), and let them commit whatever they are perpetrating (planning to do evil deeds).
114

أَفَغَيْرَ اللّٰهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنَزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلاً ؕ وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ

عَلِمَ,
أَتَى,
كَتَبَ,
حَقَّ,
نَزَلَ,
حَكَمَ,
غير,
إِلَى,
كَانَ,
مَرْي,
بَغَى,
رَبَّ,
فَصَلَ,
“Do I desire a judge other than Allah, when He is the One who has sent down towards you the book, with details?” Those We gave the Book know that it is sent down from your Rabb with the truth. So, do not be among those who are in doubt.
115

وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلاً ؕ لاَّ مُبَدِّلِ لِكَلِمَاتِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

سَمَعَ,
كَلِمُ,
عَلِمَ,
وَعَدَ,
بَدَلَ,
رَبَّ,
تَمَّ,
صَدَقَ,
And words of your Rabb are complete, in truth and justice. There is no change in His words. He is All-Listening, All-Knowing.
116

وَإِن تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَن فِي الأَرْضِ يُضِلُّوكَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّٰهِ ؕ إِنْ يَّتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ

سَبَلَ,
تَبِعَ,
أَ رَضْ,
طَاعَ,
ضَلَّ,
ظَنَّ,
كَثَرَ,
خَرَص,
And if you follow many (people) in the earth (world), they will mislead you from the path of Allah. They follow nothing but opinions (suppositions, unreliable beliefs), and they are only guessing.
117

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ مَن يَضِلُّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ

عَلِمَ,
سَبَلَ,
ضَلَّ,
هَدَى,
رَبَّ,
Truly, your Rabb knows best who is misleading from His path, and He is the One Who knows best who is guided.
118

فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ بِآيَاتِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ

ذَكّرَ,
أَ مُنَ,
آ ىي -آية,
أَكَلَ,
سَمِي,
كُلَّ,
كَانَ,
So, eat what Allah's name has been mentioned on it if you have been a believer in His verses-signs.
119

وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلاَّ تَأْكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهِ وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُم مَّا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلَّا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ ؕ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا لَّيُضِلُّونَ بِأَهْوَائِهِم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ؕ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُعْتَدِينَ

عَلِمَ,
أَكَلَ,
ذَكّرَ,
حَرُمَ,
كَثَرَ,
عَتُدَ,
ضَلَّ,
أَكَلَ,
غير,
سَمِي,
هَوَى,
إِلَى,
كُلَّ,
رَبَّ,
فَصَلَ,
ضَرَّ,
And what is with you that you do not eat from what Allah's name has been mentioned when He already explained to you what is prohibited on you unless you are in a compulsion to it? Many are misguided in their desires without knowledge—your Rabb who Knows the best about the transgressors.
120

وَذَرُواْ ظَاهِرَ الإِثْمِ وَبَاطِنَهُ ؕ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْسِبُونَ الإِثْمَ سَيُجْزَوْنَ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَقْتَرِفُونَ

أَثِمَ,
ظَهَرَ,
وَذَرَ,
جَزَى,
كَسَبَ,
قَرَفَ,
بَطَنَ,
كَانَ,
And leave (forsake) the obvious (outward) sins and hidden (inward) in them. Those who earn sins will be recompensed (repaid) with what they perpetrate.
121

وَلَا تَأْكُلُواْ مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ ؕ وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَآئِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ ۚ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ ࣖ

أَكَلَ,
جَدَلَ,
طَاعَ,
شَرِكَ,
سَمِي,
وَلِيَ,
ذَكّرَ,
إِلَى,
فًسًقَ,
وَحَى,
And do not eat upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned, for that is sinful. The shaitan inspires his supporters to argue (make it disputable) with you, but if you follow them, you would surely be partners (with them).
122

أَوَ مَن كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِّنْهَا ؕ كَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

حي,
عَمِلَ,
جَعَلَ,
أَنِسَ,
مَشَى,
كَفَرَ,
مَتَعَ,
ظَلَمَ,
لَيْسَ,
نَار,
زَانَ,
مَثَلَ,
ذَا,
كَانَ,
مَاتَ,
Is the one who has been dead, then We gave him life and made (shown) a light by which he walks among the people, similar to him who is in the darkness and unable to (cannot) come out from it? That is how We make deeds of unbelievers favorable for them.
123

وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَ مُجَرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُواْ فِيهَا ؕ وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ

شَعَرَ,
جَعَلَ,
نَفُسَ,
قَرَى,
مَكَرَ,
كَبَرَ,
جَرَمَ,
ذَا,
And that is how We made in every town (community), their criminals to become their leaders (administrators) in it, to deceive them, but they only deceive themselves, and they do not realize it.
124

وَإِذَا جَاءتْهُمْ آيَةٌ قَالُواْ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ حَتَّى نُؤْتَى مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ رُسُلُ اللّٰهِ ؕ ۘ اَللّٰهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُ ؕ سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُواْ صَغَارٌ عِندَ اللّٰهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَمْكُرُونَ

حي,
قَالَ,
جَعَلَ,
عَلِمَ,
عَذُبَ,
رَسِلَ,
حَيْثُ,
جَرَمَ,
أَتَى,
شَدَّ,
جَاءَ,
آ ىي -آية,
مَثَلَ,
مَكَرَ,
رَسِلَ,
صَابَ,
كَانَ,
حَتَّى,
عَنَدَ,
صَغُرَ,
When a verse came to them, they said, “We will never believe until we are given the same as what is given to the Messenger of Allah.” Allah knows the best regarding appointing His Messenger. Soon will reach those criminals’ lowliness from Allah and a severe punishment because of what they have been planning to deceive.
125

فَمَن يُرِدِ اللّٰهُ أَن يَهْدِيَهُ يَشْرَحْ صَدْرَهُ لِلإِسْلَامِ ۚ وَمَن يُرِدْ أَن يُضِلَّهُ يَجْعَلْ صَدْرَهُ ضَيِّقًا حَرَجًا كَأَنَّمَا يَصَّعَّدُ فِي السَّمَاءِ ؕ كَذَلِكَ يَجْعَلُ اللّٰهُ الرِّجْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

أَ مُنَ,
جَعَلَ,
هَدَى,
سَمَا,
حَرِجَ,
هَدَى,
صَدَرَ,
ضَلَّ,
شَرَحَ,
رَجِسَ,
رَادَ,
ذَا,
سَلِمَ,
عَلَا,
ضَاقَ,
صَعِدَ,
Then whoever Allah Desires to guide, He opens his heart for the Islam; whomever He Desires to be misguided, makes his heart confined, depressed as if he was climbing up the sky. Allah places the uncleanliness upon those who do not believe.
126

وَهَـذَا صِرَاطُ رَبِّكَ مُسْتَقِيمًا ؕ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ

قَامَ,
آ ىي -آية,
صِرَاط,
ذَكّرَ,
رَبَّ,
فَصَلَ,
And this is the straight path to your Rabb. We have provided details in the verses for the people who remember.
127

لَهُمْ دَارُ السَّلَامِ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُمْ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

عَنَدَ,
عَمِلَ,
دَارَ,
سَلِمَ,
وَلِيَ,
رَبَّ,
For them is a home of peace with their Rabb, and He is their Supporter because of what they used to do.
128

وَيَوْمَ يِحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ۚ يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ قَدِ اسْتَكْثَرْتُم مِّنَ الإِنسِ ۚ وَقَالَ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُم مِّنَ الإِنسِ رَبَّنَا اسْتَمْتَعَ بَعْضُنَا بِبَعْضٍ وَبَلَغْنَا أَجَلَنَا الَّذِي أَجَّلْتَ لَنَا ؕ قَالَ النَّارُ مَثْوَاكُمْ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا إِلَّا مَا شَاء اللّٰهُ ؕ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيمٌ عَليمٌ

بَعَضَ,
نَار,
أَ جَل,
قَالَ,
يَوْم,
شِاءَ,
أَنِسَ,
جَنَّ,
عَشَرَ,
بَلَغَ,
حَشَرَ,
جَمَعَ,
حَكَمَ,
كَثَرَ,
خَلَدَ,
وَلِيَ,
ثَوَى,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
مَتَعَ,
And On the Day when He will gather them all together: “O the group of the jinn, you have (mislead) too many (too much, too high) from the humankind.” And their supporters from humankind said, “O our Rabb, we have gained benefits from each other’s, but our time that you have fixed for us has been reached.” He will say, “The Fire is your resting place, where you will live forever, except as Allah wants. Your Rabb is All-Wise, All-Knowing.”
129

وَكَذَلِكَ نُوَلِّي بَعْضَ الظَّالِمِينَ بَعْضًا بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْسِبُونَ ࣖ

ظَلَمَ,
كَسَبَ,
وَلِيَ,
ذَا,
بَعَضَ,
And that is how We made the unjust support each other (to sin) with what they used to earn (in sin).
130

يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالإِنسِ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِي وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاء يَوْمِكُمْ هَـذَا ؕ قَالُواْ شَهِدْنَا عَلَى أَنفُسِنَا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ كَافِرِينَ

قَالَ,
نَذَرَ,
نَفُسَ,
رَسِلَ,
قَصَّ,
كَفَرَ,
حي,
يَوْم,
آ ىي -آية,
دَنَا,
أَنِسَ,
جَنَّ,
عَشَرَ,
لَقِيَ,
شَهِدَ,
غَرَّ,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
أَتَى,
"O group of the jinn and the humankind, Didn't a Messengers come to you among you, narrating my verses, and warning you of your meeting of this Day?" They will say, "We give witness to ourselves." They will give witness to themselves that they were nonbelievers. And the life of this world deceived them.
131

ذَلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُونَ

قَرَى,
غَفَلَ,
هَلَكَ,
ظَلَمَ,
ذَا,
كَانَ,
That is because your Rabb would not destroy the towns (communities) because of their unjust acts while their dwellers were unaware.
132

وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَاتٌ مِّمَّا عَمِلُواْ ؕ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ

عَمِلَ,
غَفَلَ,
دَرَجَ,
كُلَّ,
رَبَّ,
عَنْ,
And for everyone, there is a grade for what they pursued (planned, act, did); and your Rabb was not unaware of what they do.
133

وَرَبُّكَ الْغَنِيُّ ذُو الرَّحْمَةِ ؕ إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفْ مِن بَعْدِكُم مَّا يَشَاء كَمَآ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ ؕ

خَلَفَ,
نَشَأَ,
ذَرَّ,
ذَهَبَ,
شِاءَ,
أخر,
قَامَ,
رَحِمَ,
بَعُدَ,
غَنِيَ,
رَبَّ,
Your Rabb is above all needs, (He is) with Mercy. If He desires, He will take you away, and you will be substituted by whomever He desires, just as He created you as descendants of other nations.
134

إِنَّ مَا تُوعَدُونَ لآتٍ ۙ وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ

وَعَدَ,
عَتُدَ,
عَجَزَ,
Indeed, what you are promised is coming, and you will not be able to deflect.
135

قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُواْ عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ ۚ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ۙ مَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدِّارِ ؕ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ

عَمِلَ,
عَلِمَ,
قَامَ,
عَقَبَ,
ظَلَمَ,
كَانَ,
فًلَحَ,
مَكُنَ,
عَلَا,
Say, “O my nation! you keep working at your place, and so I.” You will know who will succeed in the end. The unjust will not benefit.
136

وَجَعَلُواْ لِلّٰهِ مِمِّا ذَرَأَ مِنَ الْحَرْثِ وَالأَنْعَامِ نَصِيبًا فَقَالُواْ هَـذَا لِلّٰهِ بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَهَـذَا لِشُرَكَآئِنَا ۚ فَمَا كَانَ لِشُرَكَآئِهِمْ فَلَا يَصِلُ إِلَى اللّٰهِ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ لِلّٰهِ فَهُوَ يَصِلُ إِلَى شُرَكَآئِهِمْ ؕ سَاء مَا يَحْكُمُونَ

قَالَ,
جَعَلَ,
شَرِكَ,
نَعَمَ,
نَصَبَ,
حَكَمَ,
ذَرَا,
حَرَثَ,
إِلَى,
زَعَمَ,
وَصَلَ,
They make for Allah a portion from what He has spread in the cultivation and livestock, and they say, “This is for Allah,” in their allegations, “and this is for our partners.” But what was for their partners does not reach Allah, yet what was for Allah reached their partners. (What an) Evil is their decision.
137

وَكَذَلِكَ زَيَّنَ لِكَثِيرٍ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَتْلَ أَوْلَادِهِمْ شُرَكَآؤُهُمْ لِيُرْدُوهُمْ وَلِيَلْبِسُواْ عَلَيْهِمْ دِينَهُمْ ؕ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّٰهُ مَا فَعَلُوهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ

فَعَلَ,
دَانَ,
فَرَىَ,
زَانَ,
شَرِكَ,
شِاءَ,
وَذَرَ,
وَلَدَ,
قَتَلَ,
ذَا,
لَبِسَ,
كَثَرَ,
رَدِى,
That is how it has been decorated (charmed) for many of those who make partners (with Allah) to kill their children, their partners (lead) to their destruction and confuse them in their religion. If Allah wanted, they would not have done that, so leave them to what they fabricate.
138

وَقَالُواْ هَـذِهِ أَنْعَامٌ وَحَرْثٌ حِجْرٌ ۖ ࣗ لاَّ يَطْعَمُهَا إِلَّا مَن نّشَاء بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَأَنْعَامٌ حُرِّمَتْ ظُهُورُهَا وَأَنْعَامٌ لاَّ يَذْكُرُونَ اسْمَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيْهَا افْتِرَاء عَلَيْهِ ؕ سَيَجْزِيهِم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ

قَالَ,
ذَكّرَ,
حَرُمَ,
فَرَىَ,
شِاءَ,
جَزَى,
ظَهَرَ,
طَعِمَ,
نَعَمَ,
سَمِي,
حَجَرَ,
رَدَّ,
كَانَ,
حَرَثَ,
عَلَا,
زَعَمَ,
And they say, “There is a restriction in this livestock and farm; (like) this is not to be eaten except by whom we desire,” in their consideration, and backs of livestock are prohibited, and livestock (they) do not mention the name of Allah on them, (This decision is a) fabrication on Him. They will be punished for what they have been fabricating.
139

وَقَالُواْ مَا فِي بُطُونِ هَـذِهِ الأَنْعَامِ خَالِصَةٌ لِّذُكُورِنَا وَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِنَا ۚ وَإِن يَكُن مَّيْتَةً فَهُمْ فِيهِ شُرَكَاء ؕ سَيَجْزِيهِمْ وَصْفَهُمْ ؕ إِنَّهُ حِكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ

قَالَ,
شَرِكَ,
ذَكّرَ,
حَرُمَ,
عَلِمَ,
جَنَّ,
جَزَى,
نَعَمَ,
زَاجَ,
وَصَفَ,
خَلَصَ,
بَطَنَ,
عَلَا,
كَانَ,
مَاتَ,
And they say, “What is inside of these cattle is special for our males and is prohibited on our wives.” But if it has been dead, they can be partners. They will be punished for their characterization (allegations). Indeed, He is All-Wise and All-Knowing.
140

قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ قَتَلُواْ أَوْلَادَهُمْ سَفَهًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَحَرَّمُواْ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ اللّٰهُ افْتِرَاء عَلَى اللّٰهِ ؕ قَدْ ضَلُّواْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهْتَدِينَ ࣖ

ضَلَّ,
خَرَجَ,
عَلِمَ,
حَرُمَ,
رَزَقَ,
خَسِرَ,
وَلَدَ,
غير,
هَدَى,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
سَفِهَ,
فَرَىَ,
Those who kill their children are lost in stupidity, without knowledge, and they prohibit what Allah has permitted them as (lawfully, authorized) provisions, (This is) a fabrication on Allah. They have gone astray and not been guided.
141

وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَ جَنَّاتٍ مَّعْرُوشَاتٍ وَغَيْرَ مَعْرُوشَاتٍ وَالنَّخْلَ وَالزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَابِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ ؕ كُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِ إِذَا أَثْمَرَ وَآتُواْ حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ ۖ ؗ وَلَا تُسْرِفُواْ ؕ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ ۙ

جَنَّ,
حَبَّ,
جَلَدَ,
نَشَأَ,
ثَمَرَ,
حَقَّ,
يَوْم,
نَخَلَ,
سَرَف,
رُمَّانٌ,
أَكَلَ,
غير,
خَلَفَ,
زَيْت,
أَتَى,
شَبه,
عَرَشَ,
زَرَعَ,
حَصَدَ,
سَرَف,
And He is the one who grew gardens, (some are) raised high and others not raised high and the palm trees, and the diverse agriculture (wide varieties) for consumption, and olives and pomegranate, (in type) of similar kind and different kind. Eat from the fruit when it is beneficial (ripe fruits are softer, sweeter, and more brightly colored), give their share (to the needy) on the day of harvest, and do not waste. Truly, Allah does not love those who waste. [NOTE: With a nearly endless variety of fruit trees from which to choose, selecting the right tree is often confusing. However, if garden space is a consideration, selecting the best size is critical. Fruit trees range from demure, low-maintenance dwarf varieties to standard-sized trees, with semi-dwarf trees in the middle. Dwarf At mature heights of only 6 to 12 feet, dwarf fruit trees are the smallest fruit trees, although sweet cherries, at mature heights of 12 to 14 feet, are slightly taller than most dwarf trees. Apricot, peach and nectarine trees grow to 6 to 8 feet, while dwarf pear trees generally top out at about 12 feet. Dwarf fruit trees are easy to care for, and most are suitable for planting in the ground or growing in containers. Although the tree is small, the fruit is standard size. Semi-Dwarf Semi-dwarf fruit trees are in the middle range of the spectrum -- larger than dwarf varieties but smaller than standard trees. As a general rule, semi-dwarf trees are about 60 to 90 percent of the height of a standard tree -- between approximately 14 and 22 feet, depending on the type of tree. وَمِنَ الأَنْعَامِ حَمُولَةً وَفَرْشًا ؕ كُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ ؕ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ۙ

تَبِعَ,
عَدَا,
بَا نَ,
خَطَّ,
رَزَقَ,
نَعَمَ,
شَيَطن,
أَكَلَ,
حَمَلَ,
فَرَشَ,
تَبِعَ,
From the livestock, (some are) carrier and (others to make) beds, (furnishings, covers), eat from what Allah has given you provisions, and do not follow on the lines (path) of the shaitan (do not be ungrateful). Truly, he (shaitan) is, for you, an obvious enemy.
143

ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ اَزْوَاجٍ ۚ مِّنَ الضَّأْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْمَعْزِ اثْنَيْنِ ؕ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الأُنثَيَيْنِ ؕ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الأُنثَيَيْنِ نَبِّؤُونِي بِعِلْمٍ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ۙ

صَدَقَ,
عَلِمَ,
حَرُمَ,
قَالَ,
نَبَأَ,
رَحِمَ,
ذَكّرَ,
أَنُثَ,
زَاجَ,
ثَنَى,
كَانَ,
ثَمَنَ,
ضَّأْن,
مَعْزِ ,
شَمِلَ,
Eight pairs: two from the sheep and two from the goats. Say, “Are two males prohibited, two females, or of the wombs of two females. Inform me with knowledge if you have been truthful.”
144

وَمِنَ الإِبْلِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ ؕ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الأُنثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الأُنثَيَيْنِ ؕ أَمْ كُنتُمْ شُهَدَاء إِذْ وَصَّاكُمُ اللّٰهُ بِهَـذَا ۚ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا لِيُضِلَّ النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ؕ إِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ ࣖ

أَنِسَ,
فَرَىَ,
عَلِمَ,
هَدَى,
حَرُمَ,
كَذَبَ,
ظَلَمَ,
رَحِمَ,
ذَكّرَ,
أَنُثَ,
بَقَرَ,
ضَلَّ,
شَهِدَ,
غير,
بَقَرَ,
ثَنَى,
رَأَى,
كَانَ,
قَامَ,
عَلَا,
شَمِلَ,
ابل,
وَصِيَ,
And two from the camels, and two from the cows. Say, “Are two males prohibited, or two females, or of the (what is in) wombs of two females? Were you a witness when Allah directed you with this?” Who is more unjust than one who fabricates lies on Allah to misguide the humankind without knowledge? Allah does not guide the nation of the unjust.
145

قُل لاَّ أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوْحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَن يَكُونَ مَيْتَةً أَوْ دَمًا مَّسْفُوحًا أَوْ لَحْمَ خِنزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ أَوْ فِسْقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللّٰهِ بِهِ ۚ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

رَحِمَ,
غَفَرَ,
وَجَدَ,
حَرُمَ,
قَالَ,
رَجِسَ,
طَعِمَ,
لَحَمَ,
غير,
عَادَ,
مَاتَ,
كَانَ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
سَفَحَ,
خِنْزِير,
فًسًقَ,
هَلَّ,
ضَرَّ,
بَغَى,
Say, “I did not find in what was inspired to me, a prohibition on food to be eaten, except what has been dead or blood spilled, or meat of pig, then it is a filth or sinful or offerings (offered) in the name other than Allah.” But if one (who consumes) is in compulsion, other than with a desire and with no (intention to be in) transgression, your Rabb is Most-Forgiving, Most-Merciful.
146

وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ هَادُواْ حَرَّمْنَا كُلَّ ذِي ظُفُرٍ ۚ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ وَالْغَنَمِ حَرَّمْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ شُحُومَهُمَا إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَتْ ظُهُورُهُمَا أَوِ الْحَوَايَا أَوْ مَا اخْتَلَطَ بِعَظْمٍ ؕ ذَلِكَ جَزَيْنَاهُم بِبَغْيِهِمْ ۖ ؗ وِإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ

حَرُمَ,
جَزَى,
ظَهَرَ,
ظَفِرَ,
بَقَرَ,
بَغَى,
صَدَقَ,
حَمَلَ,
غَنِمَ,
خَلَطَ,
شَحُمَ,
عَظُمَ,
ذَا,
هَادَ,
حَرُمَ,
حَوَي,
صَدَقَ,
كُل,
And on those who are Jews, We prohibited everything with claws. And we banned fat of the cow and the goat on them: except what is carried on their backs, or included, or associated with the bones. That is how We punished them because of their acts of oppression. And indeed, We are the Truthful.
147

فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل رَّبُّكُمْ ذُو رَحْمَةٍ وَاسِعَةٍۚ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأْسُهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ

كَذَبَ,
جَرَمَ,
بَأْ س- بَؤُ سَ,
قَالَ,
رَحِمَ,
قَامَ,
رَدَّ,
وَسُعَ,
عَنْ,
If they deny you then say, “Your Rabb is Merciful and accommodating, and there is no turning away of His Might from the nation of the criminals.”
148

سَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاء اللّٰهُ مَا أَشْرَكْنَا وَلَا آبَاؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِن شَيْءٍ ؕ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم حَتَّى ذَاقُواْ بَأْسَنَا ؕ قُلْ هَلْ عِندَكُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَتُخْرِجُوهُ لَنَا ؕ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا تَخْرُصُونَ

قَالَ,
تَبِعَ,
ذَاقَ,
قَبِلَ,
عَلِمَ,
بَأْ س- بَؤُ سَ,
شِاءَ,
حَرُمَ,
كَذَبَ,
أَب,
شِاءَ,
خَرَجَ,
شَرِكَ,
ظَنَّ,
ذَا,
خَرَص,
حَتَّى,
عَنَدَ,
Soon those who made partners would say, “If Allah wanted, we would not have made partners nor would our forefathers, nor would we prohibit anything.” That is how those before them lied until they tasted suffering from Us. Say, “Do you have with you (proof of) knowledge that you can bring out for (show to) us? It is nothing more than a supposition (speculation), and you are only guessing.”
149

قُلْ فَلِلّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبَالِغَةُ ۚ فَلَوْ شَاء لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

هَدَى,
قَالَ,
شِاءَ,
جَمَعَ,
حَجَّ,
بَلَغَ,
Say, “To Allah all the arguments reach. If He wanted, surely, He would have guided you all together.”
150

قُلْ هَلُمَّ شُهَدَاءكُمُ الَّذِينَ يَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ اللّٰهَ حَرَّمَ هَـذَا ۚ فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَلَا تَشْهَدْ مَعَهُمْ ۚ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاء الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَالَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ وَهُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُونَ ࣖ

أَ مُنَ,
كَذَبَ,
تَبِعَ,
شَهِدَ,
حَرُمَ,
أخر,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
عَدَلَ,
هَلُمَّ,
هَوَى,
مَعَ,
رَبَّ,
Say, “Bring then your witnesses, those who gave witness that Allah has prohibited this.” If they gave witness, then do not become a witness with them. And do not follow the desires of those who lie with our verses, those who do not believe in the Hereafter, and those who set up gods equal with their Rabb.
151

قُلْ تَعَالَوْاْ أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَلَّا تُشْرِكُواْ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا ۚ وَلَا تَقْتُلُواْ أَوْلَادَكُم مِّنْ إمْلَاقٍ ؕ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُمْ ۚ وَلَا تَقْرَبُواْ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ ۚ وَلَا تَقْتُلُواْ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ ؕ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

قَتَلَ,
قَرُبَ,
شِاءَ,
حَرُمَ,
حَقَّ,
شَرِكَ,
نَفُسَ,
عَقَلَ,
قَالَ,
حَسَنَ,
وَلَدَ,
عَالَ,
رَزَقَ,
عَلَا,
ذَا,
عَلَّ,
رَبَّ,
فَحُشَ,
We ,
مَلِقَ,
بَطَنَ,
ظَهَرَ,
وَصِيَ,
لَعَلَّ,
إِيَّا,
Say, “Come, I recite to you what your Rabb Has forbidden on you: so, Do not make partners with Him; be good with your parents; do not kill your children due to poverty, We give provisions to you and them; do not come close to fornication, whether obvious or hidden; do not kill the soul that Allah has prohibited, except with the justification (by Authorities of Justice System). That is your advice to you; with this, maybe you will be reasonable.”
152

وَلَا تَقْرَبُواْ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ ۚۚ وَأَوْفُواْ الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ بِالْقِسْطِ ۚ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ وَإِذَا قُلْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُواْ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى ۚ وَبِعَهْدِ اللّٰهِ أَوْفُواْ ؕ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ۙ

بَلَغَ,
قَرُبَ,
حَسَنَ,
عَدَلَ,
شَدَّ,
وَفَى,
كَالَ,
قَالَ,
وَزَنَ,
نَفُسَ,
ذَكّرَ,
عَهِدَ,
مَال,
قسط,
كُلِفَ,
وَسُعَ,
مَال,
ذَا,
كَانَ,
يَتَمَ,
حَتَّى,
لَعَلَّ,
And do not get close to the properties of the orphans, except with better intentions, until they reach adulthood. And fulfill measures and the scale with justice. We do not burden a soul, except in its capacity. And when you speak, then do so, with justice, even though it involves a close relative. And with the promise to Allah, fulfill what is advised to you so that maybe you will remember.
153

وَأَنَّ هَـذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۚ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ؕ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُم بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

تَقَى,
سَبَلَ,
تَبِعَ,
قَامَ,
صِرَاط,
ذَا,
فَرَقَ,
لَعَلَّ,
And that, this is My path, straight, so, follow it. And do not follow other paths, or you will be separated from His path. You are advised, so, that maybe you will be fearful.
154

ثُمَّ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ تَمَامًا عَلَى الَّذِيَ أَحْسَنَ وَتَفْصِيلاً لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَاء رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ ࣖ

أَ مُنَ,
هَدَى,
أَتَى,
حَسَنَ,
كَتَبَ,

لَقِيَ,
فَصَلَ,

عَلَا,

Then we gave Musa the Book, completing the best, and with details for everything, and guidance, and Mercy, that maybe they will believe in meeting their Rabb.
155

وَهَـذَا كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ ۙ

تَقَى,
تَبِعَ,
كَتَبَ,
نَزَلَ,
بَرَكَ,
رَحِمَ,
لَعَلَّ,
And this is a Book We have sent down with blessing; so, follow it, and be fearful, so, that maybe Mercy will be on you.

أَن تَقُولُواْ إِنَّمَا أُنزِلَ الْكِتَابُ عَلَى طَآئِفَتَيْنِ مِن قَبْلِنَا ࣕ وَإِن كُنَّا عَن دِرَاسَتِهِمْ لَغَافِلِينَ ۙ

نَزَلَ,

غَفَلَ,
قَبِلَ,
كَتَبَ,
طَافَ,
دَرَسَ,
عَلَا,
كَانَ,
That you may say, “The book was sent on the groups before us, and we are not aware of their teachings.”

أَوْ تَقُولُواْ لَوْ أَنَّا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا الْكِتَابُ لَكُنَّا أَهْدَى مِنْهُمْ ۚ فَقَدْ جَاءكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ ۚ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِ اللّٰهِ وَصَدَفَ عَنْهَا ؕ سَنَجْزِي الَّذِينَ يَصْدِفُونَ عَنْ آيَاتِنَا سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْدِفُونَ

نَزَلَ,
هَدَى,
بَا نَ,
قَالَ,
عَذُبَ,
كَتَبَ,
كَانَ,
كَذَبَ,
آ ىي -آية,
جَزَى,
جَاءَ,
ظَلَمَ,
صَدَفَ,
هَدَى,
سَا ءَ,
رَحِمَ,
رَبَّ,
Or you will say, “If the book was sent down to us, then surely, we would be more (better) guided than them.” Now A clear proof has already come to you from your Rabb, and guidance, and mercy. Who is more unjust than him, who denies verses of Allah and turns away from them? We will punish those who turn away from Our verses with a grievous punishment because they have been turning away.
158

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا أَن تَأْتِيهُمُ الْمَلآئِكَةُ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ رَبُّكَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ ؕ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ لَا يَنفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِن قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا ؕ قُلِ انتَظِرُواْ إِنَّا مُنتَظِرُونَ

بَعَضَ,
نَفَعَ,
خَيرَ,
قَبِلَ,
نَظَرَ,
يَوْم,
كَسَبَ,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
نَفُسَ,
أَتَى,
أَ مُنَ,
مَلَكَ,
رَبَّ,
Are they waiting (to believe) unless angels will come to them, your Rabb to come, or some signs of your Rabb to come? On the day when some signs of your Rabb will come, it will not be beneficial to any soul who has not been a believer from before or earned better in his belief. Say, “Wait, we are among those who are in wait (for you).”
159

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ شِيَعًا لَّسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ ؕ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُمْ إِلَى اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْعَلُونَ

فَعَلَ,
فَرَقَ,
دَانَ,
أَ مَرَ,
شِاءَ,
نَبَأَ,
شَاعَ,
كَانَ,
إِلَى,
شَاعَ,
ثَمَّ,
لَيْسَ,
Indeed, those who make different (groups) in their religion became a (part of a) group; you are not with them in anything. Their matter is towards Allah; He will inform them of what they were doing.
160

مَن جَاء بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا ۚ وَمَن جَاء بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجْزَى إِلَّا مِثْلَهَا وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ

حَسَنَ,
جَزَى,
عَشَرَ,
سَا ءَ,
جَاءَ,
مَثَلَ,
ظَلَمَ,
Whoever came up with a good deed, then for him ten times that; whoever came with an evil act, then he will be compensated only with its equivalent, they will not be unjustly treated.
161

قُلْ إِنَّنِي هَدَانِي رَبِّي إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ۚ࣢ دِينًا قِيَمًا مِّلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۚ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

دَانَ,
إِلَى,
قَامَ,
هَدَى,
قَالَ,
صِرَاط,
حَنَفَ,
مَلَّ,
شَرِكَ,

Say, “My Rabb has guided me towards a straight path, a faith established, as the nation of Ibrahim, a true believer, and he was not from those who were making the partners.”

قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَٰالَمِينَ ۙ

حي,
عَلِمَ,
قَالَ,
رَبَّ,
صلو,
نَسَكَ,
مَاتَ,
Say, “My prayers and my sacrifices, and my life and my death are for Allah, Rabb of the universe.
163

لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ۚ وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَاْ أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

أَ مَرَ,
ا و ل,
سَلِمَ,
ذَا,
شَرِكَ,
There is no partner for Him; with that, I am ordered, and I am first of the Muslims.”
164

قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّٰهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ؕ وَلَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلَّا عَلَيْهَا ۚ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ۚ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ

رَجَعَ,
شِاءَ,
نَفُسَ,

نَبَأَ,
كَسَبَ,
وَزَرَ,
بَغَى,
غير,
خَلَفَ,
أخر,
كُلَّ,
كَانَ,
إِلَى,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
Say, “Should I seek a god other than Allah when He is the one who is the Rabb of everything?” No soul earns except what is due to him, and nobody will take responsibility for the other’s burden. Then, towards your Rabb, you will be returned and informed of what you have been disputing in this.
165

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَائِفَ الأَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُمْ ؕ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَرِيعُ الْعِقَابِ ۖ ؗ وَإِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ࣖ

دَرَجَ,
جَعَلَ,
أَ رَضْ,
رَحِمَ,
غَفَرَ,
فَاقَ,
عَقَبَ,
بلو,
أَتَى,
رَفَعَ,
سَرُعَ,
رَبَّ,
خَلَفَ,
And He is the one who has made you successors on the earth and raised some of you over the others in ranks, so, He will test you in what He has given to you. Your Rabb is fast in the punitive measures, and He is with All-Forgiveness, All-Mercy.

Surah Qasas Verse 76The translation is incomplete. This part of the verse is not translated. وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْكُنُوزِ مَا إِنَّ مَفَاتِحَهُ لَتَنُوءُ بِالْعُصْبَةِ أُولِي الْقُوَّةِ إِذْ.. Thanks for great resource. Very useful site for root words and translation.

Dear Admin, you have written صدق الله العظيم as part of every sorah and even given it an ayat number while it is not part of the Quran. The Holy Quran does not have this verse and there is no example of writing these words in the Quran so please remove this as it is a kind of tehreef.JazakAllah

Its a stunning work. i am learning arabic and deeply interested to speak fluently. If you can provide the linking pages as text reference, will be a great boon for us. through that we can also search for any words that appear in texts and refer back to the root. it is also the reverse way. But now the linked dictionary pages are in pdf or image only ref. But thanks very much for this wonderful work. Ifyou can make a tool out of it..we can contribute to it as i know time is spent very much on it.

Salam - JazakAllahu Khairan for operating this website. It is very helpful in learning the root words that are associated with the ayats of the quran. I noticed today that the links to the dictionary are not working. I am not sure if it is only me who is seeing this or others are experiencing the same issue. Regards

Keep us informed if you find that word links are not responding. We are working on upgrades where each word will be directly linked to Dictionary. JAK
