||
||
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
1 |
|
Indeed, the believers are successful.
2 |
|
Those who are humble (submissive) in their prayers.
3 |
|
Those who avoid (shun, abandon) the foolish talk.
4 |
|
Those who do (pay) the charity.
5 |
|
Those who guard their private parts (modesty).
6 |
|
Except with their wives (united in marriage) or what their right hand owns, for them is no blame.
7 |
|
Then whoever desires beyond this (limit) those are exceeding (boundaries).
8 |
|
Those who guard (comply) with their trust and their commitments.
9 |
|
Those who protect their prayers.
10 |
|
Those are the inheritors (of paradise).
11 |
|
They will inherit Paradise and will live in there forever.
12 |
|
And indeed, We created humankind from gently withdrawing (mass) of clay.
13 |
|
Then, We put him as sperm in a place to settle.
14 |
|
Then We molded (made) the sperm (then attached it as) a hanging clot. Then We created an embryo as the hanging. Then we formed the bones within the embryo and clothed the bones with flesh. Then We developed him into a different creation. Blessed is Allah, the Best of the Creators. [Note: What's amazing is to think that billions of these chemical bond interactions—strong and weak, stable and temporary—are going on in our bodies right now, holding us together and keeping us ticking! Ref. https://www.khanacademy.org/science/ap-biology/chemistry-of-life/introduction-to-biological-macromolecules/a/chemical-bonds-article].
15 |
|
Then, after that, surely you will die.
16 |
|
Then, most surely, you will be revived (resurrected) on the Day of Standing.
17 |
|
And indeed, We created seven systems (modes, paths) above you, and We were not negligent of the creation.
18 |
|
And We sent down water from the sky with a predetermined quantity, and We held down (stored water) in the land (earth, mountains, lakes, rivers, glaciers, etc.,), and We have the power to take it away. [Note. It was long thought that Earth's water did not originate from the planet's region of the protoplanetary disk. Instead, it was hypothesized water and other volatiles must have been delivered to Earth from the outer Solar System later in its history. Recent research, however, indicates that hydrogen inside the Earth played a role in the formation of the ocean. The two ideas are not mutually exclusive, as there is also evidence that water was delivered to Earth by impacts from icy planetesimals similar in composition to asteroids in the outer edges of the asteroid belt.] Ref. 19 |
|
Then, with (water), We created gardens with date palms and grapes, providing many fruits for you to eat.
20 |
|
And the tree produced in Mount Sinai grows oil as the seasoning (spice) for the food.
21 |
|
And for you, there is a lesson in the livestock: We provide you drinks from their abdomens and for you many benefits, and you eat from them. (Livestock provides us with benefits such as consumption of their milk and meat, as well as using them for transportation).
22 |
|
And on them (livestock), and the ships you board (ships to transfer your goods).
23 |
|
We sent Noah toward his nation. He said, “O my nation, worship Allah; there is no god for you other than Him. Are you not afraid?
24 |
|
Leaders of the unbelievers from his nation said, "Isn't he just a man like you? He seeks to gain power over you. If Allah had wanted, He would have sent angels. We have never heard of this from our ancestors."
25 |
|
"He is only a man who is possessed, so we should wait until the time comes (for him to be free from it).
26 |
|
He said, “O my Rabb, help me with what they deny (lying about).
27 |
|
So, We inspired him: “Make a ship in front of Our eyes, and We inspired that when Our order comes, and the pits will gush forward, then enter every pair of two (animals) and your family, except who was spoken before (everyone else will be destroyed). And do not talk to Me about unjust; they will be drowned.”
28 |
|
Then, when you sit on it, you and whoever is with you on the ship say, “Praise Allah for saving us from the nation of unjust.”
29 |
|
And say, “My Rabb, descend me in a blessed place, for You are the best (to decide the) destination.”
30 |
|
Indeed, there are signs in this, and We put (men) to the test.
31 |
|
Then We raised another generation after them.
32 |
|
And when We send them a messenger from among themselves: "Worship Allah. There is no god except Him. Do you not then fear?".
33 |
|
And said the leaders of the infidels of his nation who denied the meeting in Hereafter, and those We made affluent, in this worldly life, said, “Who is he, except a man like you, he eats what you eat, and he drinks what you drink.
34 |
|
And if you follow a man like yourself, you will be the loser.
35 |
|
Does he promise that when you die and become dust and bones, you will come out (alive)?
36 |
|
What an impossible idea, what an impossible idea, of what you have been promised.
37 |
|
This is our life of this world; we die, live, and will not be resurrected.
38 |
|
This is a man who fabricated lies on Allah, and we will not believe in him.
39 |
|
He (Nuh) said, “My Rabb, help me about what they lie (deny).”
40 |
|
He (Allah) said, “In a short (time), they will be regretful (sorry).”
41 |
|
Then they were taken out with the one justly shout (deserving fitting punishment), and We made them meager (absence of any life). So, the unjust nation (non-believers) was removed.
42 |
|
Then, we raised other association (generation) after them.
43 |
|
No nation precedes its appointed time, nor is it postponed.
44 |
|
Then, We sent our Messengers time after time. Whenever its messenger came to a nation, they rejected him, so We followed them, one after another, and made them history, and the nation of non-believers was removed.
45 |
|
Then We sent Musa and his brother Haroon, with Our signs and clear authority.
46 |
|
Towards Firon and their leaders, but they became arrogant. They were the nation that exceeded (limits and boundaries).
47 |
|
They questioned, "Should we trust these two men who are no different from us when their people are under our command?"
48 |
|
So they (the nonbelievers) rejected Musa and Haroon, and as a result, they themselves were destroyed.
49 |
|
We gave Musa the Book, so that perhaps they may be guided.
50 |
|
And we made (Jesus), son of Mary, and his mother a sign, and provided for their refuge upon an elevated land with spring. (Maybe the House of the Virgin Mary, located on Mt. Koressos, Turkey.) Ref:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkey
51 |
|
O, You, the Messengers, eat from the good things and do the righteous deeds. I Know all about what you strive for.
52 |
|
And indeed, this is your community, one (based on a source of) community, and I am your Rabb, so fear Me.
53 |
|
Then (but) they made instructions of Zaboor (Psalms) into pieces (sects) among themselves (divided into sects), and each group was happy with what was with them.
54 |
|
So, leave them in their reckless (behavior) until the time (comes).
55 |
|
Do they think that We assist them with wealth and sons?
56 |
|
We expedite good things for them. But they do not realize it. (We are giving them a good life, but they have no idea).
57 |
|
Those who show compassion out of fear of their Rabb.
58 |
|
Those who are believers in the signs-verses of their Rabb.
59 |
|
Those who do not make partners with their Rabb.
60 |
|
And those who give from what they have been given, and their hearts are fearful because they will be returned to their Rabb.
61 |
|
And those who hasten to perform good deeds and compete in doing so.
62 |
|
We do not discomfort human beings beyond their capacity. And with Us is a book (a record) that speaks (shows) truthfully, and they are not unjustly treated.
63 |
|
However, their hearts are obscured from this (guidance), and they perform actions other than these deeds (actions to meet guidance).
64 |
|
Until We seized those living in comfort with the punishment, they started praying fervently.
65 |
|
Do not pray fervently today; for you, there is no help from Us.
66 |
|
When Our verses (signs) were read to you, you turned back and retreated (denying).
67 |
|
Proudly you were deserting for the night of entertainment.
68 |
|
Do they not think about these teachings that came to them and (these teachings) were not brought to their forefathers?
69 |
|
Do they not recognize their Messenger, so (why do) they refuse to acknowledge him?

He is the One who originated (created) for you the (ability for) hearing and (made) the hearts. But you give little in thanks. Note:(Hearing, or auditory perception, is the ability to perceive sounds by detecting vibrations, changes in the pressure of the surrounding medium through time, through an organ such as the ear. In humans and other vertebrates, hearing is performed primarily by the auditory system: mechanical waves, known as vibrations, are detected by the ear and transduced into nerve impulses perceived by the brain (primarily in the temporal lobe). Like touch, audition requires sensitivity to the movement of molecules in the world outside the organism. Both hearing and touch are types of mechanosensation—Ref. Wikipedia) and the seeing (Visual perception is the ability to interpret the surrounding environment using light in the visible spectrum reflected by the objects in the environment; in humans and many other mammals, light enters the eye through the cornea and is focused by the lens onto the retina, a light-sensitive membrane at the back of the eye. The retina serves as a transducer for the conversion of light into neuronal signals. This transduction is achieved by specialized photoreceptive cells of the retina, also known as the rods and cones, which detect the photons of light and respond by producing neural impulses. These signals are transmitted by the optic nerve, from the retina upstream to the central ganglia in the brain—the lateral geniculate nucleus, which transmits the information to the visual cortex. Signals from the retina also travel directly from the retina to the superior colliculus, Ref Wikipedia)

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu Kamran Shaikh, Thank you for your valuable advice on adding a Quranic Lexicon to increase the understanding of the Quran. This task would require a team of scholars to research the historical context and include the latest scientific proofs to explain the definitions and meanings backed by research references. We have already included a few references, such as the supernova explosion with the plasma jet stream in Surah Tariq. We invite interested audiences with expertise in the scientific community to establish a committee and work together to publish a Qur'anic Lexicon to improve our understanding of the Al-Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), who received the Glorious Al-Quran. If we use, “those who are afraid of Allah”, we can use وَقَى, as root words. If we use “those who are devout, and pious”, then we can use تَقَى, as the root word. Walakum Assalam, Fahad, Appreciate your comment. The root words are normally listed in separate alphabets, but the reader of the Quran will not easily identify the words of Quranic Ayats. The Dictionary of the Modern Literary Language Compiled and Arranged by MAAN ZULFI MADINA shows the root word most closely listed in written forms. Checking in the dictionary on pp-371, the word used is صِرَاط with the meanings of way and path. The word for ارض is shown as أَرَض. The word wrapping sometimes becomes a problem in the data and should be ارض. There are a few words that will be updated to be the same as shown in the dictionary. We will keep updating the root words as shown in the dictionary. Originally the work was developed in excel with the link function and find function of root words in the Quran. Now we have used SQL to upload the files. May Allah Subhanahu Wa-Ta'ala reward you for your efforts. Jazaka Allahu Khairan: ًجزاك اللهُ خيرا “May Allah reward you with good.”Response:
