|
We never heard like this in the other generations. This is only a fabrication.
8 |
|
Is the remembrance sent down (only) on him, among us?” But they are in doubt of My remembrance. But they have not yet tasted (My) punishment.

|
Nations of Noah, Aad, and Firon had denied before them, with fastening securely (they thought they had firmly established civilization to stay).
13 |
|
And Samood and the nation of Lut and companions of the Aikaa (the people of Madyan and Aika, companions of the Wood since they used to worship a large tree, the ancient name of Tabuk, to whom Prophet Shu'aib peace be upon him, was sent as a prophet), those were the confederates (an alliance of unbelievers).

|
They were not given a respite. Except for one shout, they were in a death rattle (part of the dying process).
16 |
|
And they say, “Our Rabb, hasten our part (Your writ) upon us before the Day of Reckoning.
17 |
|
Be patient with what they say, and remember Dawood, our influential servant. Indeed, He was returning (to Us from all directions).
18 |

|
Indeed, We subjugated the mountains for him, and they used to praise (Us) in the nights and the mornings.
19 |
|
And the birds used to assemble, from all sides to him. (All obedient to him).
20 |
|
And We strengthened his kingdom and granted him wisdom and conclusive decision-making power.
21 |
|
And did the news of the argument come to you? When they climbed over the prayer niche?
22 |
|
When they entered (home of) Dawood, he became afraid of them. They said, “Do not be afraid. We two are litigants; one of us oppressed the other, so decide between us with justice, and do not be excessive, and lead us to the right path (decide for us).”
23 |
|
“Indeed, this is my brother, and with him is ninety-nine ewes, and for me, there is one ewe. Now he says, “Pledge that (one ewe) to me, and he overpowers me with words.”
24 |
|
He said, “He has oppressed you by asking your ewe and his ewes. Many people oppress one another, except those who believe and do righteous deeds, but there are so few.” And Dawood realized what We were tempting him (he should have also listened to the defendant), so he asked for forgiveness from his Rabb and prostrated in prayer and repented. ۩ Prostration
25 |
|
So, We forgave him about that. And he has close access to Us and (We have) a good place to return.
26 |
|
“O Dawood, We made you a successor in the earth, so judge between humankind with justice, and do not follow the desires, lest they mislead you from the path of Allah. For those who are misled by the way of Allah for them, there is a painful punishment for forgetting the Day of the Account.
27 |
|
And We did not create the universe, the earth, and everything between them to be useless. That is the opinion of those who are unjust, so a disaster for those unjust (they will suffer) from the Fire.
28 |
|
Or should We make those who believe and do the righteous deeds like those who cause corruption and evil on the earth? Or should We make those who fear like those who are immoral?
29 |
|
A Book that We have sent down on you is a blessing to contemplate and for those with intelligence to think in verses.
30 |
|
And We granted Suleiman to Dawood, an excellent worshipper of Allah. He was returning to Allah from all directions.
31 |
|
When he was presented (as a gift) to him in the evening with the pure breed of racing horses.
32 |
|
He said, “I preferred to love the good to remember my Rabb until they disappear in the veil (of the night).
33 |
|
Return here (horses) to me.” And he began stroking with his hands on their legs and the necks.
34 |
|
And indeed, We tempted Suleiman, and We let a (lifeless) body drop (inherit) at his throne; (end of the system of the hereditary monarchy), then he returned.
35 |
|
He said, “My Rabb, forgive me, and grant me a kingdom no one will reach after me. You are the Most Generous.”
36 |
|
So, with his command, we subjugated the wind (to blow) for him, running softly wherever he directed.
37 |
|
And the Shaitan, all were builders and divers.
38 |
|
And others connected (chained) in the shackles.
39 |
|
“This is Our grant, so be kind or withhold, with no account.”
40 |
|
He has close access to Us and (We have) a good place to return.
41 |
|
And remember Our worshipper Ayoub, when he called out to his Rabb, “I am touched by the shaitan with tiredness and pain (suffering).”
42 |
|
“Stir (strike) with your feet to perform ablution and cold water for drinking.”
43 |
|
And We granted him family and like them to them, (additional family members); as a mercy from Us, and remembrance for the intelligent (people) to think.
44 |
|
“Hold a bouquet in your hand, strike with it, and do not break your oath.” Indeed, We found him patient. What an excellent worshipper! He was returning (to Allah from all directions).
45 |
|
And mention that Our servants Ibrahim, Ishaq, and Yakub are endowed with decisive influence and perception.
46 |
|
Indeed, We selected them purely for the remembrance of the Home of Returning (hereafter).
47 |
|
They were closest to Us, the best of the selected.
48 |
|
And mention Ismail, Yasaa, and Zulkifal, all from the best.
49 |
|
This is a remembrance for the God-fearing for their best place to return.
50 |
|
Gardens of Eden with doors opened for them.
51 |
|
Firmly established there, they will ask for many fruits and drinks.
52 |
|
With them will be confined (companions) of the same age with (bashful) glancing eyes.
53 |
|
You were promised this for the Day of the (final) Account.
54 |
|
These are Our blessings (provisions of livelihood) with no end.
55 |
|
All this. And (but) for the aggressors is an evil place of return.
56 |
|
Hellacious, in which they will burn; what a bad resting (living) place.
57 |
|
All this. Let them taste it, hot and dark.
58 |
|
And others from similar kinds (of punishment).
59 |
|
“This army is rushing (plunging) with you.” There is no welcoming for them. They will be burning in the Fire.
60 |
|
They (evildoers) will say (to their leaders), “But you (too) there is no welcome for yourself! You brought this on us! What an evil place to settle!”
61 |
|
They will say, “Our Rabb, whoever brought this on us, then increase the double (multiple) punishments of Fire for him.”
62 |
|
And they will say, “What is with us that we do not see the men we used to count them among the evils?
63 |
|
Did we take them as an object of ridicule, or our eyes are deviated for (not finding) them?”
64 |
|
Indeed, that is surely the truth of the quarreling among the people of the Fire.
65 |
|
Say, “I am only a warner, and there is no god except Allah, the One, the Irresistible.
66 |
|
The Rabb of the universe and the earth and whatever is between them; the Most Powerful, the Most Forgiving.
67 |
|
Say, “This is the greatest news.
68 |
|
You are in opposition to this.
69 |
|
I did not know the high chiefs (angles) when they were disputing (the creation of man).
70 |
|
It is inspired to me that I am only a clear warner.”
71 |
|
When your Rabb said to the angels, “I am going to create man from clay.
72 |
|
After properly proportioning his body (how tall, how heavy, how big his heart, eyes, ears, mouth, etc.) and blowing My Soul into him, then fall to prostrate in front of him.
73 |
|
So, the angels prostrated all together.
74 |
|
Except for Iblis. He was arrogant and ungrateful.
75 |
|
He said, “O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating to whom I created with My hands? Have you become arrogant, or are you from the higher ranks?”
76 |
|
He said, “I am better than him; You created me from fire. And You created him from clay.”
77 |
|
He said, “Then exit from here! You are cursed!
78 |
|
And on you is My curse until the Day of Judgment.”
79 |
|
He said, “My Rabb, grant me delay until the day they are raised.”
80 |
|
He said, “You are from those granted respite.

Walakum Assalam, Fahad, Appreciate your comment. The root words are normally listed in separate alphabets, but the reader of the Quran will not easily identify the words of Quranic Ayats. The Dictionary of the Modern Literary Language Compiled and Arranged by MAAN ZULFI MADINA shows the root word most closely listed in written forms. Checking in the dictionary on pp-371, the word used is صِرَاط with the meanings of way and path. The word for ارض is shown as أَرَض. The word wrapping sometimes becomes a problem in the data and should be ارض. There are a few words that will be updated to be the same as shown in the dictionary. We will keep updating the root words as shown in the dictionary. Originally the work was developed in excel with the link function and find function of root words in the Quran. Now we have used SQL to upload the files. May Allah Subhanahu Wa-Ta'ala reward you for your efforts. Jazaka Allahu Khairan: ًجزاك اللهُ خيرا “May Allah reward you with good.”Response:
