سورة الشورى - 42 -

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Compassionate

كَذَلِكَ يُوحِي إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

قَبِلَ,
حَكَمَ,
عَزَّ,
وَحَى,
إِلَى,
ذَا,
This is how, Allah the Most Powerful, the Most Wise, inspires to you and to those before you,.
4

لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
عَلَا,
عَظُمَ,
For Him is whatever is in the universe and the earth and He is the Most High, the Greatest.

تَكَادُ السَّمَاوَاتُ يَتَفَطَّرْنَ مِن فَوْقِهِنَّ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لِمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ أَلَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
غَفَرَ,
رَحِمَ,
كود,
حَمِدَ,
سَبَحَ,
فَطَرَ,
فَاقَ,
مَلَكَ,
رَبَّ,
أ-أَلَا ,
The sky from above them almost split apart, (when someone does not believe in Allah and His Messengers) while the angels glorify His praise and ask for forgiveness for those in the earth. Allah is the One who is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَولِيَاء اللَّهُ حَفِيظٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ

أَخَذَ,
وَكَلَ,
حَفِظَ,
عَلَا,
دُون,
وَلِيَ,
As for those who hold other than Him as helper: (While Only) Allah is a protector on them and you are not in charge (guardian) of them.
7

وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَتُنذِرَ يَوْمَ الْجَمْعِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَرِيقٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَفَرِيقٌ فِي السَّعِيرِ

رَابَ,
نَذَرَ,
حَالَ,
أَ مَّ,
قَرَى,
وَحَى,
يَوْم,
قَرَأَ,
فَرَقَ,
جَنَّ,
سَعَرَ,
إِلَى,
ذَا,
عَذَرَ,
جَمَعَ,
That is how We inspired to you with Quran in Arabic, for you to warn the center of the cities and whoever is around it, and to warn of the Day of Gathering, of which there is no doubt; a group will be in the Paradise and a group will be in the Flames.

وَلَوْ شَاء اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَهُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَكِن يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَاء فِي رَحْمَتِهِ وَالظَّالِمُونَ مَا لَهُم مِّن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

جَعَلَ,
أَ مَّ,
دَخَلَ,
رَحِمَ,
شِاءَ,
ظَلَمَ,
أ حد,
نَصَرَ,
وَلِيَ,
لَوْ,
If Allah wanted, He could have made them one nation, but He will enter whomever He wants in His mercy. As for the unjust, there is no supporter for them and no helper.
9

أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاء فَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ وَهُوَ يُحْيِي المَوْتَى وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

أَخَذَ,
شِاءَ,
حي,
مَاتَ,
وَلِيَ,
قَدَرَ,
كُلَّ,
دُون,
Or have they taken other than Him as supporter? But Allah is the Supporter and He gives you life and death, and He has Full Control on everything.
10

وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ

حَكَمَ,
شِاءَ,
وَكَلَ,
خَلَفَ,
إِلَى,
ذَا,
عَلَا,
إِلَى,
رَبَّ,
نَابَ,
Whatever you defer in this, its judgment (decision, ruling) is with Allah. “That is Allah, my Rabb, I trust on Him, and to Him I will return.”

فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ البَصِيرُ

جَعَلَ,
سَمَعَ,
نَفُسَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
نَعَمَ,
شِاءَ,
بَصُرَ,
مَثَلَ,
لَيْسَ,
فَطَرَ,
زَاجَ,
ذّرّا,
He gives nature (natural properties) to the universe and the earth. He made mates for you from your own self, and mates from the cattle, and dispersed you (around the world). There is nothing like Him in anything. He is the All Hearing, the All Seeing.
12

لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاء وَيَقْدِرُ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
بَسَطَ,
قَدَرَ,
رَزَقَ,
شِاءَ,
عَلِمَ,
كُلَّ,
قَلَد,
All the keys of the universe and the earth are with Him. He spreads provisions for whomever He wants, or controls it. He has Knowledge of Everything.
13

شَرَعَ لَكُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا وَصَّى بِهِ نُوحًا وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ وَمَا وَصَّيْنَا بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَى وَعِيسَى أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيهِ كَبُرَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ مَا تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَيْهِ اللَّهُ يَجْتَبِي إِلَيْهِ مَن يَشَاء وَيَهْدِي إِلَيْهِ مَن يُنِيبُ

دَعَا,
فَرَقَ,
هَدَى,
قَامَ,
وَحَى,
شِاءَ,
دَانَ,
كَبَرَ,
إِلَى,
شَرِكَ,
جَابَ,
نَابَ,
شَرَعَ,
وَصِيَ,
He made laws (originated) for you from the same religion that was recommended to Noah, and what We inspired to you, and what We recommended to Ibrahim, and Musa, and Essa: “Establish the religion and do not differ in it.” It is intolerable to those who associate partners when you call them to Him. Allah answers to whomever He wants and guides to Him whoever returns (to Him frequently).
14

وَمَا تَفَرَّقُوا إِلَّا مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءهُمُ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى لَّقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُورِثُوا الْكِتَابَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ

أَ جَل,
فَرَقَ,
شَكَّ,
كَتَبَ,
عَلِمَ,
سَمِي,
بَا نَ,
كَلِمُ,
سَبَقَ,
جَاءَ,
وَرَثَ,
بَغَى,
رَابَ,
قَضَى,
بَعُدَ,
إِلَى,
لَوْ,
They did not differ among themselves except when knowledge came to them, out of oppression among themselves. If it were not for the predetermined decision from your Rabb, it would have been decided between them. Indeed, those who inherited the Book after them, they are surely in doubtful suspicions about it.
15

فَلِذَلِكَ فَادْعُ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَقُلْ آمَنتُ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ مِن كِتَابٍ وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَعْدِلَ بَيْنَكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ لَا حُجَّةَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ اللَّهُ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ

صَارَ,
تَبِعَ,
أَ مُنَ,
كَتَبَ,
بَا نَ,
قَالَ,
جَمَعَ,
نَزَلَ,
حَجَّ,
دَعَا,
عَمِلَ,
هَوَى,
إِلَى,
ذَا,
قَامَ,
رَبَّ,
أَ مَرَ,
عَدَلَ,
So for that, go on calling (inviting), and stand on what is ordered, and do not follow their desires, and say, “I believe whatever Allah has sent down in the Book, and I am ordered to be just between you. Allah is our Rabb and your Rabb. For us are our deeds and for you are your deeds. There is no argument between us and you. Allah will bring us together and towards Him is the return.”
16

وَالَّذِينَ يُحَاجُّونَ فِي اللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا اسْتُجِيبَ لَهُ حُجَّتُهُمْ دَاحِضَةٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ

عَذُبَ,
شَدَّ,
حَجَّ,
جَابَ,
غَضِبَ,
دَحَضَ,
بَعُدَ,
عَنَدَ,
عَلَا,
رَبَّ,
As for those who argue about Allah after what they heard (all evidences in response to their arguments) about Him, (now) their argument is invalid with their Rabb; and upon them is wrath; and for them is severe punishment.
17

اللَّهُ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّ السَّاعَةَ قَرِيبٌ

سَاعته,
كَتَبَ,
حَقَّ,
نَزَلَ,
وَزَنَ,
دَرَى,
قَرُبَ,
عَلَّ,
لَعَلَّ,
Allah is the One who sent down the Book with the truth, and the Balance. And what do you perceive, maybe the time (of final judgment) is near?
18

يَسْتَعْجِلُ بِهَا الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مُشْفِقُونَ مِنْهَا وَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهَا الْحَقُّ أَلَا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُمَارُونَ فِي السَّاعَةِ لَفِي ضَلَالٍ بَعِيدٍ

أَ مُنَ,
أَ مُنَ,
عَلِمَ,
ضَلَّ,
سَاعته,
حَقَّ,
بَعُدَ,
عَجِلَ,
أَ مُنَ,
شَفِقَ,
أ-أَلَا ,
مَرْي,
Those who do not believe in it ask to expedite it; but those who believe they guard (are aware) this, and they know that it is the truth (no question). Indeed those who are disputing in the time are in (too) far in lost (deep in error).
19

اللَّهُ لَطِيفٌ بِعِبَادِهِ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَاء وَهُوَ الْقَوِيُّ العَزِيزُ

رَزَقَ,
عَبَدَ,
عَزَّ,
قَوِيَ,
شِاءَ,
لَطَفَ,
Allah is kind to His slaves. He provides for whomever He wants. He is the Most Strong, the Most Powerful.
20

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الْآخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُ فِي حَرْثِهِ وَمَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِن نَّصِيبٍ

حَرَثَ,
أخر,
دَنَا,
رَادَ,
زَيدَ,
كَانَ,
أَتَى,
نَصَبَ,
Whoever desires the cultivation of the Hereafter, We increase for Him in His cultivation; and whoever desires the cultivation of the world, We give him it and there is nothing for him in the Hereafter from the share.
21

أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاء شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةُ الْفَصْلِ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

عَذُبَ,
شَرِكَ,
بَا نَ,
ظَلَمَ,
كَلِمُ,
دَانَ,
أَ لِمَ,
قَضَى,
فَصَلَ,
شَرَعَ,
أَذن,
لَوْ,
Do they have partners with them who started religion for them that are not permitted from Allah? If it were not for the decided word, surely it would have been judged between them. Indeed, the unjust will have a painful punishment.
22

تَرَى الظَّالِمِينَ مُشْفِقِينَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَهُوَ وَاقِعٌ بِهِمْ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فِي رَوْضَاتِ الْجَنَّاتِ لَهُم مَّا يَشَاؤُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَضْلُ الكَبِيرُ

أَ مُنَ,
جَنَّ,
عَمِلَ,
فَضَلَ,
صَلَحَ,
رَأَى,
كَسَبَ,
ظَلَمَ,
كَبَرَ,
شَفِقَ,
شِاءَ,
رَأَى,
وَقَعَ,
ذَا,
رَاضَ,
عَنَدَ,
رَبَّ,
You will see the unjust becoming compassionate due to what they have earned and that what will happen to them. As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, they will be in the Meadows of the Gardens; for them whatever they want from their Rabb; that is the great grant (blessing).
23

ذَلِكَ الَّذِي يُبَشِّرُ اللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ قُل لَّا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِلَّا الْمَوَدَّةَ فِي الْقُرْبَى وَمَن يَقْتَرِفْ حَسَنَةً نَّزِدْ لَهُ فِيهَا حُسْنًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ

أَ مُنَ,
عَمِلَ,
بَشِرَ,
سَأَلَ,
حَسَنَ,
غَفَرَ,
وَدَّ,
صَلَحَ,
عَبَدَ,
أَجَرَ,
قَرَفَ,
قَرُبَ,
شَكَرَ,
زَيدَ,
ذَا,
That is the good news given by Allah to His slaves who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, “I do not ask you for a reward on this, except the love of close.” Whoever does a good deed, We will increase goodness in that for him. Allah is Forgiving and Appreciative.
24

أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا فَإِن يَشَأِ اللَّهُ يَخْتِمْ عَلَى قَلْبِكَ وَيَمْحُ اللَّهُ الْبَاطِلَ وَيُحِقُّ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ

قَالَ,
فَرَىَ,
كَذَبَ,
حَقَّ,
عَلِمَ,
كَلِمُ,
قَلَبَ,
بَطَلَ,
ذَا,
خَتَمَ,
صَدَرَ,
رَأَى,
مَحَا,
Or do they say, “He fabricated a lie on Allah.” If Allah desired, He would have sealed your heart (not open for unbelievers). But Allah erases falsehood and He confirms the truth with His Words. He is aware of what is in their hearts.
25

وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَعْفُو عَنِ السَّيِّئَاتِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ

تَا بَ,
عَلِمَ,
قَبِلَ,
عَنْ,
عَبَدَ,
سَا ءَ,
عَفَا,
فَعَلَ,
He is the One who accepts the repentance from His slaves, and forgives their sins, and He Knows all that you do.
26

وَيَسْتَجِيبُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَيَزِيدُهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِ وَالْكَافِرُونَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ

أَ مُنَ,
عَمِلَ,
عَذُبَ,
فَضَلَ,
كَفَرَ,
صَلَحَ,
شَدَّ,
جَابَ,
زَيدَ,
And He answers to those who believe and do righteous deeds, and He increases His grace for them. But the nonbelievers, for them is painful punishment.
27

وَلَوْ بَسَطَ اللَّهُ الرِّزْقَ لِعِبَادِهِ لَبَغَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَكِن يُنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٍ مَّا يَشَاء إِنَّهُ بِعِبَادِهِ خَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ

أَ رَضْ,
قَدَرَ,
رَزَقَ,
عَبَدَ,
خَبَرَ,
شِاءَ,
نَزَلَ,
بَسَطَ,
بَصُرَ,
بَغَى,
لَوْ,
And If Allah expands the provisions for His slaves, surely they would oppress in the earth; but He sends down in controlled measures whatever He desires. He is with All Knowing, All Seeing with His slaves.
28

وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

رَحِمَ,
نَزَلَ,
وَلِيَ,
بَعُدَ,
حَمِدَ,
غيث,
قَنِطَ,
نَشَرَ,
He is the One who sends down abundant rain after they become hopeless and extends His Mercy. He is the One Who Protects, The Praiseworthy.
29

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَهُوَ عَلَى جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاء قَدِيرٌ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
دَبَّ,
شِاءَ,
آ ىي -آية,
خَلَقَ,
قَدَرَ,
جَمَعَ,
بَثَّ,
And among His Signs is the creation of the universe and the earth and all animals spread out in them. He is capable of gathering them on Day of Judgment when He wants.
30

وَمَا أَصَابَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٍ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُو عَن كَثِيرٍ

يَدَيَ,
صَابَ,
كَثَرَ,
كَسَبَ,
عَفَا,
And whatever reaches you from the hardships is because of what your hands have earned, and yet He forgives many.
31

وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

أَ رَضْ,
عَجَزَ,
نَصَرَ,
وَلِيَ,
دُون,
You are not from those who can weaken (the plan of Allah) in the earth; and there is nobody for you other than Allah, to (ask for) Support or to Help.
32

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ الْجَوَارِ فِي الْبَحْرِ كَالْأَعْلَامِ

بَحَرَ,
آ ىي -آية,
جَرَى,
عَلِمَ,
And among His signs are the ships in the oceans like the sign-posts (of information).
33

إِن يَشَأْ يُسْكِنِ الرِّيحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَى ظَهْرِهِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ

آ ىي -آية,
سَكَنَ,
شَكَرَ,
رَاحَ,
ظَهَرَ,
صَبَرَ,
شِاءَ,
ذَا,
كُلَّ,
رَكَدَ,
ظَلَّ,
If He wants, He could have made the winds still, motionless on its surface. Indeed, in that are the signs for every thankful, patient (person).
34

أَوْ يُوبِقْهُنَّ بِمَا كَسَبُوا وَيَعْفُ عَن كَثِيرٍ

كَثَرَ,
كَسَبَ,
عَفَا,
وَبَقَ,
Or He could destroy them due to what they earned. And yet He forgives many.
35

وَيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ يُجَادِلُونَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مَا لَهُم مِّن مَّحِيصٍ

عَلِمَ,
جَدَلَ,
آ ىي -آية,
حَاصَ,
Those who argue in Our Signs know there is no place for them to escape.
36

فَمَا أُوتِيتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَمَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَى لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ

أَ مُنَ,
خَيرَ,
شِاءَ,
حي,
دَنَا,
أَتَى,
مَتَعَ,
وَكَلَ,
بَقِىَ,
عَنَدَ,
رَبَّ,
So what are given to them are things of enjoyment of this world (nothing goes beyond this life). But what (you use those things) for Allah, is with Allah, it is better and everlasting for those who believe and on their Rabb they trust.
37

وَالَّذِينَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كَبَائِرَ الْإِثْمِ وَالْفَوَاحِشَ وَإِذَا مَا غَضِبُوا هُمْ يَغْفِرُونَ

أَثِمَ,
غَفَرَ,
جَنَبَ,
كَبَرَ,
فَحُشَ,
غَضِبَ,
And those who ward off (avoid, avert) greater sins and fornication; and when they are in anger (irritated), they forgive.
38

وَالَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَى بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ

نَفَقَ,
قَامَ,
أَ مَرَ,
صلو,
رَزَقَ,
جَابَ,
رَبَّ,
شَور,
بَا نَ,
And those who answer to their Rabb, and establish prayer, and make their decisions with consultation (suggestion) among themselves, and spend (give) from what We have provided (means of livelihood) to them.
39

وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَهُمُ الْبَغْيُ هُمْ يَنتَصِرُونَ

صَابَ,
بَغَى,
نَصَرَ,
And those who, when the oppression targets (afflicts, strikes) them, they come to aid.
40

وَجَزَاء سَيِّئَةٍ سَيِّئَةٌ مِّثْلُهَا فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ

حَبَّ,
سَا ءَ,
أَجَرَ,
عَفَا,
ظَلَمَ,
جَزَى,
مَثَلَ,
صَلَحَ,
And reward of a bad deed is similar (equivalent) disadvantage to it. But whoever forgives and reconciles (reforms, corrects) his reward is on Allah. He does not like the unjust.
41

وَلَمَنِ انتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ مَا عَلَيْهِم مِّن سَبِيلٍ

سَجَدَ,
سَبَلَ,
بَعُدَ,
نَصَرَ,
ظَلَمَ,
As for whoever comes to retaliation after he was unjustly treated, then nothing on them as means (to blame).
42

إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَظْلِمُونَ النَّاسَ وَيَبْغُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ أُوْلَئِكَ لَهُم عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

أَنِسَ,
عَذُبَ,
أَ رَضْ,
سَبَلَ,
حَقَّ,
بَغَى,
أَ لِمَ,
غير,
ظَلَمَ,
The only path for those who do injustice to the mankind and oppress in the earth without the justification. For them is painful punishment.
43

وَلَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ

غَفَرَ,
أَ مَرَ,
عَزَمَ,
ذَا,
But whoever becomes patient and forgives, indeed that is a sign of commanded resolution.
44

وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِن وَلِيٍّ مِّن بَعْدِهِ وَتَرَى الظَّالِمِينَ لَمَّا رَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ يَقُولُونَ هَلْ إِلَى مَرَدٍّ مِّن سَبِيلٍ

قَالَ,
عَذُبَ,
سَجَدَ,
سَبَلَ,
ظَلَمَ,
رَأَى,
ضَلَّ,
وَلِيَ,
بَعُدَ,
إِلَى,
رَدَّ,
Whoever is left misguided by Allah, there is no supporter for him after that. And you will see the unjust, when they will see the punishment, they will say, “Is there any way to return?”
45

وَتَرَاهُمْ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَيْهَا خَاشِعِينَ مِنَ الذُّلِّ يَنظُرُونَ مِن طَرْفٍ خَفِيٍّ وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ الْخَاسِرِينَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَهْلِيهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَلَا إِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ فِي عَذَابٍ مُّقِيمٍ

خَسِرَ,
أَ مُنَ,
نَفُسَ,
عَذُبَ,
نَظَرَ,
خَرَجَ,
قَامَ,
يَوْم,
قَالَ,
ظَلَمَ,
أهَلَ,
رَضِيَ,
خَشَعَ,
قَامَ,
رَأَى,
عَرُضَ,
خَسِرَ,
طَرَفَ,
عَلَا,
أ-أَلَا ,
ذَلَّ,
خَفَيَ,
And you will see them presented to it, submitting from humiliation, seeing from sides secretly. Those who believed will say, “The losers are those who lost themselves and their families on the Day of Standing.” The unjust will be in a permanent punishment.
46

وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّنْ أَوْلِيَاء يَنصُرُونَهُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِن سَبِيلٍ

نَصَرَ,
سَجَدَ,
سَبَلَ,
ضَلَّ,
وَلِيَ,
كَانَ,
دُون,
There is nobody for them from the supporters that will help them other than Allah. And whoever is left astray by Allah, then for him there is no way (to escape).
47

اسْتَجِيبُوا لِرَبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَّا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَكُم مِّن مَّلْجَأٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّكِيرٍ

قَبِلَ,
يَوْم,
جَابَ,
رَدَّ,
نَكِرَ,
لَجَأَ,
أَتَى,
رَبَّ,
Respond to your Rabb before that Day from Allah will come to you where there is no turning back. No places for you to hide on that Day and nothing for you to deny.
48

فَإِنْ أَعْرَضُوا فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا إِنْ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ وَإِنَّا إِذَا أَذَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً فَرِحَ بِهَا وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَإِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ كَفُورٌ

يَدَيَ,
رَسِلَ,
صَابَ,
سَا ءَ,
رَحِمَ,
بَلَغَ,
قَدَمَ,
رَضِيَ,
ذَاقَ,
أَنِسَ,
عَرُضَ,
حَفِظَ,
كَفَرَ,
فَرِحَ,
But if they oppose, then We did not send you on them as protector. Only on you is the communication (inform them the message). Whenever We let mankind taste Our mercy, he is happy with it; but if harm reaches them due to what their hands have brought, then the man is ungrateful.
49

لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاء يَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَشَاء إِنَاثًا وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَاء الذُّكُورَ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
شِاءَ,
خَلَقَ,
مَلَكَ,
أَنُثَ,
وَهَبَ,
ذَكّرَ,
For Allah is the kingdom of the universe and the earth. He creates whatever He desires. He gives daughters to whomever He desires and He gives sons to whomever He desires.
50

أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَانًا وَإِنَاثًا وَيَجْعَلُ مَن يَشَاء عَقِيمًا إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ

جَعَلَ,
عَقَمَ,
زَاجَ,
عَلِمَ,
شِاءَ,
أَنُثَ,
قَدَرَ,
ذَكّرَ,
Or pairs them together, males and females; and He makes whomever He wants barren. He is All Knowing and in Full Control.
51

وَمَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُكَلِّمَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا وَحْيًا أَوْ مِن وَرَاء حِجَابٍ أَوْ يُرْسِلَ رَسُولًا فَيُوحِيَ بِإِذْنِهِ مَا يَشَاء إِنَّهُ عَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ

وَحَى,
كَلِمُ,
وَرَى,
أَذن,
رَسِلَ,
شِاءَ,
بَشَر,
عَلَا,
كَلِمُ,
حَكَمَ,
كَانَ,
حَجَبَ,
إِذْ,
It is not for men that he speaks to Allah except with inspiration, or behind a barrier, or he is sent down a Messenger that is inspired from His permission whatever He desires. He is high with wisdom.
52

وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ رُوحًا مِّنْ أَمْرِنَا مَا كُنتَ تَدْرِي مَا الْكِتَابُ وَلَا الْإِيمَانُ وَلَكِن جَعَلْنَاهُ نُورًا نَّهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ نَّشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِنَا وَإِنَّكَ لَتَهْدِي إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

جَعَلَ,
كَتَبَ,
أَ مَرَ,
هَدَى,
إِلَى,
رَاحَ,
قَامَ,
عَبَدَ,
شِاءَ,
صِرَاط,
دَرَى,
ذَا,
كَانَ,
إِلَى,
وَحَى,
نَار,
That is how We inspire to you a divine message from Our command. You did not know what is the Book or belief, but We made it a light, with which We gave guidance to whomever We desire among Our worshippers. And Indeed You are surely on guidance to the straight path.
53

صِرَاطِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَلَا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَصِيرُ الأمُورُ

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
صِرَاط,
أَ مَرَ,
إِلَى,
أ-أَلَا ,
صَارَ,
The path of Allah, for Him is whatever is in the universe and the earth. Towards Allah is where all the instructions start (and will eventually end).

صَدَقَ,
عَظُمَ,
ALLAH HAS SPOKEN THE GREATEST TRUTH
