سورة مريم - 19 -

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Compassionate
1

كهيعص

Kaf Ha Ya Ain Saad
2

ذِكْرُ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا

رَحِمَ,
عَبَدَ,
ذَكّرَ,
رَبَّ,
A mention of Mercy of your Rabb on His slave Zakariya.
3

إِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ نِدَاء خَفِيًّا

نَدَا,
خَفَيَ,
When he called his Rabb, a call in secret (especial secret request, from heart to Allah).
4

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي وَهَنَ الْعَظْمُ مِنِّي وَاشْتَعَلَ الرَّأْسُ شَيْبًا وَلَمْ أَكُن بِدُعَائِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيًّا

قَالَ,
شَابَ,
هَانَ,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
دَعَا,
عَظُمَ,
شَعَلَ,
رَأَسَ,
شْقَى,
He said, “O my Rabb, I am becoming weak in the bones in me and the head is (like) aflame with gray hair, and I have never been in difficulty, calling you, O my Rabb.”

وَإِنِّي خِفْتُ الْمَوَالِيَ مِن وَرَائِي وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَتِي عَاقِرًا فَهَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا

وَرَى,
خَافَ,
مَرَأَ,
خَفَيَ,
وَلِيَ,
عَقَرَ,
كَانَ,
لَّدُن,
وَهَبَ,
إِ لَ,
“And indeed, I fear (nobody is) my trustee after me (to continue spreading teachings of Allah), and my woman is barren. So endow me, from You, a trustee (supporter).

يَرِثُنِي وَيَرِثُ مِنْ آلِ يَعْقُوبَ وَاجْعَلْهُ رَبِّ رَضِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
رَضِيَ,
وَرَثَ,
رَبَّ,
Give me an inheritor and he will inherit from the family of Yakub, and make him an acceptance (satisfaction) to my Rabb.”
7

يَا زَكَرِيَّا إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَامٍ اسْمُهُ يَحْيَى لَمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُ مِن قَبْلُ سَمِيًّا

حي,
جَعَلَ,
بَشِرَ,
قَبِلَ,
غَلِمَ,
سَمِي,
غَلِمَ,
“O Zakariya, We give you good news about a son, his name will be Yahya, a name We have not made before.”

قَالَ رَبِّ أَنَّى يَكُونُ لِي غُلَامٌ وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَتِي عَاقِرًا وَقَدْ بَلَغْتُ مِنَ الْكِبَرِ عِتِيًّا

كَانَ,
قَالَ,
مَرَأَ,
غَلِمَ,
عَتَا,
بَلَغَ,
عَقَرَ,
رَبَّ,
كَبَرَ,
غَلِمَ,
He (Zakariya), said, “O my Rabb, how I will have for me a son, when my wife is barren and indeed, I have attained old age?

قَالَ كَذَلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٌ وَقَدْ خَلَقْتُكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَمْ تَكُ شَيْئًا

قَبِلَ,
قَالَ,
خَلَقَ,
ذَا,
هَانَ,
رَبَّ,
شِاءَ,
He (Rabb) said, “That is how it will be, your Rabb says, ‘it is easy on Me, and I have created you before, when you were nothing.’”

قَالَ رَبِّ اجْعَل لِّي آيَةً قَالَ آيَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ سَوِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
أَنِسَ,
كَلِمُ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَالَ,
سَوِيَ,
رَبَّ,
ثَلًثَ,
لَيْل,
He (Zakariya) said, “O my Rabb, make for me a sign.” He (Allah) said, “Your sign is that you will not talk to the humankind for three nights straight.”

فَخَرَجَ عَلَى قَوْمِهِ مِنَ الْمِحْرَابِ فَأَوْحَى إِلَيْهِمْ أَن سَبِّحُوا بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيًّا

بَكَرَ,
سَبَحَ,
حَرِبَ,
خَرَجَ,
قَامَ,
وَحَى,
عَشَا,
إِلَى,
And he (Zakariya) came out to his people from the prayer-place (room) and he gave indication (suggested) to them to praise Him (Allah) morning and evening.
12

يَا يَحْيَى خُذِ الْكِتَابَ بِقُوَّةٍ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْحُكْمَ صَبِيًّا

حي,
أَتَى,
كَتَبَ,
حَكَمَ,
قَوِيَ,
أَخَذَ,
صَبَا,
“O Yahya, hold the Scripture with strength,” and We gave him the wisdom in childhood.
13

وَحَنَانًا مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَاةً وَكَانَ تَقِيًّا

زَكَا,
تَقَى,
كَانَ,
لَّدُن,
حَنَا,
And compassion from Us, and righteousness. And he has been God-fearing.
14

وَبَرًّا بِوَالِدَيْهِ وَلَمْ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيًّا

جَبَرَ,
عَصَى,
بَرَّ,
وَلَدَ,
كَانَ,
And he was dutiful to his parents; and he was not a forceful disobedient.
15

وَسَلَامٌ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوْمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوْمَ يُبْعَثُ حَيًّا

حي,
يَوْم,
مَاتَ,
سَلِمَ,
بَعَثَ,
وَلَدَ,
And peace is on him the day he was born and the day he dies, and the day he will be raised alive.
16

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَرْيَمَ إِذِ انتَبَذَتْ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا مَكَانًا شَرْقِيًّا

ذَكّرَ,
أهَلَ,
كَتَبَ,
كَنَّ,
نَبَذَ,
أهَلَ,
شَرَقَ,
And mention Maryam in the Book, when she separated from her family and sheltered in an eastern (side).
17

فَاتَّخَذَتْ مِن دُونِهِمْ حِجَابًا فَأَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرًا سَوِيًّا

أَخَذَ,
رَسِلَ,
بَشَر,
سَوِيَ,
إِلَى,
دُون,
رَاحَ,
مَثَلَ,
حَجَبَ,
She took hold of separation from others (concealed). Then We sent for her, our spirit (angel), and he came to her as a man.
18

قَالَتْ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِالرَّحْمَنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيًّا

قَالَ,
تَقَى,
عَاذَ,
رَحِمَ,
كَانَ,
She said, “I take the protection (shelter) with the Most Merciful from you, if you have been a God-fearing.”
19

قَالَ إِنَّمَا أَنَا رَسُولُ رَبِّكِ لِأَهَبَ لَكِ غُلَامًا زَكِيًّا

قَالَ,
رَسِلَ,
زَكَا,
غَلِمَ,
رَبَّ,
أَنَا ,
He said, “I am only a messenger of your Rabb, to grant you a righteous boy.”
20

قَالَتْ أَنَّى يَكُونُ لِي غُلَامٌ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِي بَشَرٌ وَلَمْ أَكُ بَغِيًّا

قَالَ,
مَسَّ,
كَانَ,
بَشَر,
غَلِمَ,
بَغَى,
She said, “How will I have a boy for me when no human being has touched me and I am not a fornicator?
21

قَالَ كَذَلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٌ وَلِنَجْعَلَهُ آيَةً لِلنَّاسِ وَرَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَكَانَ أَمْرًا مَّقْضِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
أَنِسَ,
ذَا,
أَ مَرَ,
آ ىي -آية,
قَالَ,
رَحِمَ,
قَضَى,
سَا ءَ,
هَانَ,
كَانَ,
He said, “That is how it will be for you, your Rabb said, ‘It is easy on Me, and We will make him a sign for the humankind and a mercy from Us. The matter is already decided.’”
22

فَحَمَلَتْهُ فَانتَبَذَتْ بِهِ مَكَانًا قَصِيًّا

كَانَ,
حَمَلَ,
نَبَذَ,
قَصَا,
So she carried him in pregnancy; then she retreated with him to a faraway place.
23

فَأَجَاءهَا الْمَخَاضُ إِلَى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَا لَيْتَنِي مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْيًا مَّنسِيًّا

قَبِلَ,
لَيْتَ,
قَالَ,
نَخَلَ,
جَاءَ,
مَاتَ,
جَزِعَ,
مَخَضَ,
كَانَ,
إِلَى,
نَسِيَ,
Then labor pain reached her; she set out to the shaft of a date-palm tree. She said, “O I wish I were dead before this and had been completely forgotten.”
24

فَنَادَاهَا مِن تَحْتِهَا أَلَّا تَحْزَنِي قَدْ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحْتَكِ سَرِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
تَحْتَ,
حَزَنَ,
نَدَا,
سَرَى,
Whereupon he called her from below her: “Do not be grieved your Rabb has made underneath you a water stream.
25

وَهُزِّي إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ تُسَاقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا

نَخَلَ,
هَزِىءَ,
جَزِعَ,
إِلَى,
سَقَطَ,
رَطُبَ,
جَنَى,
And shake the shaft of the date-palm tree, it will drop on you fresh and ripe dates harvested.”
26

فَكُلِي وَاشْرَبِي وَقَرِّي عَيْنًا فَإِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ الْبَشَرِ أَحَدًا فَقُولِي إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَنِ صَوْمًا فَلَنْ أُكَلِّمَ الْيَوْمَ إِنسِيًّا

قَالَ,
أَ جَل,
كَلِمُ,
أ حد,
يَوْم,
بَشَر,
نَذَرَ,
شَرِبَ,
رَحِمَ,
قَرَّ,
أَكَلَ,
عين,
رَأَى,
صَام,
أَنِسَ,
صَام,
“So eat, drink, and keep delight to the eyes. If you see any human, say, ‘I am fasting in dedication to the Most Merciful, so I will not speak to any human today.’”
27

فَأَتَتْ بِهِ قَوْمَهَا تَحْمِلُهُ قَالُوا يَا مَرْيَمُ لَقَدْ جِئْتِ شَيْئًا فَرِيًّا

قَالَ,
شِاءَ,
جَاءَ,
حَمَلَ,
قَامَ,
قَدْ,
أَتَى,
فَرَىَ,
Then she came to her tribe, carrying him. They said, “O Maryam, indeed you brought something offensive.
28

يَا أُخْتَ هَارُونَ مَا كَانَ أَبُوكِ امْرَأَ سَوْءٍ وَمَا كَانَتْ أُمُّكِ بَغِيًّا

سَا ءَ,
كَانَ,
أَبَى,
أ خو,
أَ مَّ,
أَ مَرَ,
O sister of Haroon, your father has not been in wrong matters and your mother was not unjust.”
29

فَأَشَارَتْ إِلَيْهِ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِي الْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا

قَالَ,
كَلِمُ,
مَهْد,
كَيْفَ,
إِلَى,
كَانَ,
صَبَا,
أَشَرَ,
So she pointed to him and said, “How can we talk to a child in the cradle?”
30

قَالَ إِنِّي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ آتَانِيَ الْكِتَابَ وَجَعَلَنِي نَبِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
كَتَبَ,
قَالَ,
عَبَدَ,
أَتَى,
نَبَأَ,
He (Esa) said, “I am a worshipper of Allah. He has given me the Book and made me a prophet”.
31

وَجَعَلَنِي مُبَارَكًا أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُ وَأَوْصَانِي بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ مَا دُمْتُ حَيًّا

جَعَلَ,
حي,
صلو,
بَرَكَ,
دَامَ,
زَكَا,
كَانَ,
أَيْنَ,
وَصِيَ,
دَامَ,
And He made me a blessing wherever I had been and directed me with the (establishment of) prayers and charity as long as I live.
32

وَبَرًّا بِوَالِدَتِي وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِي جَبَّارًا شَقِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
جَبَرَ,
بَرَ,
وَلَدَ,
And a dutiful obedient to my mother and He did not make me hard oppressive.
33

وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيَّ يَوْمَ وُلِدتُّ وَيَوْمَ أَمُوتُ وَيَوْمَ أُبْعَثُ حَيًّا

حي,
يَوْم,
مَاتَ,
بَعَثَ,
وَلَدَ,
سَلِمَ,
So peace is on me the day I was given birth and the day I will die and the day I will be raised alive.”
34

ذَلِكَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ قَوْلَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ

قَالَ,
حَقَّ,
مَرْي,
ذَا,
اِبْن,
That is Esa son of Maryam, the Word of the truth about they are doubting (disputing).
35

مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٍ سُبْحَانَهُ إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ

قَالَ,
أَخَذَ,
أَ مَرَ,
وَلَدَ,
سَبَحَ,
كَانَ,
قَضَى,
It is not for Allah that He takes a son, praise be to Him. When He decides a matter, He only says for it is to be done then it occurs.
36

وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُوهُ هَذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

رَبَّ,
قَامَ,
صِرَاط,
عَبَدَ,
“And indeed, Allah is My Rabb and your Rabb, so worship Him. This is a straight path.”
37

فَاخْتَلَفَ الْأَحْزَابُ مِن بَيْنِهِمْ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن مَّشْهَدِ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ

كَفَرَ,
وَيْل,
شَهِدَ,
بَا نَ,
عَظُمَ,
يَوْم,
خَلَفَ,
حَزَبَ,
The factions started to differ among themselves. So disaster will be for those who disbelieve (do not confirm), the scene of a tremendous Day.
38

أَسْمِعْ بِهِمْ وَأَبْصِرْ يَوْمَ يَأْتُونَنَا لَكِنِ الظَّالِمُونَ الْيَوْمَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

ضَلَّ,
بَصُرَ,
يَوْم,
ظَلَمَ,
سَمَعَ,
بَا نَ,
أَتَى,
Listen to them and watch, for the Day they will come to Us. But the unjust on the day will be evidently lost.
39

وَأَنذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ الْحَسْرَةِ إِذْ قُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ وَهُمْ فِي غَفْلَةٍ وَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

أَ مَرَ,
نَذَرَ,
قَضَى,
غَفَرَ,
حَسَنَ,
يَوْم,
حَسَرَ,
أَ مُنَ,
قَضَى,
غَفَلَ,
And warn them of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be decided. Yet they are in negligence, while they do not believe.
40

إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَرِثُ الْأَرْضَ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِلَيْنَا يُرْجَعُونَ

أَ رَضْ,
رَجَعَ,
وَرَثَ,
إِلَى,
عَلَا,
Indeed, We are inheritors of the earth and whoever is on it and to Us they will return.
41

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّهُ كَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَّبِيًّا

ذَكّرَ,
كَتَبَ,
نَبَأَ,
كَانَ,
صَدَقَ,
And mention in the Book Ibrahim; He has been a true prophet.
42

إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَا أَبَتِ لِمَ تَعْبُدُ مَا لَا يَسْمَعُ وَلَا يُبْصِرُ وَلَا يُغْنِي عَنكَ شَيْئًا

سَمَعَ,
شِاءَ,
قَالَ,
بَصُرَ,
أَّبَّ,
عَبَدَ,
غَنِيَ,
He said to his father, “O my father, why do you worship those who do not listen nor see and are useless to you in anything?
43

يَا أَبَتِ إِنِّي قَدْ جَاءنِي مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَمْ يَأْتِكَ فَاتَّبِعْنِي أَهْدِكَ صِرَاطًا سَوِيًّا

تَبِعَ,
عَلِمَ,
صِرَاط,
سَوِيَ,
جَاءَ,
هَدَى,
أَّبَّ,
أَتَى,
O my father, knowledge came to me that have not come to you. So follow me and I will guide you on a straight path.
44

يَا أَبَتِ لَا تَعْبُدِ الشَّيْطَانَ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ كَانَ لِلرَّحْمَنِ عَصِيًّا

عَبَدَ,
شَيَطن,
عَصَى,
رَحِمَ,
كَانَ,
أَّبَّ,
O my father, do not worship the shaitan; The shaitan has been disobedient to the Most Merciful.
45

يَا أَبَتِ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَن يَمَسَّكَ عَذَابٌ مِّنَ الرَّحْمَنِ فَتَكُونَ لِلشَّيْطَانِ وَلِيًّا

مَسَكَ,
عَذُبَ,
كَانَ,
خَافَ,
شَيَطن,
وَلِيَ,
رَحِمَ,
أَّبَّ,
O my father, I am afraid that a punishment from the Most Merciful will touch you, while you have been a friend of shaitan.”
46

قَالَ أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنْ آلِهَتِي يَا إِبْراهِيمُ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ لَأَرْجُمَنَّكَ وَاهْجُرْنِي مَلِيًّا

قَالَ,
هَجَرَ,
رَغِبَ,
نَهَا,
رَجَمَ,
مَلَا,
إِله,
He said, “Do you shun from my gods, O Ibrahim? If you do not terminate, I will stone you. So separate from me for an extended period.”
47

قَالَ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكَ سَأَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّي إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِي حَفِيًّا

غَفَرَ,
قَالَ,
سَلِمَ,
حَفِىَ,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
He said, “Peace is on you. I will ask for your forgiveness to my Rabb; He has been kind to me.
48

وَأَعْتَزِلُكُمْ وَمَا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَأَدْعُو رَبِّي عَسَى أَلَّا أَكُونَ بِدُعَاء رَبِّي شَقِيًّا

دَعَا,
كَانَ,
عَسَى,
عَزَلَ,
شَقَّ,
دُون,
رَبَّ,
دَعَا,
And I will withdraw from you and from whomever you call other than Allah. And I will invoke to my Rabb hoping that I will not be in difficulty by invoking (for you) my Rabb.”
49

فَلَمَّا اعْتَزَلَهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَكُلًّا جَعَلْنَا نَبِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
عَزَلَ,
وَهَبَ,
حَقَّ,
عَبَدَ,
نَبَأَ,
دُون,
When he separated from them and from whomever they worshipped other than Allah, We granted to him Ishaq and Yaqoob. And each one We made a prophet.
50

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُم مِّن رَّحْمَتِنَا وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ عَلِيًّا

جَعَلَ,
لَسِنَ,
وَهَبَ,
عَلَا,
صَدَقَ,
And We granted them Our mercy and made for them heavenly supreme divine decree. (Genuinely elevated highness).
51

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ مُوسَى إِنَّهُ كَانَ مُخْلَصًا وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا

ذَكّرَ,
خَلَصَ,
كَتَبَ,
رَسِلَ,
نَبَأَ,
كَانَ,
And mention in the Book, Musa. He was sincere (faithful, loyal, pure). He was a messenger and a prophet.
52

وَنَادَيْنَاهُ مِن جَانِبِ الطُّورِ الْأَيْمَنِ وَقَرَّبْنَاهُ نَجِيًّا

جَنَبَ,
نَدَا,
قَرُبَ,
يَمَنَ,
نَجَا,
And We summoned him to the side of the Toor and brought him closer in a confidential conversation.
53

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ مِن رَّحْمَتِنَا أَخَاهُ هَارُونَ نَبِيًّا

وَهَبَ,
أ خو,
نَبَأَ,
رَحِمَ,
And We granted to him, from Our mercy, his brother Haroon, a prophet.
54

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ إِنَّهُ كَانَ صَادِقَ الْوَعْدِ وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا

ذَكّرَ,
وَعَدَ,
كَتَبَ,
رَسِلَ,
نَبَأَ,
صَدَقَ,
And mentioned in the Book, Esmile; He was truthful to the promise and he was a messenger, a prophet.
55

وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِ مَرْضِيًّا

أهَلَ,
صلو,
أَ مَرَ,
زَكَا,
رَضِيَ,
كَانَ,
عَنَدَ,
رَبَّ,
And he used to instruct his family with prayer and charity and he has been accepted by his Rabb.
56

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ إِدْرِيسَ إِنَّهُ كَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَّبِيًّا

صَدَقَ,
ذَكّرَ,
كَتَبَ,
نَبَأَ,
كَانَ,
And mentioned in the Book, Idris. He has been a true prophet.
57

وَرَفَعْنَاهُ مَكَانًا عَلِيًّا

عَلَا,
رَفَعَ,
مَكُنَ,
And We raised him to a high place.
58

أُوْلَئِكَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّينَ مِن ذُرِّيَّةِ آدَمَ وَمِمَّنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْرَائِيلَ وَمِمَّنْ هَدَيْنَا وَاجْتَبَيْنَا إِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُ الرَّحْمَنِ خَرُّوا سُجَّدًا وَبُكِيًّا

بَا نَ,
هَدَى,
نَعَمَ,
ذَرَّ,
حَمَلَ,
خَرَّ,
سَجَدَ,
آ ىي -آية,
تلو,
نَبَأَ,
رَحِمَ,
مَعَ,
نَعَمَ,
جَابَ,
بَكَى,
These are those Allah has provided comfort on them, among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and from those We carried with Noah, and from descendants of Ibrahim and Israel, and from those We guided and We chose. Whenever you recite on them verses of the Most Merciful, they fell in prostration and weeping. ۩ Prostration
59

فَخَلَفَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ أَضَاعُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَاتَّبَعُوا الشَّهَوَاتِ فَسَوْفَ يَلْقَوْنَ غَيًّا

تَبِعَ,
خَلَفَ,
ضَاعَ,
صلو,
غَوَى,
شَهَا,
لَقِيَ,
بَعُدَ,
Then followed after them were successors who omitted the prayers and followed their desires. They will meet the misguided.
60

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَأُوْلَئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ شَيْئًا

دَخَلَ,
عَمِلَ,
شِاءَ,
صَلَحَ,
ظَلَمَ,
جَنَّ,
تَا بَ,
أَ مُنَ,
Except those who repented, and believed, and did righteous deeds. They who will be entered in the Gardens and they will not be unjustly treated in anything.
61

جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ الَّتِي وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَنُ عِبَادَهُ بِالْغَيْبِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ وَعْدُهُ مَأْتِيًّا

جَنَّ,
غَابَ,
جَلَدَ,
عَبَدَ,
وَعَدَ,
رَحِمَ,
أَتَى,
رَحِمَ,
كَانَ,
عَدْن,
Gardens of Eden, unseen, which is promised by the Most Merciful for his worshippers. His promise is original.
62

لَا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا إِلَّا سَلَامًا وَلَهُمْ رِزْقُهُمْ فِيهَا بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيًّا

بَكَرَ,
عَشَا,
سَمَعَ,
لَغَا,
سَلِمَ,
رَزَقَ,
They will not listen to a null talk therein, but only peace. And they will have their provisions in morning and evening.
63

تِلْكَ الْجَنَّةُ الَّتِي نُورِثُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا مَن كَانَ تَقِيًّا

وَرَثَ,
عَبَدَ,
تَقَى,
جَنَّ,
كَانَ,
This is the Garden that We will make inheritors for our worshippers, whoever has been God-fearing.
64

وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلَّا بِأَمْرِ رَبِّكَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا وَمَا خَلْفَنَا وَمَا بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيًّا

يَدَيَ,
أَ مَرَ,
بَا نَ,
نَسِيَ,
خَلَفَ,
نَزَلَ,
ذَا,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
“We do not send down except as command from your Rabb. For Him belongs to whatever is before us, and whatever is behind us, and whatever is between. Your Rabb never forgets.”
65

رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فَاعْبُدْهُ وَاصْطَبِرْ لِعِبَادَتِهِ هَلْ تَعْلَمُ لَهُ سَمِيًّا

عَلِمَ,
سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
بَا نَ,
عَبَدَ,
صَبَرَ,
سَمِي,
Rabb of the universe and the earth and whatever is between them. So worship Him, and be patient (persevere) in worshipping Him. Do you know any name equal to Him?
66

وَيَقُولُ الْإِنسَانُ أَئِذَا مَا مِتُّ لَسَوْفَ أُخْرَجُ حَيًّا

قَالَ,
حي,
خَرَجَ,
أَنِسَ,
مَاتَ,
And the humankind says, “When I am dead, will I be brought back alive?”
67

أَوَلَا يَذْكُرُ الْإِنسَانُ أَنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَمْ يَكُ شَيْئًا

ذَكّرَ,
قَبِلَ,
شِاءَ,
خَلَقَ,
أَنِسَ,
Does humankind not remember that We created him before, when he was not a thing?
68

فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَحْشُرَنَّهُمْ وَالشَّيَاطِينَ ثُمَّ لَنُحْضِرَنَّهُمْ حَوْلَ جَهَنَّمَ جِثِيًّا

جَهَنَّم,
حَالَ,
حَشَرَ,
حَضَرَ,
جَثَا,
رَبَّ,
ثَمَّ,
By your Rabb, We will gather them, and the shaitans, then We will present them to be surrounded by Hell, they will be falling on their knees.
69

ثُمَّ لَنَنزِعَنَّ مِن كُلِّ شِيعَةٍ أَيُّهُمْ أَشَدُّ عَلَى الرَّحْمَنِ عِتِيًّا

شَاعَ,
شَدَّ,
رَحِمَ,
نَزَعَ,
عَتَا,
ثَمَّ,
كُلَّ,
أَيُّ,
Then, We will pull out from every group who has been fiercely defiant to the Merciful.
70

ثُمَّ لَنَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِالَّذِينَ هُمْ أَوْلَى بِهَا صِلِيًّا

عَلِمَ,
وَلِيَ,
صَلَى,
ثَمَّ,
Then surely, We know better with those who will be the first ones to be burned.
71

وَإِن مِّنكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا كَانَ عَلَى رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَّقْضِيًّا

قَضَى,
كَانَ,
رَبَّ,
وَرَدَ,
حَتَمَ,
Every one of you will reach the place of arrival with a final decision by your Rabb.
72

ثُمَّ نُنَجِّي الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوا وَّنَذَرُ الظَّالِمِينَ فِيهَا جِثِيًّا

تَقَى,
نَجَا,
ظَلَمَ,
جَثَا,
ثَمَّ,
وَذَرَ,
Then We will rescue those who are God-fearing and We will leave the unjust in there, falling on their knees.
73

وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَيُّ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ خَيْرٌ مَّقَامًا وَأَحْسَنُ نَدِيًّا

أَ مُنَ,
كَفَرَ,
بَا نَ,
خَيرَ,
حَسَنَ,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
فَرَقَ,
تلو,
قَامَ,
أَيُّ,
نَدَا,
When Our verses are recited to them with clear proof, those unjust say to those who believed, “Which of the groups (yours or ours) has better (preferred) standing and a better club (gatherings)?.”
74

وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هُمْ أَحْسَنُ أَثَاثًا وَرِئْيًا

قَبِلَ,
حَسَنَ,
هَلَكَ,
قَرَنَ,
كَم,
أَثَّ,
رَأَى,
How many associations have We destroyed before them, who were better in possession and appearance?
75

قُلْ مَن كَانَ فِي الضَّلَالَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ مَدًّا حَتَّى إِذَا رَأَوْا مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا الْعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا السَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مَّكَانًا وَأَضْعَفُ جُندًا

عَلِمَ,
عَذُبَ,
رَحِمَ,
سَاعته,
ضَلَّ,
وَعَدَ,
قَالَ,
جُنْد,
رَأَى,
مَكُنَ,
كَانَ,
حَتَّى,
ضَعُفَ,
شَرَّ,
مَدَّ,
شَرَّ,
Say, “Whoever has been on a misguided path, he is granted respite (extended days of life) by Most Merciful in extension (duration).” Until, they see what they were promised, either the punishment (in this life) or the (final) time. Then they will know who has been in an evil position and has more troops (alliances).
76

وَيَزِيدُ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ اهْتَدَوْا هُدًى وَالْبَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ خَيْرٌ عِندَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ مَّرَدًّا

هَدَى,
خَيرَ,
صَلَحَ,
ثَابَ,
زَيدَ,
بَقِىَ,
عَنَدَ,
رَبَّ,
رَدَّ,
Allah increases guidance for those who desire to be rightly guided. And the good deeds will remain everlasting as best near your Rabb, the best reward and the best return.
77

أَفَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي كَفَرَ بِآيَاتِنَا وَقَالَ لَأُوتَيَنَّ مَالًا وَوَلَدًا

كَفَرَ,
رَأَى,
قَالَ,
آ ىي -آية,
وَلَدَ,
مَال,
So Did you see the ones who became ungrateful with Our signs, and said, “I will surely be given wealth and children?”
78

أَاطَّلَعَ الْغَيْبَ أَمِ اتَّخَذَ عِندَ الرَّحْمَنِ عَهْدًا

أَخَذَ,
غَابَ,
عَهِدَ,
رَحِمَ,
عَنَدَ,
طَلَعَ,
Has the invisible (unseen) appeared or he took a commitment from the Most Merciful?
79

كَلَّا سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ وَنَمُدُّ لَهُ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ مَدًّا

مَدَّ,
كَتَبَ,
قَالَ,
عَذُبَ,
كَلَّا,
Not at all! We will record what he says and we will extend for him in the punishment, an extension.
80

وَنَرِثُهُ مَا يَقُولُ وَيَأْتِينَا فَرْدًا

أَتَى,
وَرَثَ,
قَالَ,
فَرُدَ,
Then We will make him inherit what he says and he will come to Us alone.
81

وَاتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ آلِهَةً لِّيَكُونُوا لَهُمْ عِزًّا

أَخَذَ,
كَانَ,
عَزَّ,
دُون,
إِله,
They take other than Allah as gods to have those (idols) as honor.
82

كَلَّا سَيَكْفُرُونَ بِعِبَادَتِهِمْ وَيَكُونُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ ضِدًّا

عَبَدَ,
كَانَ,
كَفَرَ,
ضَدَّ,
كَلَّا,
Certainly not! They will deny their worship (basis of worshipping to other than Allah was wrong to begin with) and they will be adversity to them.
83

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ تَؤُزُّهُمْ أَزًّا

رَسِلَ,
كَفَرَ,
رَأَى,
وَزّ,
Do you not see that We send the shaitans on the ungrateful, they excite (incite) them with excitement (incitement)?
84

فَلَا تَعْجَلْ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَهُمْ عَدًّا

عَجِلَ,
عَدَّ,
So do not expedite on them. We have count for them a number (of days they will live).
85

يَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ الْمُتَّقِينَ إِلَى الرَّحْمَنِ وَفْدًا

تَقَى,
يَوْم,
حَشَرَ,
رَحِمَ,
إِلَى,
وَفَدَ,
One the Day We will gather the God-fearing to the Most Merciful, as an arrival of a delegation.
86

وَنَسُوقُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ وِرْدًا

جَهَنَّم,
جَرَمَ,
سَاقَ,
وَرَدَ,
إِلَى,
And We will drive the sinners to be received at Hell.
87

لَا يَمْلِكُونَ الشَّفَاعَةَ إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّخَذَ عِندَ الرَّحْمَنِ عَهْدًا

أَخَذَ,
عَهِدَ,
رَحِمَ,
شَفَعَ,
مَلَكَ,
عَنَدَ,
They will not be able to intercede, except who has taken an assignment from the Most Merciful.
88

وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحْمَنُ وَلَدًا

قَالَ,
أَخَذَ,
وَلَدَ,
رَحِمَ,
And they say, “The Most Merciful has taken a son.”
89

لَقَدْ جِئْتُمْ شَيْئًا إِدًّا

شِاءَ,
جَاءَ,
قَدْ,
Indeed, you have come up a harmful thing.
90

تَكَادُ السَّمَاوَاتُ يَتَفَطَّرْنَ مِنْهُ وَتَنشَقُّ الْأَرْضُ وَتَخِرُّ الْجِبَالُ هَدًّا

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
جَبَلَ,
كود,
شَقَّ,
خَرَّ,
فَطَرَ,
هَدًّ,
At which the sky almost tore open, and the earth will split apart, and the mountains will fall crashing down.
91

أَن دَعَوْا لِلرَّحْمَنِ وَلَدًا

دَعَا,
وَلَدَ,
رَحِمَ,
Because they invoke for the Most Merciful a son.
92

وَمَا يَنبَغِي لِلرَّحْمَنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا

أَخَذَ,
وَلَدَ,
بَغَى,
رَحِمَ,
And there is no purpose in taking a son for the Most Merciful.
93

إِن كُلُّ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا آتِي الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدًا

سَمَا,
أَ رَضْ,
عَبَدَ,
رَحِمَ,
أَتَى,
كُلَّ,
None who is in the universe and the earth but will come to The Most Merciful in subjugation.
94

لَقَدْ أَحْصَاهُمْ وَعَدَّهُمْ عَدًّا

وَعَدَ,
حصى,
عَدَّ,
قَدْ,
Indeed, He has calculated them and counted them in numbers.
95

وَكُلُّهُمْ آتِيهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَرْدًا

يَوْم,
قَامَ,
فَرُدَ,
كُلَّ,
أَتَى,
And every one of them will be coming on the Day of Standing as an individual.
96

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ سَيَجْعَلُ لَهُمُ الرَّحْمَنُ وُدًّا

أَ مُنَ,
جَعَلَ,
عَمِلَ,
صَلَحَ,
رَحِمَ,
وَدَّ,
Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Most Merciful will grant love (Grant their wish to stay under His protection).
97

فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَاهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لِتُبَشِّرَ بِهِ الْمُتَّقِينَ وَتُنذِرَ بِهِ قَوْمًا لُّدًّا

نَذَرَ,
بَشِرَ,
تَقَى,
قَامَ,
لَدَّ,
يَسَرَ,
لَسِنَ,
Then, We will make that easy in your tongue for you to give good news to the God-fearing and warn with this a nation quarreling fiercely.
98

وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هَلْ تُحِسُّ مِنْهُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ أَوْ تَسْمَعُ لَهُمْ رِكْزًا

أَ جَل,
قَبِلَ,
أ حد,
هَلَكَ,
قَرَنَ,
سَمَعَ,
حَسَّ,
رَكَزَ,
كَم,
And How many an associations, that We have destroyed before them? Do you sense any one of them or do you hear from their centers? (cities of those civilizations are dead silent).

صدق الله العظيم

صَدَقَ,
عَظُمَ,
ALLAH HAS SPOKEN THE GREATEST TRUTH
