Do humans consider that they will be left alone just by saying, “We believe,” and not subject to temptation (hardship, seduced, tested)?
3

And indeed, those before them were seduced (tested). Allah surely Knows those who are truthful, and He surely Knows who liars are.
4

Do those who do the evil deeds consider that they will surpass Us (escape from Us)? Evil is what they decide.
5

Whoever hopes (wants) to meet Allah, the time appointed by Allah is surely coming, and He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
6

Whoever strives (makes efforts), then he strives (makes efforts) for himself. Allah is Above any need in the universe. (Allah has no need of any help from anything).
7

Those who do righteous deeds, We will cover (hide) their evil deeds and reward them better than what they used to do.
8

And We advise humankind to be good to his parents. But if they make efforts to make partners with Me that you do not know, then do not follow them. You will return to Me, and I will inform you about what you were doing.
9

Those who believe and do the righteous (good) deeds, We will enter them with the righteous (pious).
10

Among humankind is he who says, “We believe in Allah.” Yet if he suffers in the path of Allah, he makes the seduction of humans like the punishment of Allah. And if victory from his Rabb comes, he says, “We were with you.” (he was not sincerely a believer before but now wants to share the benefits of victory by claiming that he was sincere) Does Allah not know what is in the hearts of the (people of) world?
11

And surely, Allah knows those who believe, and He surely knows who the hypocrites are.
12

And those who are ungrateful say to those who believe, “Follow our way, and we will carry your sins.” They will not be carrying anything of their mistakes (they cannot transfer their sins to others). They are the liars.
13

They will surely carry their own weight and (in addition to) other's weight (whom they misled). And surely, they will be asked on the Day of Judgment about what they were fabricating.
14

And indeed, We sent Noah to his Nation, and he stayed in them for one thousand years except fifty years. Then they were caught in the storm because they were unjust.
15

Then (but) We saved him and the ship's companions, and We made them a sign for the worlds.
16

And Ibrahim, when he said to his people, “Worship Allah and fear Him. That is better for you if only you knew.
17

Those you worship other than Allah are idols (worshiping a physical object). You create by fabricating. Indeed those you worship other than Allah do not provide sustenance (livelihood). So, seek sustenance (livelihood) with Allah, worship Him, and thank Him. To Him, you will be returned.”
18

If they deny you, nations before you have also rejected (messengers). There is nothing on the messenger except to communicate (preach, proclaim) the clear message.
19

Do they not see how Allah has started the creation and then He repeats it? It is easy for Allah.
20

Say, “Travel in the earth and see how the creation was started.” And again, Allah originates (develops) the other (new forms of) creation (similarly, He will resurrect on the last day of judgment). Allah has power over everything.
21

He punishes whomever He wants to and Has Mercy on whomever He wants to, and towards Him, you will turn.
22

You will not be among those who make a deficit in the earth (cannot weaken Allah’s plan) nor in the sky, and for you, there is no help or support from other than Allah.
23

Those who deny the Signs of Allah and meeting with Him are hopeless from My Mercy, and for them, there will be grave punishment.
24

Then (but) the only answer from his nation was, “Kill him or burn him.” But Allah saved him from the fire. In this, there are signs for the believers.
25

And he said, “What you hold other than Allah as idolatry is (due) to love among yourselves in the life of this world. But then, on the Day of Standing (Resurrection), you will deny each other and curse each other. And your resting place will be the Fire, and nobody for you will be a helper.”
26

And We gave him Ishaq and Yaqoob and made his offsprings the Messengers and (gave) the Book, and We rewarded him in this world, and in the Hereafter, he will be from the righteous.
28

You come for men, and cut off the way (access to righteousness), and come in your gatherings, for what is prohibited”, Then the only answer of his nation was, “Bring us the punishment of Allah if you are truthful.”
30

He said, “O my Rabb, help me against the corrupt (decaying) nation.”
31

And they said, “Do not be afraid, nor be grieved. We will save you and your family, except your wife, she will be from the passed on (leftover to be covered with dust)”.
34

And Musa came to Qaroon, Firon, Haman, with the indisputable clear signs, but they became arrogant in the earth. And they were not going to pass over (escape from Us).
40

Every one of them We held them due to their sins. And among them, some We sent crushed rocks. And among them, some were seized with the Shout (roaring blast), and among them, some We sank (embedded) in the earth. And among them, some We drowned. Dear Admin, you have written صدق الله العظيم as part of every sorah and even given it an ayat number while it is not part of the Quran. The Holy Quran does not have this verse and there is no example of writing these words in the Quran so please remove this as it is a kind of tehreef.JazakAllah

Response:

Assalam u Alakum Qaisrani, We appreciate your comment. ALLAH HAS SPOKEN THE GREATEST TRUTH, was added to be read after the recitation of Al-Quran as a regular practice. We agree with your comment that these lines are not part of Al-Quran and should not number as a continuation of Ayats. We will remove these lines on the next upgrade. It has become part of the database at present, and for now, we will add clarifications to these lines. Please let us know if you find any other mistakes for corrections or provide us with your suggestions for improvements. May Allah Subhanahu Wa-Ta'ala reward you for your efforts. Mashaa Allah may Allah rewards you for the great works. Is it possible if it also contains arabic to arabic dictionary and perhaps later we can also do the etimology study of each of the quranic words original meaning

Response:

Walakum Assalam, Luqman Abdurahman We received the Message of Al-Quran from Prophet Muhammed Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam : صلى الله عليه و سلم also ﷺ) . WHAT WE READ IN AL-QURAN ARE WORDS of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta`ala, FROM WISEST AND GREATEST MAN ON THE EARTH and this is our blessing in our life that we received the Guidance, and Thank Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. We need to understand the meanings of each word and context of the Ayahs. We appreciate your recommendation and will try to add the etymology of words. We need the help of readers like you to further advance this website. Please let us know if you find any mistakes for corrections or provide us with your suggestions for improvements. May Allah Subhanahu Wa-Ta'ala reward you for your efforts. Jazaka Allahu Khairan: ًجزاك اللهُ خيرا “May Allah reward you with good”

Its a stunning work. i am learning arabic and deeply interested to speak fluently. If you can provide the linking pages as text reference, will be a great boon for us. through that we can also search for any words that appear in texts and refer back to the root. it is also the reverse way. But now the linked dictionary pages are in pdf or image only ref. But thanks very much for this wonderful work. Ifyou can make a tool out of it..we can contribute to it as i know time is spent very much on it.

Response:

Assalamu’alaikum Babu, It is our blessing from Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala, that He sent us His Great Messenger, Prophet Muhammad Salla Allahu hu Alaihi Wassalam, with Quran. It is Guidance for our lives. We must understand, each word of Quran, and ask for His guidance, Forgiveness and Acceptance. We thank you for your comments of encouragement. We want to keep the dictionary in original format, and the great work done by author Maan Zulfi Madina and Columbia University. We do have plan to digitize the dictionary later if the permission is granted. Please continue to use the website and send us recommendations. Please share the website with others. Jazakallah

Salam - For the last 10 years I have been searching for a similar tool that can connect the Quranic ayats with their root words. This is a revolutionary tool that truly fulfils the gap in understanding that existed between the meaning and spirt of each ayat. After gaining this deeper level of understanding the process of reading quran becomes a process which is a dialogue between your soul and Allah. Now i understand why this message was such a transformational tool in the lives of sahaba since they understood the root meaning of quranic ayats. I feel like this is the need of the hour and this tool will truly helps us in establishing and connecting back to our true ibrahimic roots. I would like to send my deepest gratitude to team behind this master piece.May the ummah benefit from this revolutionary tool.

Walakum Assalam, Waleed, We received the Message of Al-Quran from Prophet Muhammad Salla-Allahu Alayhi Wasallam, and this is our blessing in our life, and to Thank Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. All we can do is to try understanding His Message and ask for His Forgiveness. Your comments were encouraging; we are working on the next phase of update where we will add few more words and few corrections, along with links of dictionary pages enabled, just by hovering over the Ayats. Please let us know if you find any mistakes for corrections or provide us with your suggestions for improvements. May Allah Subhanahu Wa-Ta'ala reward you for your efforts. JAK.

Salam - JazakAllahu Khairan for operating this website. It is very helpful in learning the root words that are associated with the ayats of the quran. I noticed today that the links to the dictionary are not working. I am not sure if it is only me who is seeing this or others are experiencing the same issue. Regards

Response:

Walakum Assalam, Kashif The Website is working good, sometimes the links takes time to respond and open the page of the dictionary. If you wait or login again it should resolve the issue. Keep us informed if you find that word links are not responding. We are working on upgrades where each word will be directly linked to Dictionary. JAK
