||
|
||
| In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. | ||
| 1 |
|
| Alif Lam Raa. A Book made precisely (strengthened) for the wisdom with His Ayats/Signs and then explained in detail from All-Knowing, He is Fully Informed. (The book is supported by its verses/signs and defined by the All-Knowing, Who is fully informed). | ||
| 2 |
|
| You should not worship anyone else except Allah, “I am a Warner for you from Him and provider of good news.” | ||
| 3 |
|
| “And if you ask for forgiveness from your Rabb and repent to Him. He will provide you good provisions (livelihood) until a fixed time, and He will grant His favors to everyone with good (qualities). But if you turn away, I fear the punishment of a great Day is upon you. | ||
| 4 |
|
| “To Allah is your return, and He is the One Who Has Power (Control) over everything.” | ||
| 5 |
|
| Indeed, they wrap (double up) their chests to hide from Him. (But) Even when they hide (cover-up) with their clothes, He knows what they hide and what they declare. He is the One Who Knows All (secrets) hidden in the hearts. | ||
| 6 |
|
| And none of the creatures on the earth but its sustenance depends on Allah. And He knows where it resides and where its storage is (deposited after death). Everything is clearly registered (in the Book). | ||
| 7 |
|
| He is the One who created the universe and the earth in six periods, and His throne was on the fluid to test who among you can do better deeds. And if you say you will be raised (resurrected) after death,” those who are ungrateful will say, “This will be nothing but clear magic.” | ||
| 8 |
|
| If We delay the punishment for them until a few counted (later) periods, they would say, “What holds it back? Indeed, on the Day when it arrives, there is no turning back. It will surround them with what they have been mocking. | ||
| 9 |
|
| If We give the man a taste of mercy from Us and then withdraw that from him, he becomes despaired and ungrateful. | ||
| 10 |
|
| And if We give him favors after hardship touches him, sure he will say, “The difficulties have gone away from me.” Indeed, he is happy and boastful. | ||
| 11 |
|
| Except for those who are patient and do good deeds, For them, there is forgiveness and a great reward. | ||
| 12 |
|
| Perhaps you wish to give up and abandon what is inspired to you, and it causes tightness in your chest because of what they say, “Why a treasure is not sent down on him, or he came with angels?” Indeed, you are only a warner, and Allah has Authority over everything. | ||
| 13 |
|
| Or do they say, “He fabricated it? Say, “Then bring ten verses like it, fabricated, and call whoever is in your capacity, other than Allah, if you have been truthful.” | ||
| 14 |
|
| But if they do not respond to you, then know that it was sent down with the knowledge of Allah and that there is no God except Him. Will you not become Muslim? | ||
| 15 |
|
| Whoever desires the life of this world and its adornments, We will repay them in full for their actions, and they will not be diminished in it. | ||
| 16 |
|
| They will have nothing for them in the Hereafter except the Fire. What they have fabricated will come to nothing, making their deeds worthless. | ||
| 17 |
|
| He recites as a witness from Him and is on clear evidence from his Rabb, and before it was the Book of Musa, that was guidance and mercy. They believe in it. But whichever party denies it, then Fire is promised for him. So, do not doubt it. It is the truth from your Rabb, but many of humankind do not believe it. | ||
| 18 |
|
| Who is more unjust than him, who fabricates lies about Allah? They are the ones who will be presented to their Rabb, and the witnesses will say, “These are the ones who denied their Rabb.” The curse of Allah is on those who are unjust. | ||
| 19 |
|
| Those who hinder from the path of Allah and seek the crookedness; and in the Hereafter, they do not believe. | ||
| 20 |
|
| They will never weaken (Allah) on earth, and there is nobody for them as a supporter other than Allah. The punishment will be double for them. (Because) They were not able to listen, and they were not seeing. | ||
| 21 |
|
| Those are the ones who have lost (forfeited) themselves, and what they used to fabricate is lost from them. | ||
| 22 |
|
| There is no doubt in the hereafter, they will incur the greatest loss. | ||
| 23 |
|
| Indeed, those who believe, do righteous deeds and take shelter (their hiding place) with their Rabb are the companions of the Garden, where they will live forever. | ||
| 24 |
|
| An example of the two groups is (one group) the blind and the deaf, and the (another group) is endowed with eyesight (having keen insight) and hearing. Are they equal in comparison? Do you not then remember (take a note)? | ||
| 25 |
|
| And indeed, We sent Noah to his nation, (he said) “I am for you a clear Warner.” | ||
| 26 |
|
| “That you worship none except Allah. Indeed, I fear for you a punishment of a painful Day.” | ||
| 27 |
|
| The leaders of the non-believers in his community said, "We see you only as a man, like us (no different from us). We see that only those considered inferior by us follow you, and we do not recognize any exceptional qualities in you that set you apart from us. Therefore, we consider you liars (your claims to be false and unsubstantiated)." | ||
| 28 |
|
| He (Noah) said, “O my nation, do you see? If I have been on clear proof (evidence) from my Rabb, and He gave me (guidance) mercy from Himself, but obscured from you, should we make it obligatory (compel you to believe) even though you are unwilling for it?” | ||
| 29 |
|
| “O my nation! I do not ask you for any wealth on this. My reward is only from Allah, and I will not drive away those who believe; they will meet their Rabb. And but I see you as an ignorant nation.” | ||
| 30 |
|
| “O my nation! Who will help me against Allah if I drive them away? Do you not take note (think)?” | ||
| 31 |
|
| “And, I do not say to you that I have treasures of Allah with me, nor do I know the unseen, nor do I say that I am an angel. Nor do I say to those whom you despise in your eyes (look down) that Allah will never give them better. Allah Knows best what is in their souls. (If I did), I would be among the unjust.” | ||
| 32 |
|
| They said, “O Noah, you have argued with us and had many arguments with us. Now bring us (the punishment) what you are promising to us if you are from the truthful.” | ||
| 33 |
|
| He said, “It will truly come to you from Allah if He Wills, and you will not be able to resist.” | ||
| 34 |
|
| “And my advice will not benefit you, even if I want to advise you if Allah desires to leave you misguided. He is your Rabb, and to Him, you will return.” | ||
| 35 |
|
| Or do they say, “He (The Prophet) fabricated it?” Say, “If I have fabricated it, then on me is my sin, and I am absolved from your crimes.” | ||
| 36 |
|
| And it was revealed to Noah: “Because your nation will never believe, except those who have already believed, so do not become sad about what they are doing.” | ||
| 37 |
|
| “And build the ship in front of Our Eyes, and with Our inspiration, and do not speak to me about those who have been unjust; they will be drowned.” | ||
| 38 |
|
| (While) He (Noah) was building the ship, and every time chiefs from his nation passed by it, they made a mockery of it. He said, “If you are making a mockery of us, then we will be making a mockery of you, just like you are mocking.” | ||
| 39 |
|
| “Then soon you will know, upon whom, punishment will come, that will degrade him, and who will settle down (receive) with permanent punishment.” | ||
| 40 |
|
| Behold! Then, (suddenly), when Our command came, and pits gushed forth, We said, “Carry in it (the ship) two from every pair (of animals), and (from) your family except those who are preceded with the conclusion (whose fate is concluded), and those who have believed with him.” But there were no believers with him except a few. | ||
| 41 |
|
| And (Noah) said, “Go aboard (on the ship). In the name of Allah is its course and its docking (anchoring). Indeed, my Rabb is Most Forgiving and Most Merciful. | ||
| 42 |
|
| And so, it took its course with them on waves (that were) like mountains. And Noah called to his son, who was in an isolated place, “O my son! Ride with us, and do not be with the unjust.” | ||
| 43 |
|
| He (son) said, “I will take shelter on a mountain; it will protect me from the water.” He (Noah) said, “There is no protection on this day from command of Allah, except upon whom He Has mercy.” And the waves surged between them, and he was among the drowned. | ||
| 44 |
|
| And it was said, “O earth, swallow up your water,” and “O sky, abandon and recede the water.” And the command was accomplished, and it (ship) sat (descended) on (Mount) Judy, and it was said, “Removed (Gone away) the nation of the unjust.” | ||

|
| They said, “O Shuaib, we do not understand much of what you say, and Indeed, we see that you are weak among us. Were it not for your group (of associates), we would have stoned you. You do not have any power over us.” | ||
| 92 |
|
| He said, “O my nation, is the group (my associates) more powerful on you than Allah? And you hold Him behind your back? (turning your back on Him). Indeed, my Rabb has surrounded you on what you do.” | ||
| 93 |

|
| To Firon and his chiefs, they followed the command of Firon, and the command of Firon was not the right way. | ||
| 98 |

| He will arrive before his nation on the Day of Standing and take them in the Fire. What the wretched arrival (and the miserable) place of arrival. | ||
| 99 |
|
| They were followed by a curse (in this world) and (also) on the Day of Standing. Wretched is the gift of support (the path they followed). | ||

|
| These are the news of the towns; We narrate them to you. Among them, (some) are standing, and (some) are cut off. | ||

|
| We were not unjust to them, but they were unjust to themselves. Their gods (whom) they used to call besides Allah were useless to them. They availed them nothing when the order came from your Rabb. And nothing increased for them except destruction. | ||
| 102 |
|
| That is the hold of your Rabb when He takes hold of the town while they are unjust. Indeed, His Hold is (with) severe pain. | ||
| 103 |
|
| These are signs for whoever fears the punishment of the Hereafter. That is a Day of the gathering for humankind that is a Day to be witnessed (by everyone). | ||

|
| The day will come; no soul will speak except with His permission. Then some of them will be distressed and some happy. | ||
| 106 |
|
| As for those who are distressed, then (they will be) in the Fire; for them, there will be moaning and groaning. | ||

| Living therein forever, as long as the universe and earth (will exist), except what your Rabb desires. Your Rabb does whatever He Wills. | ||

|
| And as for those who are happy, they will be in Paradise, living therein forever, as long as the universe and the earth (will exist), except what your Rabb Wills, a gift with no (limit to) cut off. | ||
| 109 |
|
| So, you shall not be in doubt about what they worship. They are worshipping as their forefathers worshipped before. Indeed, We will surely redeem (compensate) their full portion, with no deficiency (nothing reduced, no inadequacy). | ||
| 110 |
|
| And indeed, We gave Musa the Book, but they contradicted it (about the message). And were it not for the word of your Rabb before, it would have been decided among them. And indeed, they were skeptical and in doubt about it (The Message). | ||
| 111 |
|
| And indeed, everyone will be surely compensated for their deeds by your Rabb. Certainly, He is Fully Informed about what they do. | ||
| 112 |
|
| So, stay straight (affirmed), (just) like you have been commanded, along with those who repented and do not transgress. Indeed, He is Acutely (Actually) Aware of what you do. | ||
| 113 |
|
| And do not be dependent (lean) on unjust people, or the Fire will seize you, and you will have no supporter besides Allah and will not be helped. | ||
| 114 |

| And established the prayers on both sides of the daytime (Fajr, Maghrib) and close to the night (Ishaa). Indeed, the good carries away (replaces) the evil. That is a remembrance for those who remember. | ||
| 115 |

| And be patient. Indeed, Allah never lets the efforts of the righteous go to waste." | ||
| 116 |
|
| Then why not, associates (companions) before you, who remained (endowed with wisdom) forbade the corruption in the earth, except (only) a few of those We rescued (saved) among them. And (But) they followed (only) those who were unjust and who were prosperous with luxuries of life (they followed only the rich rather than following the righteous), and thus they were the criminals. | ||
| 117 |
|
| And Your Rabb would never destroy the town unjustly while its residents were righteous. | ||
| 118 |
|
| If your Rabb had Willed, He could have made all people one nation, but they would still have differed (in belief). | ||
| 119 |
|
| Except on those, whom your Rabb has Mercy, and He created them for that (to have Mercy on them). And the Word of your Rabb is final: “I will fill Hell with jinn and mankind altogether.” | ||
| 120 |
|
| And all (what) We have narrated to you, the news of the messengers, with it, We strengthen (firm) your heart. The truth and advice came to you in this, and a reminder to the believers. | ||
| 121 |

| “And wait; We are also waiting (looking closely).” | ||
| 123 |
|
| For Allah, the unseen of the universe and the earth, and all the commands (decisions) return to Him. So, worship Him and put your trust in Him. Your Rabb is not unaware of what you do. |
