|
بِسْمِ ٱللّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ |
||
| In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Compassionate | ||
| 1 |
قٓ ۚ وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ٱلْمَجِيدِ﴿1﴾ج |
قَرَأَ,
|
| Qaaf and by the Glorious Quran. | ||
| 2 |
بَلْ عَجِبُوٓا۟ أَن جَآءَهُم مُّنذِرٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ فَقَالَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا شَىْءٌ عَجِيبٌ﴿2﴾ج |
نَذَرَ,
|
| They were amazed that a warner from their people had come to them. The disbelievers said, "This is indeed a strange thing.” | ||
| 3 |
أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًۭا ۖ ذَٰلِكَ رَجْعٌۢ بَعِيدٌۭ﴿3﴾ |
بَعُدَ,
|
| Is it then, when we die and become dust (we will be resurrected)? That is a far-fetched claim for a return. | ||
| 4 |
قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا تَنقُصُ ٱلْأَرْضُ مِنْهُمْ ۖ وَعِندَنَا كِتَٰبٌ حَفِيظٌۢ﴿4﴾ |
أَ رَضْ,
|
| We Know how Earth reduces them (they die and Earth consumes their bodies), and with Us, We have a protected book (record of every soul who has lived and died, with all details of his deeds recorded and accounted). | ||
| 5 |
بَلْ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِٱلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمْ فَهُمْ فِىٓ أَمْرٍۢ مَّرِيجٍ﴿5﴾ |
كَذَبَ,
|
| But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they became confused in the matter. | ||
| 6 |
أَفَلَمْ يَنظُرُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَوْقَهُمْ كَيْفَ بَنَيْنَٰهَا وَزَيَّنَّٰهَا وَمَا لَهَا مِن فُرُوجٍۢ﴿6﴾ |
سَمَا,
|
| Do they not see the sky above them, how We built and decorated it, and there is no breach in this (universe)? (no discontinuity in the universe, and the same physical laws are implemented in all parts of the universe). | ||
| 7 |
وَٱلْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَٰهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍۭ بَهِيجٍۢ﴿7﴾لا |
نَبَتَ,
|
| And the earth, how We made it spread out, and We put mountains in it (without mountains, no rivers, and no water flow for humankind) and grew in them every kind of magnificent pair? | ||
| 8 |
تَبْصِرَةًۭ وَذِكْرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍۢ مُّنِيبٍۢ﴿8﴾ |
ذَكّرَ,
|
| Perception and remembrance for every slave who returns (to Allah) time after time (again and again, very often). (person who sees that creation of everything points to Him). | ||
| 9 |
وَنَزَّلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۭ مُّبَٰرَكًۭا فَأَنۢبَتْنَا بِهِۦ جَنَّٰتٍۢ وَحَبَّ ٱلْحَصِيدِ﴿9﴾لا |
جَنَّ,
|
| And We sent down water from the sky with multiple benefits (uses, applications) and blessings, and We grew with it gardens and stocks of grains for harvest. (Who designed the process of gardening and an agriculture system?). | ||
| 10 |
وَٱلنَّخْلَ بَاسِقَٰتٍۢ لَّهَا طَلْعٌۭ نَّضِيدٌۭ﴿10﴾لا |
نَخَلَ,
|
| And the palm tree is high with (a spadix of palm tree flower clusters) rising stacked. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arecaceae) | ||
| 11 |
رِّزْقًۭا لِّلْعِبَادِ ۖ وَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِۦ بَلْدَةًۭ مَّيْتًۭا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخُرُوجُ﴿11﴾ |
حي,
|
| Food for humankind, and with it, We give life to the dead towns. That is how (they) will be brought out (they will emerge from graves). | ||
| 12 |
كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍۢ وَأَصْحَٰبُ ٱلرَّسِّ وَثَمُودُ﴿12﴾لا |
قَبِلَ,
|
| Before them, the nation of Noah denied the truth, and so did the companions of Russ and Samoud. | ||
| 13 |
وَعَادٌۭ وَفِرْعَوْنُ وَإِخْوَٰنُ لُوطٍۢ﴿13﴾لا |
أ خو,
|
| And Aad, Firoun, and the fellow men of Lut. | ||
| 14 |
وَأَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْأَيْكَةِ وَقَوْمُ تُبَّعٍۢ ۚ كُلٌّۭ كَذَّبَ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ وَعِيدِ﴿14﴾ |
حَقَّ,
|
| And companions of Aika (jungle, wood), the nation of Tubba. They all denied the Messengers, So my threat was justified. | ||
| 15 |
أَفَعَيِينَا بِٱلْخَلْقِ ٱلْأَوَّلِ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِى لَبْسٍۢ مِّنْ خَلْقٍۢ جَدِيدٍۢ﴿15﴾1ع |
ا و ل,
|
| Were We then exhausted (tired) with the first creation? But they are in doubt about a new creation (resurrection). | ||
| 16 |
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفْسُهُۥ ۖ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ ٱلْوَرِيدِ﴿16﴾ |
عَلِمَ,
|
| We created humankind and know what wicked suggestions are in his mind. We are closer to him than (his) main artery. | ||
| 17 |
إِذْ يَتَلَقَّى ٱلْمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌۭ﴿17﴾ |
لَقِيَ,
|
| As the two encounters, the right and the left guardian (angels) will meet. | ||
| 18 |
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ﴿18﴾ |
قَالَ,
|
| No word is spoken, but with him is a guard ready (who instantly writes as a record). | ||
| 19 |
وَجَآءَتْ سَكْرَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنْهُ تَحِيدُ﴿19﴾ |
حَقَّ,
|
| The intoxication of death becomes a reality (losing consciousness, often before the end, people will lapse into a coma. A coma is a deep state of unconsciousness in which a person cannot be aroused.): Here is (the death) you were trying to avoid. | ||
| 20 |
وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْوَعِيدِ﴿20﴾ |
يَوْم,
|
| And the Horn is blown: “This is the day of the promised.” | ||
| 21 |
وَجَآءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٌۭ وَشَهِيدٌۭ﴿21﴾ |
نَفُسَ,
|
| And every soul will come with a driver and witness (to testify). | ||
| 22 |
لَّقَدْ كُنتَ فِى غَفْلَةٍۢ مِّنْ هَٰذَا فَكَشَفْنَا عَنكَ غِطَآءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌۭ﴿22﴾ |
كَشَفَ,
|
| “You were in neglect of this (day), so, We removed your coverings (opened your eyes) for you, and your eyesight today is sharp.” | ||
| 23 |
وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَٰذَا مَا لَدَىَّ عَتِيدٌ﴿23﴾ط |
قَالَ,
|
| And his companion (angel) will say, “This is what I have an offer (ready to show your record).” | ||
| 24 |
أَلْقِيَا فِى جَهَنَّمَ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ عَنِيدٍۢ﴿24﴾لا |
جَهَنَّم,
|
| “Throw into Hell every ungrateful, stubborn nonbeliever. | ||
| 25 |
مَّنَّاعٍۢ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍۢ مُّرِيبٍ﴿25﴾لا |
خَيرَ,
|
| Obstructer of the good and ready to doubt. | ||
| 26 |
ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ مَعَ ٱللّٰهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَأَلْقِيَاهُ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلشَّدِيدِ﴿26﴾ |
جَعَلَ,
|
| Who made other gods with Allah; throw him into the severe punishment.” | ||
| 27 |
۞ قَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ رَبَّنَا مَآ أَطْغَيْتُهُۥ وَلَٰكِن كَانَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍۭ بَعِيدٍۢ﴿27﴾ |
ضَلَّ,
|
| His associate (Satan) will say, “Our Rabb, I did not make him transgress, But he himself was in a state of misguidance far away from the right path. | ||
| 28 |
قَالَ لَا تَخْتَصِمُوا۟ لَدَىَّ وَقَدْ قَدَّمْتُ إِلَيْكُم بِٱلْوَعِيدِ﴿28﴾ |
قَالَ,
|
| He (Allah) will say, “Do not quarrel in my presence; I already sent you ahead (the news) about the promise (that you will be held accountable for your deeds). | ||
| 29 |
مَا يُبَدَّلُ ٱلْقَوْلُ لَدَىَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِظَلَّٰمٍۢ لِّلْعَبِيدِ﴿29﴾2ع |
يَوْم,
|
| Nothing changes My Words (My decision), and I am not the oppressor of humankind.” | ||
| 30 |
يَوْمَ نَقُولُ لِجَهَنَّمَ هَلِ ٱمْتَلَأْتِ وَتَقُولُ هَلْ مِن مَّزِيدٍۢ﴿30﴾ |
قَالَ,
|
| On the Day when We will say to Hell, “Are you filled up?” And it will say, “Is there any more?” | ||
| 31 |
وَأُزْلِفَتِ ٱلْجَنَّةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ غَيْرَ بَعِيدٍ﴿31﴾ |
تَقَى,
|
| And the Paradise will be brought closer for the God-fearing, not too far. | ||
| 32 |
هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِكُلِّ أَوَّابٍ حَفِيظٍۢ﴿32﴾ج |
وَعَدَ,
|
| “This is what you were promised for every repenting protector (often returning who guards himself). | ||
| 33 |
مَّنْ خَشِىَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَجَآءَ بِقَلْبٍۢ مُّنِيبٍ﴿33﴾لا |
غَابَ,
|
| Who is afraid of the Invisible, the Merciful, and came with the repenting heart. | ||
| 34 |
ٱدْخُلُوهَا بِسَلَٰمٍۢ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْخُلُودِ﴿34﴾ |
دَخَلَ,
|
| Enter it in peace. This is the Day (Time) of the Everlasting.” | ||
| 35 |
لَهُم مَّا يَشَآءُونَ فِيهَا وَلَدَيْنَا مَزِيدٌۭ﴿35﴾ |
زَيدَ,
|
| For them is whatever they desire and even more from Us. | ||
| 36 |
وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هُمْ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُم بَطْشًۭا فَنَقَّبُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ هَلْ مِن مَّحِيصٍ﴿36﴾ |
قَبِلَ,
|
| How many generations have We destroyed before them? They were stronger than them, and they explored (invaded) the cities. Is there any place (for them) to escape (now)? | ||
| 37 |
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِمَن كَانَ لَهُۥ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى ٱلسَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌۭ﴿37﴾ |
ذَكّرَ,
|
| Indeed, this is a remembrance for whoever has a heart or willing ears to listen, and he is a witness (Allah is One, and there is no partner for Him). | ||
| 38 |
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍۢ وَمَا مَسَّنَا مِن لُّغُوبٍۢ﴿38﴾ |
مَسَّ,
|
| And certainly, We created the universe and the earth, and what is in between them in six periods, and no fatigue touched Us. | ||
| 39 |
فَٱصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ ٱلشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ ٱلْغُرُوبِ﴿39﴾ج |
صَبَرَ,
|
| So, be patient about what they say, and glorify and praise your Rabb before sunrise and sunset. | ||
| 40 |
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَأَدْبَٰرَ ٱلسُّجُودِ﴿40﴾ |
سَبَحَ,
|
| And in the night, praise Him and return bowing down. | ||
| 41 |
وَٱسْتَمِعْ يَوْمَ يُنَادِ ٱلْمُنَادِ مِن مَّكَانٍۢ قَرِيبٍۢ﴿41﴾لا |
غَفَرَ,
|
| And listen for the Day when the caller will call from a nearby place. | ||
| 42 |
يَوْمَ يَسْمَعُونَ ٱلصَّيْحَةَ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْخُرُوجِ﴿42﴾ |
سَمَعَ,
|
| The Day they will hear the true blast. That is the Day to emerge. | ||
| 43 |
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْنَا ٱلْمَصِيرُ﴿43﴾لا |
صَارَ,
|
| We give you life and death, and to Us is the return. | ||
| 44 |
يَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ ٱلْأَرْضُ عَنْهُمْ سِرَاعًۭا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ حَشْرٌ عَلَيْنَا يَسِيرٌۭ﴿44﴾ |
أَ رَضْ,
|
| The Day when the earth is split, they will be speeding (to Us). That is an easy gathering for Us. | ||
| 45 |
نَّحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ ۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِجَبَّارٍۢ ۖ فَذَكِّرْ بِٱلْقُرْءَانِ مَن يَخَافُ وَعِيدِ﴿45﴾3ع |
عَلِمَ,
|
| We know best what they say, and you are not a compeller (coercer, enforcer) over them. So, remind (them) with the Quran whoever is afraid of (My) Promise. |
